I was looking for a certain product which I had to travel to London to buy, unfortunately the shop stopped selling the product then I came across bakkali online and found the product it’s called molokhia so I made an order and it was delivered by DPD free of charge. I am so please I came across this online shop which I have told friends and family about and the prices are great and the selection of foods are amazing. Take a look you will not be disappointed

I recently ordered 3 bottles of Alnasr Sudanese sesame oil, but when the package arrived, I was surprised to find a different brand, Sofra, instead. He acknowledged that this option might not be obvious to everyone and apologized for the misunderstanding, offering a full refund without hesitation.When I asked how to return the bottles I received, Parthiv told me I could keep them. In just two minutes, he resolved my issue with remarkable efficiency and courtesy.As someone who shops online frequently, this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. It’s the first time I have used Bakkali and found the experience first class Delivery was within two days and as I bought fresh produce it came well insulated and was really fresh . I would Highly Recommend .

I have placed orders with every uk supermarket before, and bakkali is the best. (I ordered 3 times with them) The way they pack the meat especially, the quality of the meat and produce, the instructions on it. It's really my favourite. The choice is very good as well, you get items that are hard to get in the shops. Love it!

This time quality of everything gone to lowest level1- Packing was horrible in terms of hygiene ( blood everywhere , it was cleaned properly)2. Chicken supposed to be in 6 pieces but it was in 4 pieces ( bigger than expected and had cut in home by myself)3. This time not happy at all .

The meat was excellently priced, good quality and delivered on time. I’ll definitely order again.

Excellent company for middle eastern foods - I cannot find tinned fava (ful) beans locally but after a quick online search saw that Bakkali stocked a good range of different types (e.g. ''Egyptian recipe'', ''Ful beans with tahini'' etc) at competitive prices. Delivery was quick. Very good communication throughout ordering/delivery process.

Thought I'd give this new business a try as I love so many of the treats on sale, and I wasn't disappointed. Everything, from the customer service to delivery ,which is free, was spot on. Items were packaged really well and arrived within 3 days. The customer service extended to an after care email ensuring I was happy with my purchase. The Baclava and Turkish delight are really good, taste delicious, the baklava comes on a pretty serving dish and has a long shelf life. I really can't fault this new business and wish them every success. I'll definitely be placing more orders and spreading the word to my family and friends.

Bakkali offer a very interesting selection of products. This was my first order - Halal chicken legs and lamb chops are in the freezer.Syrups etc. are ready to go for the next marinade. Quick despatch however packing was awful. Product of 18 boxes arrived all jumbled and scattered. Packing box far too big and no attemt made torestrain boxes. A smaller packing box was required. Also tape used to seal packing carton was almost useless especially when not applied the length of the join. In summary good product speedy despatch and receipt appalling packing. Will have to consider if I would purchase from this company in the future.
