This was the worst experience in my entire life in the salon.I specifically looked for Ukrainian or russian salon because those are the best.This salon told me they are Ukrainian. I have seen many Ukrainian salons but this is not far away from what I am used to.I don’t understand how this terrible salon got so many good reviews I bet they wrote everything themselves. I have been there just now and it was the worst salon where I have been in my entire life.Girl that was doing ny nails almost broke my fingers. She was literally torturing me during this manicure. I went to the administrator and instead of getting a help she have been rude and abusive saying that this is normal to have pain during the manicure and she will not change a specialist because everyone else is busy. Then I went downstairs and I saw 10 of them seating and gossiping. I have only waisted my time there. They are literally horrible!Also the energy there is really depressing. I saw girls there so sad and unhappy.The salon itself looks dirty and disgusting, I don’t understand how people are going there to do their nails and not getting sick there.They have the worst customer service when i communicate about the problem they installed of fixing it telling you it should be this way.That’s the first time in my life I run away from the manicure in the middle of the process and I’m sure a lot of people done the same because they literally break my fingers there. This was painful and awful!Administration in great dress got down and started kicking me out because her colleagues who was too busy seating gossiping can’t fix my nails as they just to discuss their problems. She was very angry and rude without manners.When I got out of there I saw that they blocked my WhatsApp number. Just imagine this they are asking client to pay 500 zlotych for meni & pedi they don’t do the job right Ana after they block your number. I don’t understand how this place actually have clients.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I found this wonderful place via browsing around the net for wigs that looked natural and could fit a melanin beauty like myself. The issue with many other wig stores that have vibrant colors and ambitious styles is that they look like they're for cosplay versus daily wear.This is where Beautyempirestore swept me off my feet. Not only do the wigs here look stunning in person, but they are extremely well made and super affordable. I will be doing business here from now on because this place is certainly a gem. My first time purchasing from this place and honey, when I tell you it’s extra extremely satisfying knowing I got my package very fast ordered on Thursday got it Tuesday. Ordering is very easy either over the phone or online. Hair was magnificent. Great honest and respectful customer service. Will not be the last time I shop with beauty empire !

I found this store last year online when I was looking for a particular hair brand/color that I used to purchase locally that was no longer being sold in the hair store. Needless to say, I have ordered from Beauty Empire twice and will continue ordering from them! I ordered my hair a week ago today and I already have it.

This is my second time ordering from Beauty Empire and they never disappointed. I place large orders to keep from having to order often. The order is always correct and the shipping is on time. Good quality hair. They are cheaper than the local beauty supply stores as well. It’s a win win!! 😊 I’ll never buy my hair from the local beauty supply store again.

The cost of hair and shipping was VERY reasonable. You did an excellent job packing the hair. The package arrived much sooner than I expected, and everything was correct. The hair is the exact color as advertised. I'm excited to start braiding! Thank you so much!

I paid for expedited shipping and it came as quickly as expected. The hair quality was good based on the stylists opinion. It was easy for her to pre-section the hair for braiding and she stated that it did not hurt her fingers to braid and some hair does. The color is very nice. I wanted something that wasn’t just black but was not too distracting due to work.

Package arrived in extremely poor condition. After paying over $70 for the item, it's disappointing to have it arrive looking like second-hand junk!! I can't believe this is the kind of quality this company is selling. At these prices, they should be able to afford to keep items in brand new condition and boxes to ship the items!!! This is shameful and unacceptable. I don't ever want to shop this site again and frankly I wish I could get my money back.

I purchased 5 wigs, one wasn’t available or in stock. They all were packaged and shipped in good condition! I liked all but . Probably will try to sale instead of returning. I have been trying to purchased some wigs and crochet hair, but the certain colors I want are never in stock when I check. So you may want to have more of your most popular colors available in stock more.Everything I have ever ordered over the last few years has been awesome!

I had checked numerous beauty stores trying to find a certain product and Beauty Empire was the only one that “supposedly” had it in stock. It’s my belief that they incorrectly listed the product and really didn’t have it, much like the other stores. Instead of admitting they took my money under false pretenses, they emailed me stating, “Order #3022900 was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded”. To me, it seemed as if they were implying I was the one committing fraud. Whereas, if they listed an out-of-stock product and took my money then the fraud would be on their end, not mine. I emailed them back to inquire as to why they thought it was fraudulent, but I never heard back.

I was skeptical, because I've never heard of this company. I was also skeptical, because they don't seem to answer emails. I took a chance and placed an order anyway. It was big order. Over $400.00. It shipped out the next day and everything that I ordered arrived a few days later, so I'm happy. I'm giving them 4 starts instead of 5, because they need to answer their emails. They ALMOST missed out on a big order.

Shipping was on time came when they said it was coming. I ordered the ruwa 2x ombré. Think the pictures could be better I was thinking it was more color on the bulk but it’s like highlighted and the solid color is close to the ends.

Worse thing a company can do is to send the wrong product! I specifically selected a blend, but received a neutral color. This has happened before, some companies send you anything if they don't have the hair in stock...just to get rid of it because they know we don't have time to return items.I want be purchasing from this company again..If we can't do it right...then let's it do it at ALL!

I wish that your website reflected all the products that were unavailable for purchase. I discovered your store from buying your items through Amazon actually. I am very pleased with your products. It's why I decided to skip the middle man so to speak. Maybe you should take a page from their book though. Don't take the customer's payment until you actually check that you have the item in stock. It is a real hassle. Especially if it's an emergency and you need the hair ASAP. The customer then has to spend more money buying something else, most likely from somewhere else and spend extra money that they didn't plan on spending. Which was the case for me and the situation that you put me in. Don't get me wrong, I did receive my refund. However it's disappointing to see my bank account being used for extra purchases I didn't plan on making at that exact moment. It doesn't make a customer feel safe, satisfied or even have faith in making future purchases with you.

This wig nothing like the picture at all . The hair shed like crazy and tangles up really bad . Wash it thought it be better but it wasn't .Parting didn't do no good each way I turn it middle side didnt look appealing at all . Not big friendly at all so it kept coming up off my head no matter what I tried

I want to say that I have had the best experience ever ordering from you, first you have so many different types of wigs to choose from, your price is great but most important about your customer service is awesome! I made a mixup on my order and immediately you guys took care of it and changed it for me with no problem, and refunded me the difference right away! I receive my wig, within several days after my order was completed and shipped. My wig is excellent quality and it looks great, I am so excited to finally have a company that I can order from and know that I’m going to get great quality and great customer service! I will be a regular customer on a monthly basis can’t wait to order more Wigs!
