Is beautifiedyou.com Legit?

Beautifiedyou have the worst customer services ever, i ordered from them and my order was delivered to someone else and when i contacted them about this they called me a liar and that it’s not their responsibility.I wasn’t looking for a refund idc i can order another but i just wanted them to know what happened then i was shocked from their aggressive, unprofessional and unrespectful response.

Items were ordered a week ago and STILL haven't been shipped, instead they're showing as awaiting fulfillment. Contacted them and was told, "standard shipping typically takes up to 4-10 business days to process and ship at this time — therefore, processing & shipment deliveries are subject to change without notice." Then they had to the nerve to say, "However, we can assure you your order will ship promptly!" NOT ACCEPTABLE - would not recommend doing business with them.

I purchase online its been 15 days I haven’t received my order yet. They still not send it. Such a bad service not buying again for this site. Not recommended!

I’m a little discouraged from ordering again from Beautified. My order was placed on Jan. 5th and it still hasn’t arrived today (the 18th). I read a couple reviews that mentioned, “product arriving a few days later than the expected delivery date.” Thats an issue with me given the anticipated expected delivery date is already more than 7 days out. Delivery is most important when I’m shopping online, so BeautifiedYou missed the mark for me!

I always love tripping over off-the-beaten cybertrack online cosmetic sites, especially those like Beautified You, which provides both better known and completely unknown (to me) products. It may be a small family business in the wilds of Anaheim, but Beautified You provided fast fulfilment, reasonable prices, comparatively reasonable shipping rates and lightning fast delivery (I'm an international customer), 8 days from their shelves to mine. Customer care is excellent, with an easy-to-navigate site and regular shipment/tracking/delivery updates. And the sign of a company seeking to rise above the rest, interested in customer care, goodwill and future business, lovely high-end product samples geared to my skin-care needs.Thanx Beautified You for a memorable shopping experience. I was at first skeptical of the website as I’m ordering from the UK but it was the only one that carried ELTAMD products so i decided to take a chance. Thankfully, the risk paid off and i have received my products on time and with a few cute little samples ontop! So happy with my experience, will definitely use the site again!

Arrived in perfect condition in a double wrapped mailer. And they sent some free samples of a lovely cream from Glowbiotics! Those little extras are much appreciated. Initially, I was concerned that it took a week to see an update on order fulfillment, but I messaged my concern and received a prompt answer.

Very goed ! I was a little bit sceptic about it because of bad reviews( mostly about the delivery), but I've tried it anyway, I've received my package within 3 days ( to The Netherlands). Also product is original, which I'me very happy about ( I've asked the cosmetics company about the original suppliers and they confirmed this store ). I will buy here again for sure

I originally wrote an unfavorable review because I had an issue with my order and wanted to resolve it by phone. I thought we would need to discuss it.I left messages but noone returned my calls. I was miffed and wrote the bad review. I finally emailed and was told that because of COVID, their small company had noone to listen to and return calls.They resolved the problems immediately, graciously, and generously. I am now a fan!

Shopping was easy with both my skincare and makeup brands in ONE place and I could even apply coupons! My products arrived accurately and very quickly despite the usual delays my area has been having lately. I will definitely be shopping here more in the future. I've already shared the site with my friends as well!

love the variety, however between order placement and shipment delivery, it was over 1 month.I’ve had things shipped overseas during covid in half the time on several occasions.Hopefully the next order won’t take as long.

They have a good selection and good prices but often you will be waiting a loooong time to get your merchandise. I ordered something over a week ago. The next day I got a notification that it could take "4-7 days due to current order volumes and other contributing factors". Wasn't thrilled about the wait but decided to wait. Well that was more than 7 days ago. I followed up about my order they gave me some song and dance of it now shipping in "1 to 3 days". I told them to ship it in 24 hours or cancel. They cancelled.If they can't keep up with demand, that sounds like an operations issue. Don't tell customers you will ship within this given period and then change the story. Terrible customer service.

My first order didn’t arrive even though it showed delivered. I waited and gave it about 2 weeks. I contacted customer support for help. I placed another order because I had already run out of the product and needed it ASAP. You guys quickly and efficiently helped by refunding my first order and express shipped my 2nd order. I am so happy and love you guys. Thank you, I will be back

I love BeautifiedYou.com. The shipments always arrive in record time, and the website is simple to maneuver. The offering of products is marvelous, and I've found some excellent products by trying the free products received in each shipment.

Ordered $200 worth of products. Never received items. Seller simply said "not our problem - your package was lost or stolen so it is your problem" I am $200 out, no products and no resolution. I will NEVER use them again. Why would then send out this value of products and not request signature upon delivery??? Appalling customer service.

Package was delivered quickly, but I did not get any notification of delivery date. So when it arrived I was surprised. I like to know when my packages are expected to arrive to prepare for pickup, to reduce the chance of theft.

I received my order, except for a few things that were on back order. Those were shipped out the following week. They did not have an ETA on one item so I canceled it. They refunded me my expedited shipping and were great to work with. Excellent customer service.

Had a great experience. Not only was it at a discounted rate for an Dermatology product, but it also shipped in a good amount of time. I recommend this site for your more expensive skincare items.
