Is batteryempire.co.uk Legit?

First time purchasing from Battery Empire and I'm very pleased with my product.Very easy purchase. Good price, excellent communication regarding the delivery which was very quick.

Easy to select the right battery on their website. Good price. Battery seems to be in good working order but obviously it's too soon to tell if it will be a long-term success.

It was fairly easy to order and the item arrived when predicted. Price seemed reasonable.The EU site lets you order, but then says it no longer ships to UK. Although the EU and UK sites are essentially the same, the EU one is a little better in wording, etc. It initially seems cheaper, because no VAT added on.

Products seem of good quality and the issue I had with a laptop battery that didn't quite fit was sorted without fuss. Have used before and will use again.

Agreed to pay by via Bank Transfer. company could not provide valid account name (gave me four different ones). My Bank provided company Account Name "GREENCELL.GLOBAL" which matched account details provided. Paid bill on "21/06/2024", "BILL PAYMENT VIA FASTER PAYMENT TO REFERENCE ORDER ID 602623" for Order Ticket #1386339. But to-date no Battery received and emails claim no payment made.

Had a problem, due to my own fault, processing my order. Malgorzata responded immediately to help me resolve it and also pointed me in the right direction for the charger that I needed. She was patient and professional. Once my order was processed on the Monday, it arrived on Wednesday, via DHL delivery. Very pleased with the products.

What a refreshing customer service response. i purchased a laptop battery in July of 2023. Battery was fine but over the last 3-4 weeks the performance dropped off dramatically. Reported this by e-mail on JULY 12th today is the 15 JULY and battery empire informed me the replacement was on it's way. Absolutely 5 star service. Thank you Battery Empire customer service.

The battery was delivered promptly with great packaging.It was to the spec required for my notebook and fitted as a direct replacement.

First class service, quick DHL delivery, well packed, battery seems to be very good and working well. I used BatteryEmpire as my HP battery was quite hard to find in the 10.8v size and although some other sellers had them BatteryEmpire were the only company willing to ship to N.Ireland due to battery shipping rules. First class company, highly ecommended.

Ordered a new battery for my old Dell Latitude laptop on Sunday afternoon, received an email Monday afternoon to confirm despatch and battery was delivered at 8am on Tuesday - fabulous service.The new battery was an exact fit and took seconds to install. Slight disappointment that the battery had no charge. Left the battery to charge for several hours and was pleased to see a 100% and 3.5hrs charge.

What can I say except Excellent. I ordered a GreenCell battery for my very old Acer 5610z laptop. Battery arrived within 48 hours well packed in it's own small box thanks to Nathan in the shipping department. Battery fitted and laptop working fine, would buy from this company again so 5 stars and Thank you BatteryEmpire.

Quick delivery. Obviously as its a battery it needed charging then discharging a few times before it found its level. Will use company again.

They charge and only send 4 out of 5 batteries.Have had many emails with them and no reply for over a week now. Will contact Paypal and request assistance with refund.I can't understand why they don't answer, you have to be careful about your customers, otherwise you lose a customer base.I recommend not buying from them.Of course, the 4 batteries that came in different batches are in okay condition, but very poorly packaged.

New Battery for my old laptop delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, I was also updating the HDD to SSD at the same time and that failed with the result that the machine was dead. Returned the unused battery which was refunded promptly. Customer service were very helpful. Will order again for my other laptop. Thanks

I quickly required a replacement for my failing laptop charger which matched the output rating of my existing charger. Searches on typical sites (like Amazon) didn't find what I required. Battery Empire had a very comprehensive choice & I soon found exactly what I required. After placing my order I received timely emails confirming my order and the parcel arrived the following day. The package contained exactly what I ordered. I felt very pleased with the speedy outcome as there was a risk that I wouldn't be able to use my laptop. Overall a very satisfactory service. I shall be keeping Battery Empire in mind for future help and would recommend them to others.

I am always wary of buying laptop parts online as there are a lot of fraudulent or misleading websites out there. I read the reviews for Battery Empire and although there were some people who had had bad experiences, I decided to give them a go for a battery I couldn't source on eBay.I had a good experience and received the battery within 3 days of ordering it.As another reviewer said, this is NOT a UK company. Therefore, I couldn't be provided with a VAT invoice.

New laptop battery pack delivered a day earlier than expected, (free delivery) - partly charged - recharged overnight - back in buisness --- what more could you want???Would recommend to anyone.

Battery was delivered on time.however the delivery service decided to leave it at a drop off point a good 30mins from my house and when I went to pick it up the guy at the shop said it wasn't there so had to argue with him, turns out it was there, DHL should have just left it in a safe place. But the battery itself was fine. And despite DHL best efforts it was delivered a day early.

Great product to use. Had some hiccup with input polarity initially, turned out it's the reversed phase/neutral in my socket - support was spot on figuring this out. Quick response times, thanks lads!

The web site provided all the measurements to confirm I was making the correct choice. The battery slid onto the original 2016 Byocycle luggage rack fitting and the controls worked perfectly without any need to adjust the wiring. Thank you
