Is baifumei.co.uk Legit?

I left only one star because of the fact that they kept my money, but never delivered product. Their system is that hey keep it as a credit, even through you will never use their services anymore (like in my case). I am really disappointed.

Do not order from them. First time I ordered, only one item was missing and money was refunded to shop account. Second time I ordered more products was missing, and again money refunded to shop account, which you can't use without ordering again and spending more money. Even the products show in stock for more than 2 months (more than 10 k products in stock left) they said its out of stock. Communication from their side is poor, they don't give straight answers or ignore you.

The worst company in the world. They do not deliver the products you ordered from their website, and if you request a refund, they refuse to give you your money back. DO NOT USE THEM. I faced significant issues because of this company. NO RESPONSE, ALWAYS WAITING BUT NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND. 100% SCAM, plus no apologies.

Three- times now place orders and they not fullfiled my orders.Every time left balance on account which you can't withdrawal only to spend again with them.And to send with them your MOQ is 900$.Once they finally will fullfilled my order will stop using them

I was sold non CPNP registered COSRX branded products in Sep 2021 for resale on Amazon. The COSRX brand has now filed an IP infringement claim against me on Amazon and my Amazon seller account has been suspended! COSRX regards Baifumei stock as counterfeit and are trying to get hold of them to no avail. No answer to email or phone calls! Don’t buy your stock from here! Likely to not be legit.

This people actually state on their site there's "no MOQ and wide range to choose from over 700" Please sellers, unless you are a big company don't even bother wasting any minute of your time with them.If you are a niche shop, trying to full fill a diverse catalogue don't even try with themAlso, PLEASE bear in mind, they are VERY dishonest. The state there's no MOQ and encorage you to pay for your order in advance and then they will tell you how much time it takes. I was about to place a 1200 euros order.I didn't do it until they confirme 100% they could do that... but... everything smells a bit here....they wanted me to pay first (NO PAYPAL INVOLVED; just saying that) and afterwards; once they are paid, they would have said there was an MOQ and I needed to order 10 items min of each. I will leave this here... and everybody have a think...VERY UNTRUSTFUL. I NEVER DID AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN. BE SURE OF EVERY MOVE YOU TAKE WITH THEM.

I have received one order which was no problem so I placed another and I am still waiting for my shipment, I cannot get a straight answer from them as to what is happening, whilst they’ll provide an invoice they will not give a letter of authenticity on their products, I definitely won’t be buying from them again and I think you really should think twice before wasting your money, they also have a no refund returns policy, I’m £1300 out of pocket😡
