“Still haven't arrived”

Ugh! Banggood is testing my patience. I ordered a drone a month ago and it is still haven't arrived. The tracking info hasn't updated in weeks and their customer service hasn't been much help. They keep saying they're "investigating" but im starting to think my order is lost. Not sure if i'll be buying here again if this doesn't get resolved soon.

I have been dealing with Banggood for many years and have purchased dozens of different products. Online buying can be difficult since I can only see pictures of the product, however good communication through written description and messaging has lead to me receiving my products as ordered and in good condition most of the time. Recently a Drone was delivered with a small defect that didn't allow for the clip on one side of the battery to lock into place, I sent a customer service message and they offered to credit my account an amount that allowed me to purchase another battery, I still have the battery with the broken clip and if need be I can tape it into the closed position. As you can see in the photo the battery on the right the clip doesn't return to the locked position. This style and level of customer service is what I have come to expect from Banggood and is why I have been buying products from the so long. I recommend Banggood for your online shopping.

“Very good service, I have no negative experience!”

I had almost 30 orders from Banggood until now and so far I had no negative experience. I had 3 claims, one was damaged goods during transport and two were product not working as expected or not working at all. All 3 claims have been resolved and i received a full refund, so I am very satisfied with the service. The only negative comment would be that sometimes customer service is slow to respond, so it can take a bit longer (1-2 weeks) to resolve a claim, but the rest of their service is very good.

I have received a tablet with 2 problems on the screen. Some pixels do not work as they should and one pixel does not work at all (always white). Since, I do not want a new tablet, because I can't wait for it considering that it's a present for Christmas, then I have requested a partial refund. They have told to me to take pictures of the issues and the labels of the tablet and one video. Once done they did the procedure and after 1/2 days, I have received the money. All perfect as it should be. I will continue to buy from banggood.
