Is banbanjara.com Legit?

I did a "3-day" Ooty trip from Bangalore on 28 June 2024. Remember the "first day" of your trip starts at 10 PM for your overnight travel to Ooty. It would have been appreciated if the tour company had notified the "bus" was a Tempo Traveller so passengers could prepare themselves for an uncomfortable journey. The pickup details were shared 5-6 hours before the overnight journey despite my multiple requests to the tour company to provide the details in advance to plan my logout from work. As for as the "tour guide", he only wanted to sleep and hurry us up everywhere as he wanted to get back to Bangalore before the metro services ended, despite the itinerary saying that the return would be around 1-2 AM. The itinerary of the day, the bathroom breaks, the payment mode at different entry sites were not communicated leaving the passengers frustrated with the way the trip was organized. The only communication the group received was via WhatsApp messages from the tour guide telling us to get back to the vehicle. The cherry on top was the fact that the train ride was not organized by the tour guide/company in advance. When asked on the very first morning of the trip, the tour guide kept dilly dallying with excuses until we were finally told the train ride was not possible without advance booking. This left the passengers even more frustrated as the train ride through the Nilgiri hills was the highlight of the trip. The least that the tour company could have done is communicate this in advance so the passengers could have booked the train ride by themselves online, in advance, or reconsider booking the Ooty trip at the last minute, which was the case for some passengers.

It's fraud website. There was a big scam with us. Our team left alone at Balu ka Ghera. We have booked a package for Hampta paas Trek. But team left us for die at Balu ka Ghera location. We took package from Manali to Manali. But no one came to leave us. We had to pay and booked a taxi for go back to Manali. Even our safety was not taken care of. I suggest that don't took package from this website.

Banbanjara cheated travellers .I booked valley of flower trek and make half payment in advance. They cancelled my booking and said that cancellation charge will be apply. First they ruin my tour and now they charge cancellation fee from me.I think they cheat every customer like that . Please don’t ever book your trip from banbanjara.

Had booked an Itinerary with BanBanjara. They have a tie up with HimTrek but the the information passed on by BanBanjara to us and to HimTrek were totally different and hence we weren't offered the service which we paid for to BanBanjara. Had a very bad experience and will not be looking to book again.

We booked 1 activity with them: The kedarkantha trek tourWhich has been cancelled 1/2h before the tour departure for no reason. Then they scheduled us for next day, guess what, they cancelled us again at 7am for obscur reason. We found out they are scammers. The owner just is a fraud, unprofessional and lacks knowledge. We did not get our money back. Our advice is to avoid payment in advance. Guys don’t go buy their positive review these guys are group of scammers, who wants to steal your money and make you & family suffer. When you travel that far, and with a limited timing, you can't jeopardize your trip on making bad choices like “banbanjara.com”Banbanjara is to banish. Worst experience, don’t fall in trap of positive review, they are all managed, as I have experienced thinks first hand, this rubbish company will trap you and make your life miserable.

BanBanjara basically takes booking and pass it on to some other tour agent/company. Once you do the payment then they would not listen to anything. Their complaint team won't pickup calls. Only sales team will pick up and they would tell you that we will ask our complain team to call you which they never do.I had booked a trek for Gokarna and itinerary had Mirjan Fort and Jog Falls as well.. but both the fort and falls were not covered.. package included breakfast which was provided at 3pm and 1 pm respectively for the two days of the tour. Only rice and poori were given along with tea in breakfast after 12 plus hours of travel. The sales team told that for sleeping we would get a mattress or sleeping bag but were given a chatai and bedsheet over it. The pickup bus was also late by 3 hours and it was quite uncomfortable. They picked us up at 1am and drove without stopping for food till 3pm. Basically entire tour was mismanaged. Now its been a week and still their complain team is not picking up nor they care to call me.Not going to book or suggest anyone to book with them.

This tour allows you to capture beautiful life across the land of the desert. The beautiful golden sky with white clouds, the attraction towards the sand dunes, and the land full of flora and fauna. The ride is full of experience and fun. This was a mesmerizing experience for me. The beauty of the city was so adorable. The camel safari experience was so good.

They do not have their own tents or staysHim trek is the one with whom they have tie up and they will offer everything and you get nothing

Hamta pass is a must visit place to experience snow in Manali. You can't miss it if you love greenery, waterfalls, river crossing, fresh green meadows etc. It's very filmy location for nature lovers and photography hunks. Recommended place for family and couples who want to spent some alone time with close to nature. our Tour operators were experienced and helpful, they made the trek fun for us. One should not miss it when you visit Manali

Kareri Lake trek is a lovely weekend adventure for people looking for options away from the more beaten Himachal trails like Kheerganga, Prashar lake, Triund, etc. Such a beautiful place. Haven't seen more beautiful lake in my life yet. We got tents at the lake at very affordable price with food. Thanks to banbanjara team. Absolutely amazing and different experiance.

Pin Parvati Pass Trek is a beautiful mountain pass in Himachal Pradesh. It provides the best and the most spectacular traverses, right from the forest andverdant meadows of Parvati valley. Also, I found so many Buddhist people living there, and their culture was so admiring and adorable. Then, I saw the beautiful landscapes, rich flora, and fauna. Also, loved the experience ofwalking on the cold dry mountain. We had a bonfire at night and also took a bath in a hot water spring in Parvati Kund. It was an unforgettable experiencefor me and also new learnings about an altogether different culture, and traditions

We had a killer time camping in Jaisalmer. It was giving Aladdin vibes. I really loved the place. There was Rajasthani food, which really added local authenticity and touch to our trip. I booked this package from Banbanjara from where I got a well-priced package. I recommend this place if you want to relax on the weekend, especially during winter.

I had an awesome trip with my friends to Kasol Kheerganga. Fast answer at a fair price and amazing facilities. Hope to go through Banbanjara to see more destinations. We had a beautiful trip with a lot of dancing, relaxing, and exploring. All things perfectly managed by them that make my trip unforgettable.

The trek was an unforgettable experience. The guide was very helpful and with this the trekking was easy. We had witnessed the beauty of the little Switzerland of India. I found this very amazing as I am very fond of bikes so it was a great adventure in a bikers paradise. The food was so delicious. My journey included the uniqueness of Kashmir, and its cuisine, as I want spice in my food so, I loved the spicy cuisine, I loved the experience of trekking and camping with the beautiful scenery of nature. I was like I was sleeping in mother nature’s lap.

The valley of Gods is the best place I had ever visited. I am a spiritualpersonality, and the place is secondly known as the god’s valley, and the village near the valley is so influenced by the characters of Mahabharata. I learned so many new things there, I would also recommend visiting my friends, family, and relatives to visit, it is a beautiful paradise for birdwatchers, and animal lovers, and with the huge variety of flora and fauna, I discovered new flowers there. That was so much fun and life happening experience for me.

I took chadar trek with them in january.They took great care of us. Safety was the first priority of the trip leader. The briefing session everyday was very helpful. The food was exceptional I infant gained weight in spite of the high calories burnt!! Kudos to the support team. Thank you Banbanjara

Nagtibba is like a heaven in the mountain, its a great place for fire camping and trekking. One of the best and Easy Treks in Uttrakhand. people are very supportive and friendly there. my experience was good, going till base camp is very much safe and fun. overall Trek was good and enjoyed a lot.

This accompanied by the caring nature of the support staff including the trek leader, the trek guides and the big mention, the mighty porters was such a bliss and a blessing.thank you banbanjara
