Is barnerbrand.com Legit?

The glasses were significantly delayed due to Barner not providing the correct customs paperwork. They eventually arrived in the wrong box. The glasses were unfortunately too small, but the returns cost is absolutely laughable (£30 from the UK!) more than half the price of the glasses, so they will have to be put on Depop/eBay. If you have to charge £30 to return your product from the UK then you don’t have a viable business in the UK…

I have been wearing Barner glasses for many years and they have boosted my eyes health by preventing my eyes to get red, itchy and extremely tired after spending hours on screens. And their associated headaches. Plus they diminish the impact of light screens (specially important if you are in a dim environment or if you have another eye condition). I'm very happy with the product, and the customer service is top notch - They sorted out a tricky case in no time. Kudos to the Barner team!

The purchase process is very fast and easy. I had to make an exchange which was also simple. When I needed additional support, the help team replied very politely and fast. The whole experience has been so nice really.

BARNER IS A SCAMI received my glasses yesterday, Frame is ok but the lenses are horrible. They are like mirror, people can see themselves in those while taking to you and you will look horrible in photoshoots or Zoom calls as everything will reflect and from the back of the lens while wearing those frames, I can actually see my eyes as well.. I will never buy from them again. And when returning those frames there is 30 EUR fee so in the end I am left with 27 EUR whereas I paid 173 EUR in total for the frames + 45 EUR extra shipping duty as I live outside of Spain. What a SCAM.

I recently had an issue with my order from Barner, as I received prescription glasses instead of the non-prescription ones I ordered. After contacting their support team, they responded promptly and courteously. Without needing me to return the incorrect pair, they sent the correct glasses via DHL Express, which arrived the next day.The quick resolution and excellent customer service were truly impressive. I highly recommend Barner for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Excellent customer service (from "Rosa" mostly). Helped me when I got into a returns muddle. Note: returning things to Spain from the UK gets complicated because of post-brexit tariff complexities, but I'm not sure I can hold that against Barner.

I ordered eyeglasses which were smaller size than needed. I found on the website a button to request a return/replacement. The return process was fairly easy. They didn't have/produce the ordered model in a larger size and I needed to replace my model with another. The replacement was easy and ordered even a courier from them to return the item. I received the new model in less than 30 hours after I requested a replacement and there are more than 3000 km between me and Barcelona. I know how frustrating can be to try to return products to other companies and I do believe Barner has made this process easy, thus I am happy.

Great experience replacing my Barner lenses and rectifying any issues with the process! My previous Barner glasses, my most worn pair and owned since 2021, needed the prescription changed. I purchased new transition lenses but unfortunately these didn’t fit, as my frame was a slightly older model. Barner acted amazingly and promptly to send me not only a new Chamberi frame free of charge - colour of my choice - but also another pair of lenses pre-fitted to avoid any further issues. I didn’t request the latter, they suggested this, which I thought was very proactive! The glasses themselves are lovely, the pink tortoise colour is very flattering as exactly as pictured and the transition lenses are very sensitive and reliable when reacting. I’ll likely be buying a second pair in black! The only thing to be aware of is the customs fees if shipping to the UK, likely because of Brexit. Barner have details of this on their FAQ and still shared the cost with me when I was caught off guard; however, something to bear in mind. All in, I would 100% recommended Barner and I’ll be buying from there again. Alongside Specsavers, they’re are my most trusted glasses supplier!

Really poor customer service. My prescription was incorrectly filled and they're asking that I pay to go get the glasses checked by an optician, which is a ridiculous ask. I now can't get a response from them to extend the returns period due to this unreasonable request. Would not recommend in any way, shape or form.

I bought a pair of Ginza blue lens glasses and they are simply perfect. I worked in the optic field (brands as Kaleos, Kuboraum, Nina Mur, Raen, Lool, Andy Wolf and many more) and I must say the Barner quality is so far excellent. Spanish brands are doing really a great job lately, kudos to you. I am now waiting for prescription glasses from them and my expectations are really over the moon! I read some of the 1star reviews and they are just about customer service and mostly during covid time, as well as people writing that after 3 years they got damaged and “collected dust” 😂 are you serious or just trying to get old frames (that you didn’t care for properly) replaced for free?

Barner really helped me to fix the glasses, which got broken after a bike accident, and I thought it's hopeless. Their customer support offered me a replacement part, I paid for the shipping and now I can enjoy the glasses again, this is such a sustainable approach, also saves you some money on buying a new frame. Special thanks to Olessia, this kind of friendly and personalized support is rare and not common nowadays!

We bought our Barner glasses on May 7th 2019. and we enjoyed using them ever since. Seven days ago we noticed some cracks on the framing and we contacted the Customers Support which handled the request really fast and professional. The new frame is already in delivery to our place.And the Customer Service is really, really pleasant, they should be benchmark for other companies.
