Amazing from start to finish. Honest, genuine people, selling great quality cars at great prices. Matt and Ben were great, smooth process in part exchanging my car and purchasing the new car. On collection day the car was perfectly presented, immaculate inside out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Very happy.

Beck Evans were perfect in all aspects of showing the car and taking me through the process. Rob in particular made everything seamless in a friendly and engaging manner.

My experience could not have been better. Great communication via email, text and phone. Fantastic service, from genuine people (Andrew handled sale and Ben the handover). Would definitely do business with them again. Now to enjoy the amazing car I bought from them.

They changed the agreed purchase and part exchange after deposit taken and finance in place . My vehicle was valued twice in person by vw and anchor vans at £7500. The agreed part ex with beck evans was £6500.But against a van I was happy to purchase. Sale agreed . Finance organised and approved . Deposit of 1000 taken . 4 days later Then I recived a TEXT message saying they would only offer 5500. On my van that they have not even seen to justify that. Shocked that they do this via a text .Now I have finance and no vehicle and have to wait to recieve my deposit back. Awful treatment and to waste a person time and credit score now affected and all out of my hands . Thank you so much Beck Even and Peter especially. Re your reply . Why did you not mention thay when Matt colgate contacted me with the value for my van I said that I had better offers from persons that had seen my van and thay I was not interested. Then the next day 15 th August Peter called me and said you would offer 6500 . A thousand less than my best offer but I accepted at that . Agreed and paid deposit as asked to get it off sale so no one else buys it ( Peters words ) . Then 4 days later after no view of my vehicle and all in place to purchase you changed the agreement . I felt this was because you lost your cut for not using in house finance . That's more to the point eh Ben . Ruthless sales policy and truths are rare. Hope you don't mind me filling in some important facts you left out.

I've tried many times to speak to a sales advisor regarding a possible vehicle purchase, using their online chat, WhatsApp messaging and phone and have had no response. Obviously they are too busy. I would have preferred at least a courtesy call back, but have had nothing. I'll move onto another garage

Bought Range Rover Evoque, and after three months, we noticed drops of water leaking into the passenger side from the top of the windscreen and getting worse. When contacted Beck Evans, they said they can't do anything because of the 100-day warranty scheme, and this issue not come under their extended one year warranty. When I stressed it's a water leak and we found only now because of the heavy rain, a wonderful staff told me... you should have checked while you buy and also in England every week is raining. Best possible reply for a customer who spent 22K. I insisted this issue was there during the time of purchase and rather than saying the 100 days warranty, show some responsibility and get this sorted somehow. They ignored. Till sale, very polished customer service, and once we got an issue, the real customer service was delivered and thoroughly disappointed. Never ever go anywhere near.

Absolutely dreadful! After we had driven 2 hours to view a car agreed on it put everything in place the car was supposedly sold over night !!! No one even contacted us absolutely disgusting!!! Sean vile customer service!! Don’t touch these Typical deceitful car dealers !!!!

Farm shop advertises open 7 days a week. Apparently Monday is not included. Kelsey’s was far superior. Won’t bother again!

Very impressed with Beck Evans. Smooth sales process, very efficient up until the vehicle was handed over to us. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we hadn't inspected the vehicle completely and noticed a minor chip on the windscreen, that wasn't disclosed to us. This wasn't a deal breaker in any shape or form, we got it fixed within couple of days. What was disappointing was the fact the our texts and emails were completely ignored by Chris Yaxley after the car left the forecourt. A simple email or call would have been sufficient. All we wanted was some advice. Very disappointing!!

Recently purchased a Range Rover. I live 160 miles from them and was a bit concerned that should I have any post sale problems then it would not be a simple thing to pop it back to sort out. I needn't have worried because while I did have a couple of niggly issues with the car Beck Evans sorted it out by arranging to pay for rectification. The car is now sorted at no cost to me. Thanks to all at Beck Evans and particularly Matthew for a professional sales experience, Andrew for his supportive approach post sale and for Billy and colleagues for sorting the niggles.

I paid for my van and an hour later I realized that several things were quite wrong, also no service has been done whatsoever as I was told! Not happy!21-3-2023The second week we arrange a test drive with one of the mechanics and we arranged an appointment to repair both the driveshaft, faulty horn, and battery charging issues, let's see and hope things will change, and maybe can get 5 Star score !?

An excellent dealer to purchase a car from! Easy to deal with, accurate and clear as well as being fairly priced.The car was in 1st rate condition and the only post purchase niggle was dealt with quickly and efficiently.Bearing in mind we purchased from the other end of the country this couldn't have been a simpler transaction, thanks Karl!

We recently bought a BMW 5 series from Beck Evans. We dealt with Jay Drummond. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Jay provided a high level of customer service, was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. A technical issue I had was also dealt with by Billy within 24 hrs. Great service, would highly recommend this company.

Travelled to view a car , totally unprepared when I arrived ( I made an appointment the day before ) the ‘ sales’ man took 2 calls whist we where talking and then left us in the office for 20 mins whilst he went to find some paperwork relating to the car . I drank my coffee and walked back to my car and left . He then phoned 20 mins later and offered to e mail the details to me . No thanks , with this level of attention this is a dealer to avoid

Bought a 2018 Mercedes e class from Beck Evans in October. There were a couple of issues with the car that wouldn’t be covered by the Mercedes warranty - I was really disappointed and expected a typical used car sales response of sold as seen when I raised these issues. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Beck Evans sorted the problems immediately and beyond my expectations. Neil the Sales Manager provided a Director level of customer service. Problems happen it’s how you deal with them. Beck Evans were and are very customer focused. I note some bad reviews on here and can’t understand this as my experience was absolutely 1st class.

Rob and the team very helpful on a recent purchase, accommodating my late notice view/test drive request and collection a few days later, optional items presented but not pushed hard. I would recommend Beck Evans and will look at their stock for my next purchase.
