Is baudville.com Legit?

This was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Heather was amazing. Seriously the easiest process ever that took less than 24 hours to complete. Both my boss and I were really impressed. 10/10 i will recommend and purchase from here again.

The awards I ordered were very nice and delivered ahead of time. I called late in the day and the customer service lady that helped me stayed and helped me to make sure she gets my order for the day. She was very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable with the products.We are very satisfied with our order.We appreciate her.

Our hotel's Hosts of the Year for front of the house and heart of the house are being recognized this evening at our annual gala. The announcement will be a surprise. When I was told the names of the two winners on Tuesday, I called Heather Ewerth who handles all our awards. I did not believe we had enough time to get the two awards here in time for tonight, but Heather made it happen! She fast tracked the order on Tuesday, got the proofs sent to me for approval and overnighted the awards which arrived yesterday!! So tonight, we'll be recognizing our two fabulous Hosts of the Year and present them with their beautiful crystal awards. Heather is amazing and Baudville is fortunate to have her on its staff. Thanks Heather for an outstanding job!!!

I paid over $30 for two-day delivery, and did not receive my items until 5 days later. The pieces appeared to be very well packed, until I opened them and noticed the bases of each trophy were both scuffed and dented around the corners. I’m giving these as a gift and do not have time to exchange for another pair. I was looking forward to these trophies, and I am disappointed.

Awards are stunning. Turnaround time is always fast. I have noticed that their packaging for some items is poor, boxes ripped or not sturdy. In the past they used to wrap large awards in blue lined boxes for presentation. I wish they would bring that back or at least offer for the customer to pay extra for that presentation wrapped item.

Tedrick and crew helped me with my last-minute requests with ease. They are dependable and quick to respond. They made my transactions simple and easy. I will continue to count of Baudville for my award needs in the future.

The awards were great and staff was overall great. My only issue is that I had a rush job and the proof was not sent until I called which then caused my deadline to be pushed back a day. This prevented me from presenting the awards to staff the next day. There was more than enough time for me to have received and approved the proof but it wasn't sent to me until I called because I hadn't seen a proof come thru. Additionally the Shop App is not helpful, I had to call to find out where my shipment was. There was no tracking info so that was frustrating. I am on the West Coast so calling before you all closed to follow up was challenging.

Our rep Cheyenne Livingston was amazing with helping me get this order together. The plaques look great, and we received them exactly in the time period we were quoted.

I had a very tight timeline and Tedrick was fantastic in helping make sure that my awards were delivered on time. The quality of the awards was great and my overall experience was excellent.

I put in an order for a personalized trophy for a very dear colleague/mentor who had to leave our program due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite the tight time frame I requested from the company, they worked expeditiously and the customized trophy arrived right on time. There were also a lot of follow up emails so I knew where the trophy was in the creation process and with shipping. The trophy itself was gorgeous and came in a really nice presentation box as well- our colleague was touched. Thank you for coming through for us!
