I would like give it less than star if there is an option to do so. Long queues on a daily basis, there is only one agent is available to serve a long queue of frustrated customers. I would not recommend. Worst experience ever
i think this bank is fraud, i was applying for a loan since May 2020, for the first time they told me to pay a registration fee to generate the loan application and my loan will be release, after 48hrs maximum.i made a payment for some remittance center via western union but, payment was all cancelled by western union. I want to have the loan coz im in need, so i go further to find a remittance to send my loan registration fee, i made the payment and they received it, after that they send me another payment again for notary fee, i pay it as well and another payment comes again they said for the activation of my loan,.after the pay still they did not release the loan, another payment, and i pay it also coz i really need my loan, and suddenly they said that the bank is asking for the penalty because of my late payment. they are asking to me a penalty payment to generate my loan,.i made almost 9000 aed to get my 70000 aed loan but its not happen.a benelese person shes from benin and contacted to me to get this loan without any complication i want to know if your are fraud and about my loan can someone help me for this issue please
My partner and I are sick of this bank. We should have checked trustpilot before we opened an account.Basically every body seems to say the same so I'll leave it at that.
Is there a way to give this bank zero stars? I wish I had found these reviews before dealing with this bank. I never would have. I'm not going to go into my experience other than to say I would echo just about every one of them. This bank is corrupt. Even the top officals don't know what they are doing. They not only steal the money in your account but the money in your pocket. The biggest joke is the 72 hour time table they don't tell you about. This come about when you are supposedly making a payment on ANYTHING. If it is not there in 72 hours, they charge you a fee. Only then do they tell you the story about these late fees. All I can say is run do not walk from ALL branches of this "bank". They are corrupt, I would even say criminals. They don't care about you, just how fast they can get your.money.
Well, reading about this bank, I can understand why this branch Rives Paris in Antony is filled with incompetent people.For a bank that writes a lot about upholding integrity, I really wonder.My wife and I opened an account in 8th August 2020 at this branch, Rives. We opened a joint account and requested for 2 cards. There was a colleague with me.They kept messing up our application and did not send our cards out. We also received only 1 card yesterday, 8th September 2020. They also had the audacity to charge us for delivery of the only card after the whole mess they made.They also did not inform us that they were going to charge us nor obtain our consent to debit our account.I found out they debited our account only when I logged on today, 9th Sept 2020.Frankly, this is the worst bank I have had to deal with. They are second to none.For anyone who wants to open an account, please give this bank a miss. You will not regret it. They also made us 2 promises which they failed on miserably. They claimed to have even sent our cards to a wrong address! If the bank wants, I am ready to provide all the email trails to them for authentication.Last but not least, I have money in the account for some time now but had to borrow from my employer to buy food. That's the embarrassing position these officers at the branch put me and my wife in.
This bank totally ripped me of when I arrived in Morocco. I was in contact with them at the airport in Marrakech, because I wanted to withdraw some dirham. They cheated me into paying a crazy amount of money to do so, plus they gave me some kind of card that I didn't ask for or want, and then charged me 250 dirham for it. I felt like they stole my money, and I felt so stupid afterwards. It totally ruined the beginning of my holiday.
Very very bad costumer service.Without doubt the worst bank in France. Try and call them, speak to an answering machine, and NEVER call back. Important, urgent matters can not be solved as there is NEVER a person to contact in the branch. NO ANSWER, NO WAY to speak to some agent. Disgusting the entire organization. Absolutely awful, virtually impossible to make a complaint. Our bank manager has changed & since then our bank has gone downhill, with money just disappearing from the account, direct debits bounced despite the funds being available, and payments into the bank being rejected for no apparent reason. Despite emails & letters the new manager does not respond, and I do feel that we are being targeted because are English. Our bank is in South West Gorron.
Not recommended. The Visa 'verification' is a JOKE. The SMS validation system is faulty. BP claimed there was "something wrong with MY mobile, my reception, my wifi, my laptoP"... so I sent SMS, emailed and called myself successfully. I can't complain about the staff at my local branch, they are all very nice, not rude at all. 5 stars. However, I would give ZERO stars if it were possible for Problem Solving by the Geek Squad.
The worst bank ever and a law unto themselves! Customer service is non existent. Although we have settled our mortgage with this bank they continued to take another monthly payment. I have contacted them to ask why and request a refund but they totally ignore your letters and emails. Is this legal? Never known an English bank behave this way or treat its customers so badly. However, UK banks are regulated. It would seem this bank can do what it wants, when it wants. They are dishonest and complete thieves. Don't go near them!
The bank took my money with the name of "FRAIS PRELEVEMENT IMPAYE" and "COMMISSION INTERVENTION". The bank made me loose more than 500 Euros and they were not able to give me justifications or explanations. They don't give protections for your money.

I'm a brazilian, on October I was approached by e-mail by a french lady that was dying, she had throat cancer and she didn't want to leave her money to the bank. I had made application for loans on several websites and her lawyer saw my application and showed her. She emailed me and told me she wanted to donate me some money for my medical condition, I accepted, she gave me the contact of her lawyer, banker and surgeon. I started talking with her banker and at first he was very reliable, a few days before her surgery she lashed out on me because I wasn't doing what I promised her I would do. I told her that I didn't received the donation. The way she was she probably contacted her banker, but a few days later she passed away before her surgery. I was decided to do what I promised her and started talking to her banker to release the donation. He said that to do that I had to pay a fee that was going to be send to Africa to help others who needs It. I thought that was a beautiful cause I sold some gold jewelry that my father gave to me with a heartbreaking because my father passed away 5 years ago but I did It because my treatment is on hold because I can't pay for anything I need to complete my treatment. The first time I went to Western Union I made the transfer and sent the receipt to the banker. He soon told me that the agency had been shut down and I needed to go back to Western Union and transfer the money to another Western Union account, the man who atended me told me that the place the banker was asking me to send is known as a shady place, that before they start working at Western Union they alert them to people who wants to make transfers to Benin that was the location. I didn't have any way to contacted the banker so I told the man I appreciate the advise but I would do It anyway. I couldn't believe I was being robbed again. He did what I asked, I sent an e-mail to her banker and he told me he would sent me an account with the donation. I didn't really understood why I needed an account there when he already had my brazilian account but I didn't know how things works in France so I was waiting. He sent me the account and I couldn't enter I let him know and he said he would try to create a new account. After that he stopped answer me back, I already made tons of complains at the website of the bank they reply only the first message without any explanation to solve this and after that nobody else spoke to me. So far I didn't receive the donation, I don't have anyone to help me with that so I started today making complains everywhere I can find about the bank and the banker. Unfortunattly that's the only thing I can do. I don't believe It anymore that I will receive the donation but I won't be quiet about that. My complains can do little to me but maybe can prevent someone else to pass through the same situation I'm passing now.
