beenverified.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives beenverified.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 91.7. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Trustworthy. Quality. Safe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this high score? We came up with the 91.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to beenverified.com's industry. The algorithm detected no high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Trustworthy. Quality. Safe. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning beenverified.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between beenverified.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of beenverified.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of beenverified.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. beenverified.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether beenverified.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether beenverified.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, beenverified.com.

Utter garbage! Website does not work at all on desktop or mobile browsers other than collecting your payment info. The site constantly refreshes/flickers and does not allow you to actually do anything. The report I ordered never showed up, but they successfully charged my card twice, which I am disputing.
This company advertises a full background check on an individual however this isn’t accurate. I was only able to access a phone number and several addresses that are linked to several unknown individuals. Most of that information doesn’t seem up to date. I couldn’t check for a criminal record. Further, once your account isn’t active , you can no longer access any previous reports requested when the account was active. Not worth the money.
I have had an account with Been Verified since 2018. I took a break from my membership last April or May until November. It is managed by Apple, and unfortunately they haven’t updated their pricing & I chose what they said would be a year for $94.00 plus tax, but now it has changed to $67.00 for 6 months. After they refunded my money, I cautiously decided to try a 1 month membership for $14.99. Again, I forgot it was the old prices! With tax it was $16.04. I used my debit card thinking I would be safe, but if you don’t use your Apple Card, they say they have no record of your purchase? Buyer beware when choosing Been Verified. If I get my refund, I will do another review in their favor!
Thank you for your hard workIn creating this app to find out information on people to keep my family safe👍🏼
BeenVerified helps me sleep better at night. I feel safer knowing that I’ve checked the backgrounds of our neighbors and anyone that is going to be spending the night. I never share what I’ve learned. This is not a parlor game, this is life and death. I rehome stray dogs after they are stable enough. I check the prospective owners history to make sure that they don’t have any criminal charges against them, like animal abuse, neglect, and to make sure they are getting a little nervous too. Talk soon.
Great app! Security and safety should everyone’s priority when dealing with strangers!
I was trying to find my cousin. BeenVerified couldn't even find the info I found using Google. I tried to get help with their chat. I talked to a live person, but mostly he cut and pasted excuses of why the site didn't have better info and pushing me to sign up for monitoring.I decided to try looking up myself. The site got my address correct, but my middle initial was wrong, my phone number was wrong (and I have a landline listed in the phone book). The site couldn't find any of my jobs or my college degree. It listed me as having 25 aliases, most of which are wrong. It did list my married name as an alias, but it couldn't find my marriage or divorce records.
At first, I was hesitant to sign up because of the fees. But I was desperate to know more about what my Grandmother's life had been like before she passed away in 2007. I was able to see the people who became related to her and how she lived her life in the US.
This was a good service and canceling when I no longer needed was easy
TOTAL SCAM. Paid for a $1 VIN search promising a CARFAX alternative and it was totally inaccurate. All it told me was the make and model of the car, no repair or maintenance history, no owner history. They also gave it a “no accident” rating, which I knew was false as it’s my own vehicle. They then went and charged me $32USD for a subscription without my permission and won’t refund me. Stay away!
It was nice to be able to do research for purposes of safety and comfort
Without notice the subscription price went up almost $10.00. When I called to find out what was going on I was met with a rude customer service representative. After being a loyal customer for years, I canceled my subscription.
You pay and download the car history. After you cancel the membership, you cannot download the same report you paid already. So they ask you to pay twice.
Greatest source so far to date that is out there for this information that you might be seeking! I love the service, my only issue would be the price. However the amount of information you can receive actually does make it worth it! Just only sign up and pay when it is affordable for you! You wont regret it!
Promoted free number and associated identification lookup. Took me through all the processing BS and then wanted to charge me to see results. THIS FRAUDULENT WASTE OF TIME SHOULD BE ILLEGAL AND HEAVILY FINED. America/FTC should make war against sites that practice these deceptions.
This has been so helpful and gave me hope in finding the information that I needed! Thank you so much Been Verified!
It was a helpful searching tool on locating long loss friends. However, it is not something that I need to keep for ongoing usage.
Been verified helped prove someone I knew was leading a double life and prevent more heartache. The site is easy to use. The price is worth all the information I was able to obtain. Highly recommend.
I found names and addresses that I could not find on free lookups. Very pleased with the experience and will come back again if needed.
The only semi useful tool out there like this , and isn’t a scam. Might be dated information but lots of useful information to help start or expand a search . Easy to cancel when finished

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices
