Is baleaf-sport.com Legit?

I placed two orders yesterday evening from the website baleaf-sport.com that mimics the Baleaf clothing retailer and used my PayPal account to pay for the items. I initially placed an order for items that added to greater than $200. An auto-response said the order should be less than $200 and advised splitting the order. I made two separate orders, one that added to approximately $194 and one that added to approximately $59. I became concerned about potential fraud when the amount to checkout in the shopping cart did not match the charges placed on my PayPal account. Also a different individual’s name was the recipient of the PayPal payment in both cases instead of their company name (Baleaf-Sport). I did not receive confirmation of the order following the transaction nor any tracking information. The URL at the top of the website that appeared legitimate is listed as baleaf-sport.com and their logo matches that of the Baleaf company logo although possibly larger in size. When checking out, I chose payment from PayPal that then transferred to my PayPal account for authorization and linked to my JetBlue mastercard credit card. The amount I authorized was increased in both cases by PayPal at the request of the individuals without my explicit authorization or notification that a suspected fraud is occurring. No order confirmation or tracking number was emailed to me after either transaction. I noticed the deception when PayPal reported individuals as the sellers rather than the purported company. In the first transaction, I received a PayPal charge from a “Andres Weimersheimer” (not Baleaf) for $144.14 for shopping cart items that totaled approximately $194. This charge was then changed again to $165.76 without explicit authorization by me. In the second transaction, I received a PayPal charge from a “Carla Rivera” (not Baleaf) for $67 for shopping cart items that totaled approximately $59, again without an explicit authorization by me. When reported to baleaf.com, their customer service disavowed any knowledge of the sellers or their company that represented themselves as the Baleaf clothing retailer and recommended contacting PayPal to dispute the charges and investigate for a fraudulent sale. I started two separate reports to PayPal.com at their Resolution Center yesterday and today to dispute the charges which at this time are still pending. I attempted to place this comment on the [email protected] but the website would not accept the submission.
