Is beachsissi.com Legit?

I had an issue with a dress being 1 inch shorter in the back than the front. I sent 4 pictures and they asked for more. I sent 2 more showing the dress is clearly shorter and looked ridiculous. They offered for me to pay $16 for a $34 dress to send it back on a DEFECTIVE dress. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

The swimsuit is perfect, good material and the dress is an ideal beauty for the summer. I liked it.

Took forever to receive my order and impossible to return and get any money back. They want you to pay to ship it back to China or pay $35 shipping for new items. The swimsuits did not provide any support. Doing not buy anything here!

Ordered a swimsuit, paid expedited delivery so would get here before my vacation, it did not come in time. Received after I left because they said it wasn’t available when I ordered it but didn’t tell me that when I ordered it. They said it was past the 15 day return time so couldn’t return it. I was out of town when they did deliver it so I could not return it till I got back. They just don’t like returns .

I wish I had read the reviews for this sooner prior to placing my order. Same story as everybody else is. Very poor quality and impossible to return. The items run very very small and look as if they would fit a child instead of a grown adult. They look pretty and have nice designs but really it's not worth the hassle. I sent an email requesting a return and it was such a hassle that I gave up on it and didn't even bother because I already know what they're getting at. Save yourselves from buying here and order on Amazon.

O Stars!!!! I ordered a dress after seeing it on Instagram ~ it was terrible ~ cheap polyester-like material when it arrived and extremely poor quality. The dress was about $40 and I was told I had to ship it back to China myself which will cost about $30. Not worth the aggravation ~ the dress is going in the trash. Do not buy from them!!!!!

They were on top of communication which was a plus for me. But I ordered a dress size large thinking it would be oversized but it's way too tight. Tried to return it but the cost of return was way too much and they didn't cover any of it. Good customer service of clothing products for me is being able to return... I am 5, 9 160 lb and always wear a large because I'm so tall. I'm very unhappy with the product and their customer service. They did give me 12% back which was $9 after paying for shipping one way. Very very unhappy. Will never shop with them again because of their customer service

I ordered 2 cute sundresses for a trip. The website stated they would arrive July 2 at the latest. (Ordered 7 days in advance). They were SHIPPED July 2 & I don't receive in time for my trip. Wanted to keep one and return the other and it costs $35 to return a $35 dress bc it's from China. Very low quality material and they gave me a 10% r refund and had me keep the dress. Looks great online but very cheap cotton material. I don't recommend.

Beware! You cannot return anything as it needs to ship to China and will cost $$$ (more than the actual clothing). Clothing is very small and horrible fit. Your only option is to keep the clothes and they will refund you like 10% of the cost minus all the taxes and shipping. I got $3 back on a $45 dress that was awful! Beachsissi handles returns very bad. I was sent a swimsuit with bad stitching that was coming undone and they wouldn't do anything about it. They want me to pay for shipping to get a refund. “Bad Customer Service - Terrible return process”

The way Beach Sissi handles returns is terrible. Basically makes it unaffordable to make a return because it has to be shipped to China. Then, they sent me an undeliverable address, so I paid the shipping, label is printed EXACTLY as they sent it to me, and the package was returned as undeliverable. So now I'm out the cost of my goods I was trying to return...some of which were defective, along with another hefty sum to try to return them to China...only to have the package sent back to me and no credit received for my return items. Infuriating! If you like something on BeachSissi, you can find some of their items on Amazon, and returns are much easier through Amazon. Avoid directly purchasing from BeachSissi site! The product comes from China so do not expect it to arrive soon! Had I realized this I would have saved my money. I bought two swimsuits one their description was not correct it stated the suit was under wire it was not. The second suit should have fit me correctly according to their description it did not. Both suits were not good quality. When I tried to exchange or return I was given the option of paying $35.00 to return even thou this was their error I provided screenshots. Or to Exchange I would need to pay the $35.00 then pay for my selections then they would return my money once they received the product back. Update on my previous review. Have not received any merchandise; Beachsissi has never refunded my purchase which I never received. They asked me to send $38.00 to cover re-shipping. I sent that amount. Never heard back. This has been ongoing since November 2023. They just keep asking me to give them a favorable review. How can they expect that when they haves defrauded me of approx $200 CAD. WOW. How are they allowed to continue doing business this way. Cant comment on the quality of their products but they look nice in the ads. “Don't Buy!”

It took over a month to receive my order. It was stuck at a processing facility for several weeks. Clothes are shipped from China. The refund policy is awful. I spent $175 and they offered to refund me 15%. I decided to pay the shipping to return the items and get a full refund. It cost me $75 to ship to China. And now the tracking says it's been sitting somewhere in Beijing since April 21! It's now May 13. I asked if they would refund me 50% now and 50% when they receive the package. They refunded me 15% and claim they will refund me the remaining balance when they receive the package IF they receive it. I will never order from them again! “Terrible customer service”

My order took 21 days to get to me and it arrived 1 day after our family had left for a vacation. I was hoping to use my purchase on vacation so when I returned home I emailed customer service to return my item and was told the return window was 15 days and I was one day too late. I explained my situation and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried again to speak to a manager and was told again there was nothing that could be done. I am beyond frustrated. This product was also shipped to me from China.

Order one swimwear in early July and it's September now, it never arrived. Contacted customer service to provide a tracking number in Aug and they keep avoiding my request. Horrible experience, don't buy anything from them.

“Terrible fit”

I ordered several suits. The halter top has such a loose neck that the whole clasp will have to be moved in order to get closer to what it's supposed to look like. The other suits are scratchy, too small and ill fitting. Poor quality all around. Poor customer service as I was given an address but I don't want to throw good money after bad to mail it back to China for fear of not getting my refund. Expensive lesson learned.

This is a Chinese company who ship from north America but make you return to China in case you want a refund. This will set you back more than the bikini is worth. As compensation for this ridiculous return policy, they offer you 3 bucks or buy another one for half price (let us take your money again). Buyer be ware. Also, bikinis are really flimsy and don't fit well. Consider yourself warned. I complained very politely on their Facebook and got banned. Check my pictures if you don't believe me.

Lovely looking swimsuits, but very cheaply made! Mine had faulty stitching and a seam coming apart. After 10 emails back and forth I eventually got 5% refund. I suspect it will be only able to be worn once or twice:-(

Bought 4 items, they arrived while I was away for a 10 day trip. Got home tried on and all too small. I'm thinking their size calculator is based on a 100 lb women for size L(usually I get M but size up on suits). Never wore a XL in my life but even that might be too small here! Emailed them and got an email saying yes you can return/exchange. Immediately and I mean immediately within 1 min. Another that said sorry refund only 2 weeks. Now you must buy another and we'll only charge 1/2 price. So now I have 4 items that don't fit and they want me to put more $ out for another that I'm certain won't fit. They think I'm an idiot? My 4 items came is a reasonable amount of time. The suit tops fit much smaller than normal and the beach cover-up fabric is poor quality. In order to get a refund, they require it with a tracking number. For me to send these back, I would have to pay $85 Canada Post by sea!
