Is bambooclothing.co.uk Legit?

I ordered two tops online but received no information about delivery or any tracking information. I realise this is a busy time of year but customers are also planning for holidays so unaccountable delays are really problematic. If there had been shipping or tracking info I wouldn't have had an issue but I emailed and called multiple times and got nothing - the phone line doesn't work. I did receive a lot of marketing emails which was even more frustrating. Still waiting for any kind of contact from this company and totally unsure if my items will arrive. Shame - the tops looked lovely.

I will keep leaving negative reviews til this shambles of a company listens!They keep claiming I have 30 days to return and would allow a bit extra time, except they have not once listened that I THREW AWAY ALL PACKAGING AND PUT ITEMS IN MY WARDROBE BECAUSE THEIR WEBSITE FAILED TO STATE DESIGN HAD CHANGED! AND ESPECIALLY HAD I KNOWN THIS WITH KNICKERS I WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN PURCHASED THEM, SINCE IT'S A GIVEN KNICKERS CAN'T BE RETURNED. I AM DISABLED LIVING ON LIMITED MEANS AND THIS GAS WASTED MONEY I HAVEN'T GOT TO FIND ME UNDERWEAR THAT FITS!THEY ALSO STATE THEY WOULD GIVE ME LONGER. I AM Still IN HOSPITAL IT'S NOW BEEN OVER 65 DAYS SINCE MY ORDER I BELIEVE AND TOLD ME I COULDN'T RETURN WITHOUT THE PACKAGING. THEY HAVE OFFERED NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE IF TGEIR DESIGN CHANGING AND FROM REVIEWS I SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO ESPECIALLY THINKS THE KNICKERS ARE DREADFULLY UNCOMFORTABLE!When I am back out of hospital I am on dialysis daily and am gone 4.5 hours everyday and so Royal Mail have told me they can't pick it up unless I am in and at the moment I have no way of getting these ready for any sort of return as I am in hospital still! This company has dreadful attitude and non existent customer service. Most companies would at least apologise for a dreadful item.

The return process is awful. Used to love this brand but not anymore. Returned items more than a week ago and no acknowledgement at all. Chasing customer service but no response.

I just received my order and I could not be happier, the bamboo thongs are perfect! They are super soft and breathable. It is like I am not wearing any underwear. From the other reviews, I am hopeful that the softness won't disappear with time and washes.

Have ordered boxer shorts several times and find them to be supportive and snug in all the right places. Very comfortable and being bamboo they are very good in dealing with sweaty activity. I am a subscriber to Ethical Consumer magazine and it was great to see that the boxers that keep my bits and pieces in place scored highly when it comes to ethical business too! It would be even better if they could actually be made in the UK, like some other brands are able to do.

Quality between produce varies hugely. Leggings got years ago are soft and easy to put on, leggings bought just over a year ago in the the safe size are stiff and difficult to wear. They also got a whole in the seam very quickly. No customer service to contact as only way to get hold of them is by phone.

I've bought many products from BAM and contacted them last week just to inform them of a small issue I'd had with a pair of jeans. I enclosed a photo and they immediately offered me a replacement pair although I'd said I could make the necessary repair myself.I'm delighted with the replacement pair which arrived quickly, and very impressed with the customer service. I continue to be a very happy BAM customer!

I LOVE the funky styles that BAM offer . However , I don’t find the material very practical for someone who sweats during their workout . I am left with large wet patches which are very visible on the material which then seems to soak it up leaving you very uncomfortable. I am wearing my BAM top to relaxing yoga sessions and choosing another brand with a better material for running and cardio .

I bought a ZeroRecycled Insulate Jacket XL for women. The manufacture and the materials are excellent but the cutting pattern is not for women! There is no space for the breast and neither if you have just a little bit of curves on the hip. Fortunately, not all women are in a straight-line body shape! The space around the armshole is too big and the space in front is flat, so no room for movement. I gave it to my son who is thin and tall and he cannot wear it, the armhole is too wide and long. Better to review the pattern shape. Women have a different shape than men, despite all the adverts on MSM. I will ask for a refund.

Bought a top, then received an automated email stating it had been refunded. No explanation and no other email explanation (checked my junk mail). Asked customer service to explain why twice but never got a reply. Rethinking shopping with BAM againEDIT: Gave an extra star as it seems I didn't receive the two replies to my complaint sent. I did receive the original email of the 2/2 with a notice of a refund though, but that email stated "Just to let you know your BAM return request is now complete". Confusing and frustrating as I didn't request a refund, hence my complaint. Also, ordering something which is then cancelled is an annoying experience

Excellent customer service. Received a pair of Enduro leggings as a gift and as they were the wrong size, my return was handled with excellent customer service and speedy delivery.Really pleased with the flattering leggings. Thank you

I love my Bam bras. They're incredibly comfortable, easy to get on and off, and most importantly - without going into too much detail - everything stays where you want it! I can't think why I'd ever go back to the old bra style now.PS The pale pink is a gorgeous colour - more colour choices please?

I love this company. The clothes are so comfortable, they try to use as much Bamboo material as possible and the quality of this material really shines through. The Rugby shirt I just bought is incredible. The comfort feel is amazing. I wish they did it in plain colours rather than patterned, but that is just my preference.

No problems whatsoever with order, great communication re order and, unlike most high street brands of socks (yes, m&s I'm looking at you!) these socks actually have elastic in them (helpful when you don't want socks that slip down to the front of your shoes) and are a decent thickness... like previous reviewers (and I hate my lack of originality but it must be mentioned) all the socks are SOOOO comfy, amazing all round.I'm deffo a convert, thank you bam for restoring my faith in socks.

I've been shopping with BAM for a few years and absolutely love this company. Their eco-friendly credentials are a big bonus as they're a company that really do care about the planet. Not just with the clothing they produce but also with the packaging too.The Enduro range of leggings and tops are my favourite. They feel really supportive for strength training and especially keep you nice and cosy in the winter.The Mallea range is perfect for lower-impact training and is really soft. I recently had to return a couple of items as the colours didn't suit me. It was a really straightforward returns process and I was refunded quickly without a fuss.I'd highly recommend BAM!

Ordered an item and paid Bamboo for Parcelforce 48 hr tracked delivery. Five days later item still not arrived although tracking emails me each day to state that item is out for delivery. Royal Mail chatbot is useless and keeps freezing on "choose an option" when there are no options to select. Phoned Bamboo who were totally unhelpful and effectively stating we've got your money and despite the fact that we have selected and commissioned Royal Mail to deliver your parcel you are on your own now.

My order was 7 days ago and should be dispatched within 2 working days. From reading the other reviews I doubt I’ll be seeing my order anytime soon. Live and learn!Update following response: I have rechecked my confirmation email and there is no mention of delay. There is now a banner on the website but I’m not convinced that it was there previously, it certainly wasn’t obvious. It will be interesting to see what ‘delayed a while’ means.

I have purchased quite a few items from bambo Island, for myself, my daughter & son inlaw. Love their product, soft comfortable & great for travelling. I had to go into hospital,ordered the lounge pants & tee, then realised I may need a cardigan, so ordered the cardi, sent a message to Michelle as only had a couple of days b4 hospital, she got it to me in 2days, we are in the riverina.thank you Michelle. Exceptional service & products.

I have purchased quite a few nice things from this company and there has never been a problem in exchanging anything. Their casual tops, t shirts and socks are very comfortable and wash well but the sizing of many of their tops seems to be on the large side. Their packaging is re-cyclable which is a plus.I would like to leave reviews on their website under the two items that I purchased this month but customer service only sent me the link to their Trustpilot page. Before I purchase an item I like to look at reviews of the item - especially for sizing. I am sure this would help reduce the number of items returned because of wrong sizing and ultimately Bamboo would benefit as their delivery bill would be reduced.
