This company is stealing pictures of hairstylists work & pretending that it’s their wigs but its absolutely not theirs! Please be aware because this company is fraud!!!

Unfortunately you send me 2 wrong wigs that did not match the descriptions. Your communication was really bad to the extent that I had to complain to PAYPAL. Now PAYPAL are dealing with the matter. bought 3 wigs in one order. 2 wigs were wrong. 100% DIFFERENT from the way it was advertised and in the order confirmation as well as in the receipt😡😡😡😡😡😡. I have notified BAISI. So far, I have not received the wings I have ordered, nor have i received a paid return envelope for me to return the wrong wigs they have sent to me. I contacted BAISI to return. I was given the run around and the customer service wouldn't give me the return information. I returned it via UPS using the address that was on the package. I have the delivery confirmation and receipts. BAISI said they didn't get the package. I have sent all correspondence. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Apparently they needed my money more than me. I lost the entire amount and wig too since they don't have it. GOD don't like ugly. SMH HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.
