Is batanaful.com Legit?

The shipping was optimal, the product was delivered promptly even though it was shipped to Japan. I also have faith in the quality of the Batana oil based upon my limited understanding on how to test the authenticity of this oil. I have not started using the oil yet

I ordered the product ,it came damaged with the product out of container ,I contacted company with pictures and they have not responded, I have given them plenty of time to respond and still nothing

Very quick delivery, quality batana oil, taxes were collected upon paying for the order, so satisfied, i ordered more!

My purchase went missing due to shipping, the company was quick to send out another set of product with a much better shipping service.

I ordered three tubs and 2came without seals and the outer box looked as though it was open damaged I contacted the company if you want to call it that and told them I received it without seals and I'm off on holiday at the airport but received night before I was off and they said oh OK we will send you the seals oh no sister I'm not using it. It might of been tampered will I don't feel safe using it so going back but honestly customer service is crap don't bother ordering anything from those never again. Yes I returned the oil tub back to yourselves luckily a member of my household has a key to my home. Would never order from you again. My cousin used your product and suffered excema from it making her scalp itching am lucky I didn't use it and it was sent back.

I had issues with my order being delivered and they reached out and helped me out! I was able to receive my product in a timely manner even with the issues. The customer service is 10/10 and I suggest anyone to shop with them!

I am so happy I found this company. Batana Oil is becoming more popular. Unfortunately alot of people are selling fakes for high prices. Batanaful is one of the only authentic reasonably priced companies I have found. The team is very knowledgeable on batana oil and hair growth. Thank you for prompt delivery of the Batana Oil. I ordered the solid batana oil that dissolves as you rub it between your hands. It does smell a lot like coffee and the smell is not offensive at all. I've used this product for approximately 4 weeks now and I have definitely noticed that ,y hair has become thicker and no shedding. This is a good product!

Very satisfied with shipping considering I live in Ireland. Product is fantastic, I purchased the wonder oil and have been using before wash day 3 times a week. After 3 weeks of use I already see new baby hairs and a major difference in my hairs density. Other people have also noticed a difference. I suffer from hormonal imbalance and other issues which have caused me severe hair loss and balding. Of course I have adjusted my diet as well but this is a great add on and has given me a much needed confidence boost! Will be purchasing this product again.

I’ve been using this product for a month now, everyday, honestly I don’t think it works as I’ve seen no improvement. I think they just use Dr Sebi to promote it thinking it’ll help them to get product sales. I’d definitely stick to other products like Rosemary oil as they’re cheaper and probably just as good.

Great customer service , easy to use website and great shopping expereince.Products arrived in good time and nicely packed .I have tried both Wonder oil and Batana oil and both of them are easily absorbed into my hair and leave my hair feeling easy to manage , tangle free and soft after use but i cannot tell how much difference it is making in hair fall as it is my main concern , will keep using it regularly and update progress .

copy/past one of the latest post here, have the same problem still waiting and chating with support, like i should contact with delivery company I shouldve read the reviews before ordering. They seem to consistently have a shipping issue with a shipping company. I think it is actually a supply issue or process issue.In my case, they created a shipping label. Nothing happens until you complain, then they blame shipping company and create another shipping label and cancel the old one.Im not sure how long they intend to do this. I still have not received my product after a month.
