Once the shipment was lost the usps details showed it delivered but it was never received till date and then i contacted the customer service. They assisted me and sent me new replacement. I have never had problems with this company, but the last two months have not delivered two boxes that were long ago paid for by subscription and also paid for shipping which is important. the store stopped responding something understandable to my letters, I only see that the status of my parcels does not change, and the company asks to wait for each shipment 40 days so that it can contact the carrier. the first 40 days have already passed the problem is not solved, no one changes even the company of the carrier, all the statuses of parcels I have including track numbers, ready to provide. predstaviteli firms on my last letter did not answer, and the letters were to wait for that 40 days. service absolutely nepoyantno for what take 19 dollars for delivery of each box. I have an annual subscription and I want a normal solution to my issue.
