Is beautylish.com Legit?

Garbage spam company based out of china, looking to collect your data and to sell you cheap expired warehouse makeup that was rejected by stores. Worst quality and questionable business practices, watch for spam and harrassment. Bad selection of obviously paid partners.

Where else can you not only get text reminders a product is dropping, but the chance to preorder what you need before it sells out to the general public + meaningful rewards for cash discounts? I was able to ask questions & place my order while waiting for an appointment. Made it super easy for me. Plus the shipping was super fast vs big chains that take 2-3 weeks to wander across the country. Beautifully packaged as usual.

Brush is top quality and looks exactly as pictured/ advertised. It is a useful tool that makes a difference in blending makeup to invisible application, much better and faster than fingers. It was packed carefully (maybe even a touch overly so?), was shipped (and arrived) quickly and in perfect condition. Those are the things that matter to me. 5 🌟. Happy customer.

Every time I’ve ordered from this company from start to finish it’s been perfect!! I got a confirmation email, tracking updates, fast shipping, arrived in amazing packaging safe, secure, & def made me want to order again. They also have really good sales sometimes!!! I’ve got some AMAZING deals on great products! DEF love ordering from them! Highly recommend!

Items.came in quick, my only feedback would be to provide more protection for packaging. My items were freely moving around, I can see that if I had ordered a makeup palette, without the proper protection it's vulnerable to breaking because of how the package would be handled. Everything I received was intact but the lack of proper protection inside was a little bit of a concern for me.

Easy to shop from Beautylish. Customer service is superb and the packaging always makes it an amazing experience when opening my orders. I do wish they offered more scent selections and Laura Mercier. I enjoy the card sale because it gives me a great return for my dollars spent! I hope that doesn’t go down but rather increase as prices keep rising. Thank you Beautylish for making my shopping experience lovely.

I was really looking forward to getting more Jeffery Star face cream, I've not used this shop before what I received was either Fake or very gone off it smells disgusting it's supposed to smell like strawberry, I can't even use will have to go in the bin, it's not cheap so I am bit upset and disappointed as other than this it was a good service fast delivery nice packed I would have become a regular customer, Its clearly very off cream sorry . I'm really new to Beutylish. I've only made a couple purchases from them recently and I have to say, they have the best customer service! They reply promptly and always so helpful. I live in Canada and this is one of the very few non-Canadian based companies I'll purchase from b/c the amount spent for free shipping is super reasonable ($40 CDN) and the prices paid includes all taxes/duties. I love this place and look forward to purchasing from them again!

Just received my Jeffree Star Beauty Killer 2 Red Cleaver Hand Mirror a few minutes ago and I just Love it!! My experience is always great whenever I visit the site.Their store have the latest and greatest of fragrances and beauty products such as Tom Ford, Jo Malone to name a few. When I receive my products, the presentation is so beautifully well done and they always stick a surprise deluxe treat for you to try.I’ve spoken with their Support twice and on both occasions the ladies were so nice as if they’ve known me forever.The divided pays per month is divine!Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Quick delivery and so nicely packaged. The Wayne Goss mascara is beyond words...the BEST I have ever used. I have long straight eyelashes and this mascara coats and CURLS with an eyelash curler like nothing I have ever used. Goss deserves a Nobel Prize for putting together this formula.

Excellent service and communication.Great company to deal with. Just a shame that being in the US and sending to the UK, every order gets hammered with tax and then additional non sterling charges from my bank. It makes orders very expensive, which sadly is a deterrent.

I had ordered from Beautylish maybe a decade ago? Was fine hut this time? My order was processed & shipped quick! Like impressively quick! I was just ordering one palette but it arrived carefully & so cutely packed! Packed & signed in SF? I found Beautylish when I learned about The Ordinary skincare line. Doing a lot of online shopping, I almost always research new retailers. Even though The Ordinary products are extremely inexpensive, I didn't want to get taken for a ride. I can't say enough good things about this site/app! If your skincare isn't limited to drugstore brands, I'd bookmark Beautylish right now. (Seriously... go now!) I've now purchased twice from Beautylish and have had two very positive experiences... I'm certain I will have many more in the future!

They sent me a nail polish when I actually ordered an eye base. I offered to return it but their customer service was such a doll and sent me the correct product to me with express shipping and declined to exchange the product. Shipping took 2 days and I live in Singapore! Have bought from them twice and will keep on purchasing in the future!

“Worst online experience”

This was the worst online experience I've ever had. I bought a bunch of items on Black Friday as a gift for my fiancée at the discounted price and a few days later decided to buy two more items at the regular price. When I received my updated email I saw that all the discounted items were updated to the original price and didn't get charged until 10 Days later! I had to cancel the order even though I had proof from my bank with the original purchasing dates and prices. This place is garbage and that's why I will never buy from a place that isn't the official merchant. Now I need to scramble and figure out another gift before Christmas. I'll be posting this on multiple review sites.

Great brands, great items and very fast shipping. I ordered Bliss waxing products, some mascara and brow pencil. Very nice products! There so so many brands i normally cant find in other online stores but i can find here, or i can find them just they do not ship to HK. But Beautylish does! And the shipping is super quick. I ordered on 1st Sept and got it on the 4th. Definitely the best online beauty stores so far.

My experience with BeautyLish was wonderful for a first time buyer like myself who had never heard of BeautyLish. BeautyLish truly cares for their customers with the box the products come in neatly packaged and the welcome card you get inside. My order was a Christmas present to my mom. Despite ordering a week before Christmas and ordering on a Friday midnight the package came in two days! I was so surprised with the shipping I knew I was going to love giving the gift to my mom. The products came in excellent condition! My mom loved all the products I have ordered and I had recommended her to order off this site and others who are into makeup! I HIGHLY recommend BeautyLish! You'll find so many amazing brands you probably never heard of at a GREAT price.

Also, I would like to highlight the packaging- though, I would love them to go with a simpler ecopackage, products (packed by Angela) arrived beautifully wrapped in printed paper with a personal artistic touch, making my shopping experience even more satisfying. “Sucks all the way”

I have to say this site sucks i had been advised i could return something that was just shy of 90 days i was happy seeing how there swatches were way off anyway well i had to call multiple times and i would always get the same answer "your get an email within 24 hours for someone can help you" well don't you know i NEVER got an email EVER and when i would call back i would get the same bs so of course weeks go by and i finally got in touch with someone about this problem over the phone and i was told now its 4 months so they cannot return the items. So i tried explaining this was there fault because i was getting the run around but they don't care that was my problem for some reason so now I'm stuck with $#*! products that i was duped into buying because there swatches were so off. I WILL BE RETURNING EVERYTHING I HAVE PURCHASED WITHIN 90 DAYS AND WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY!
