Jay is wonderful with our Aussie Doodle Sabrina. Getting groomed is not her favorite activity, but Jay's calm demeanor is evident as she seems very relaxed when I pick her up. Of course, I should mention that she is very beautiful as well! I highly recommend Pet Spa at Barkley Square, we have been going there for many years, first with our Blue Merle Australian Shepard and now with Sabrina, great folks!

We have taken our 2 1/2 year old 45 lbs. Aussie Labradoodle to Barkley Square for several years. Although they are not inexpensive, you get what you pay for. The administration folks schedule appointments easily on the phone, make sure you are reminded of the appointment, and clarify all the services before they start. They also call you as soon as your pet is ready. Jay always does an amazing job cutting Hazelnut. She looks great.

We unexpectedly needed a grooming appt for our Westie. Regular groomer didn't have availability, but Barkley Square had an appointment for the next morning! Front desk check-in was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable. Carol, our groomer, was so gentle and did a terrific job with our Neatened 'n Polished package services. Our doggie looked better than she ever has!

Milenka and the entire Barkley Square team make our very cranky Wally feel comfortable. Milenka is always patient with Wally...he looks forward to going for grooming, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and love he receives while there. Always a great experience from drop off to the pick up of my Giant Schnauzer! Laci’s art of grooming is always pleasantly amazing! Great people who create a positive relationship with you and your pet. Clean facility and I love that my dog is not crated during his visit.

They did a great job with my puppy’s first grooming experience! Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to explain the entire process. The one-on-one grooming took about two hours, and I was very grateful my pup didn’t have to stay in a kennel for half the day. He looks great and had a positive, low-stress first grooming experience. I highly recommend Barkley Square, especially for anxious pet parents and puppies that may need some extra patience.

It was easy to make an appointment and I received reminders via text which is really helpful. The person at the front desk was very informative and I waited less than 5 minutes before my appointment time for my groomer, Jay to come out. He looked at the dog and asked me a few questions to clarify what I wanted done. He also made useful recommendations. The results were excellent - Sage was groomed beautifully and Jay was finished working with her just under the estimated time.

Barkley Square is the best pet grooming business I have ever known (and my experience covers over 3 decades and 7 dogs). Everyone is there is friendly, kind, very competent and loves animals. My current dog is challenging when he visits a groomer or a vet, and they are unfailingly welcoming and supportive. THANK YOU to the team at Barkley Square!

Brooke did a great job with my Cavachon. He has an eye condition and his eye waters constantly. It gets sticky and because he rubs at it, it is a very sore area for him. Brooke did a good job of cleaning up that area and shaving it down very close to minimize matting and I know that wasn't an easy thing to do. I appreciate her can do attitude and her gentleness with my doggie.

My buddy is a 14 yr old ladies man, who loves to strut his freshly groomed stuff. Barkley's mobile groomers took extra steps to ensure his handsomeness was on full display upon his exit from their van. He did not want to go back home; he wanted to strut the neighborhood for all the ladies to see. Barkley's staff took excellent care of me, too, working with me to ease my time limitations on his spa day. Very positive experience for both of us! Highly recommend! Thank you, Barkley Square!

A week into rescuing our pup - after running around the neighborhood, rolling around in the grass and cooling off with the garden hose - our pup needed a good clean! He went in as Pig Pen and left a perfect, sweet-smelling, soft baby.

As always, Bear returned from Barkley Square looking great. This time George was Bear’s groomer and per my request did not use a fragrant shampoo. Equally important, his nails are now shortened enough so he won’t scratch our floors.

Everyone was very very pleasant and the groomer was very gentle with my precious Ragamuffin treasure. She was shaved, bathed, nails done, and ears cleaned. She looks cool and clean with her little summer cut. I appreciated the excellent customer service.

Our Golden Retriever looked wonderful after her grooming experience.Her nails were trimmed nicely and the knots in her tail were all worked out. I’m very pleased with her shiny coat and perfect Golden Retriever cut!

Hello, Im not quite sure why you didn't respond to my question. Actually I specifically went through what I asked for with the groomer in advance and it was not the neatened package you said, although she may have charged it that way. I'd prefer that you contact me directly.

Sadie is an amazing person and groomer. She was kind to my dog (and me) and kept her very safe. She asked questions in advance and was very attentive to meeting my desires for my dog. The grooming result is beautiful. My dog looks great and is so much cooler - she is ready for the hot summer. Thank you for a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I've always had incredible service at barkley square and have been very pleased with their work. Last week things were a bit off. The groomer wasn't feeling well and my dog's finished appearance was less than what I thought Barkley Square would have wanted. I sent an email and received a call back within the hour. They quickly suggested I bring my dog back so they could take a look and make things right. Needless to say, my dog was beautiful after the second visit. I truly appreciated their listening to my feedback and making sure I was satisfied. And the best part is that my dog is always eager to get in the door when we approach. They've won a happy customer!
