I can’t thank this company enough! The service from start to finish was just amazing as even the delivery driver was so kind. The customer service was impeccable! I was taking ages to find a table I liked the best as there was so many beautiful options. Emma was so patient with me and helped me also gave me suggestions and we managed to find a perfect table and help me sort out a finance. I was able to get it within 5 days!!! No other company I’ve searched for can deliver a marble table that quick. I just can’t thank this company enough even the the pricing was so good no one can beat! I was able to track the delivery and had great communication through the whole process. The table is the most beautiful table I’ve ever seen. Thank you Belmont interiors! I will definitely be purchasing from you guys again. It honestly feels so much better when you know you’ve spent a lot money but it’s with an amazing company! After placing an order for a dining set from another website to be let down last minute as they couldn’t deliver in time for the holidays, I reached out to Belmont interiors and explained my situation as I have family coming round. The team was very helpful and expedited the whole process, as the dining set arrived the same week with assembly. The quality is also amazing, I received so many compliments. Can’t thank the team enough!

What an amazing company to deal with, nothing was a problem! Extremely competitive on price and customer service was excellent. Delivery to N Ireland can sometimes cause difficulties but they sorted this all out with no problem at all to me. Would highly recommend and I will certainly purchase from them again.

I was looking for a fire place for my media wall. I reached out to a few companies as I needed the fire place urgent to build into my new media wall. The team at Belmont were always available, and also got me a rapid delivery, and the fireplace is truly amazing. Ordered a Lucca sideboard and the quality is outstanding. The service was amazing, we called before we processed the order to see if they could get the order shipped before the date stated on their website as we had a holiday booked. It arrived two days after we processed the order and they called me to keep me updated. Ignore the negative reviews, the customer service is better than most furniture suppliers we have ever used and cheaper than websites such as Olivia’s.

I can’t praise this company highly enough!! From my initial question via whats app, the service has been outstanding. Helpfulwith quick replies to my questions and also getting the table delivered in the same week it was ordered!! The table I ordered is stunning and can’t believe the quality for the price I paid. Delivery was smooth and easy with updates being provided on the drivers location. I will 100% use this company again.

I ordered six of the Nicole light grey leather cross stitch dining chairs. The quality of the chairs is fantastic and surpassed all my expectations. They are so comfortable to sit on and have added a touch of luxury and class to my dining room. The delivery was prompt and Belmont Interiors provided an excellent customer service. Ordering was easy but the process afterwards wasn’t as great. No updates on delivery until I contacted them. When delivery was made I was advised on the day and 1 man attempted to deliver a walnut sideboard and wanted to leave it outside in the rain as he couldn’t lift it on his own. Fortunately I had a builder on site who helped get it in. Delivery was indicated room of choice.

Placed and order from the Richmond Luxor range, from intial enquiries to delivery company was very professorial and was kept up to date every step of the way from ordering to arrival. Amazing service from the Belmont team thanks again items are lovely

Customer service was amazing. Fast replies on Whatsapp regarding the table and chairs as well as the delivery updates. The table marble top colour is just what i was looking for and they had it! Great work.

Do not use this company. They are fraudsters and have been reported to the police and Action Fraud. They pretend to deliver goods and string you along. They even had the cheek to fraudulently send pictures of the items in my “fake” house claiming the goods were delivered and faked a signature claimed by them.

I purchased a set comprising of a dining table and 6 chairs. the product quality is amazing and great value for money. And their customer service was smooth when the selected chairs were out of stock.

If I could put no stars I would. I ordered a fireplace with a 20% off bank hol discount on 1st May, after speaking to someone helpful on the phone and was advised up to 10 working days delivery. By 26th still no fireplace, after numerous chasers was advised the pallets had been broken by the courier and my order was cancelled and refunded and I could purchase again in a couple days - FOR £100 more! They would not honour the original price, didn’t return calls and. NO REFUND WAS RECIEVED!!! Luckily I paid by American Express and a dispute was raised and they will refund me. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE I emailed the owner of the company and surprise, surprise no reply. I am posting this in the hope of preventing someone else losing their money if they don’t pay by credit card or having to go through the same experience.

Ordered a couple of wall lamps. Great fast service from order to delivery and via WhatsApp which made it easy for me to deal with them. Delivery was very well packaged. Will be back purchasing more ! Thanks John

My whole experience with Belmont Interiors has been absolutley amazing from the time I placed my order to receiving my delivery. I placed an order for RV Astley Gina mirror in January however, it was unfortunately was out of stock. Emma was very helpful and informed me straight away and gave me some options either I can wait and have the mirror delivered when it's back in stock or I can choose another mirror from the RV Astley range. I decided to wait as this was such a beautiful mirror. Belmont interiors regularly gave me updates on when the mirror will be back in stock. They even changed my delivery address hassle free as I requested them to do so. I received my mirror a few days ago and I'm in love. Thank you so much to Emma and the team at Belmont Interiors for making my experience stress free ❤️

The website was easy to navigate and the order process very simple. The tables I ordered arrived within 10 days of me placing the order, and are exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend Belmont Interiors, and will continue to shop with Belmont Interiors in the future.5 Stars
