I ordered some beads from beads unlimited yesterday morning and they have arrived with me this morning!! Super fast service and great items! Will definitely look to buying more in future

Brilliant service very quick, slight problem with one of the items when I unpacked them, I contacted them by email that night. The following day they replied straight away and sent out the missing items which I got the next day. Very impressed with Beads Unlimited altogether, I only found them by chance searching the internet for Czech ab 4 mm beads and wow I'm glad I did.

I ordered another batch of semi-precious gemstones from Beads Direct-various shapes and sizes of 'Honey Quarts' gemstones. I really hoped all would be perfect and there wouldn't be any chips on the diamond-shaped beads where the string enters the stone and guess what!! all were absolutely perfect! They were packed so professionally and arrived in record time-Beads Direct have never let me down on service; I would recommend them very highly as a seller. I recently imrdered done very ordinary I have to be honest pony beads to use to make sun catchers with my grand sons. Two weeks later (having forgotten order) I hadn't received them. Rang the company lovely lady answered, checked details and sent out a new package which I received the next day ;) very happy

Found exactly what I was looking for at a really great price and it was delivered into my hands four days later (one of those four days being Sunday so it would have been even quicker if my brain had been in gear). We needed something quickly for a Christmas project, ordered online with fingers crossed, thinking with seasonal post etc we might not get it in time, but it arrived two days later - amazing or what? This is not the first time I've ordered from Beads Unlimited, and I doubt it will be the last! It's good to find suppliers who are quick to process orders and supply quality goods. This time I ordered, amongst other things, a bag of frosted glass barrel beads in mixed colours for my Viking-themed jewellery - there were 18 different colour shades, which surprised and delighted me. I've bought loads of things from Beads Unlimited before, fantastic products and particularly the kits. There was an issue with the delivery of my last shipment, not their fault at all but their response was fantastic. There's that old adage about seeing the quality of a company by how they respond when something goes wrong and with fast emails, excellent customer service and a quick resolution - they really shone. Particular kudos to Tom on the excellent email response. Thank you!

My only issue was my own fault. I made a huge order to make bracelets to sell for my charity after an email offer gave a brilliant additional discount but I didn't add the code in the box and so missed out. Not sure how they can help but I have certainly learnt my lesson and am now applying the codes if I order from an offer :-)

Once again, Beads Unlimited has come up trumps in getting an order out to me swiftly. The reel of 1 mm black elastic I bought is perfect and the gold coloured 18 inch chains are very good value for money. They look really good when put together with my pendants and I will be ordering again. Whether visiting the Brighton Bead Shop in person ( which I love to do whenever I go to Brighton) or using the website, I find the experience is always a good one. Thank you!

The site was easy to use, the products exactly as shown. The delivery was impressive, what more can you ask for? I'll definitely use again. If I had to pick one thing I'd change it would be the availability of larger pack sizes especially on findings but that's about all. A return visit is definitely on the cards!.

I made an order of beads that I needed quickly and in bulk to supply the children in my class with as we were making African bead and wire key rings. The same day I received a phone call checkingy order and letting me know for just 75p more I could double the beads which I hadn't noticed.
