Once again I ordered a canvas from bags of love and this company never fails to exceed expectations, the canvas was ordered Monday evening and arrived Wednesday early morning, during every stage of production the company sent me an email updating me and reopened super fast when I messaged them a query. Honestly I said it last time and I’ll say it again. If you want a canvas or anything like that made. Don’t waste money on other company this is the only company I trust to make my canvas because it’s so clear that they put love and care into making your order. To other companies you are just their income, but you bags of love they treat you like your a friend and they are doing you a favour.

What a fantastic company.I ordered a photobook for a teacher's gift.The order was very last minute. When placing the order I contacted customer services, who advised the best delivery and helped progress the order as soon as it was made. True to their next day delivery promise, I received the photobook the next morning. Not only a fantastically quick service, but the book itself was great quality and the print was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I'm surprised with the similarly written positive reviews here. I had a bad experience. The collage design part of their website is very clunky and I wasted two hrs on it. No problem they said, we can sort, but the result they came up with had funny lines between the photos and when I asked them to fix it the the customer service fiasco started. Umpteen phone calls and >24hrs later I never had a single email from them and they kept lying about when they would get back to me. Their design team is in India and their comms seem to be poor. Life is too short for this kind of stuff. Went elsewhere.

This was the 4th shirt I've ordered & I'm truly delighted with them all. This 4th one was the best as I've perfected my design following advice from Kajal who was very helpful on a number of matters. Received all very quickly & great e mail support for a couple of queries that I had. Great quality & fit with incredibly accurate design & reproduction of photos & printing.

I cannot fault the service, it was 1st class. The china baubles were packaged and delivered in one piece and no breakages. The quality of the product is excellent. I would very much recommend Bags of Love and will definitely purchase from them again. Many thanks

Great customer service! I called before and after placing the order as needed the item rushed and delivered within 2 days. The team talked me through the process. When it looked like they may not be able to ship the item in time, we discussed collection from their London location as an alternative - but in the end they did manage to ship it. Item was great - really high quality - and the service was top notch!

Excellent quality large bone china mug, did a collage photo print of pets which came out perfectly. Been through the dishwasher several times so looks like it will stand up well to use. Not the cheapest around but well worth the money for the perfect gift. So good I’ve already ordered another for myself!

Ordered an acrylic block with custom art work on. Order process was seamless. Uploaded image required using their website.Block arrived a week later. I was kept updated at every stage. Perfect.Decent price.

I recently complained about the quality of a handkerchief that I had ordered in organic cotton that had been apparently mislabelled as polyester. The customer Team reached out to me and kindly replaced the handkerchief free of charge with another fabric.They were very prompt in their response and I’m grateful for that

I ordered a large banner for our school with our school crest/logo and it is absolutely stunning!! We are so happy with it. The price was unbeatable. I have used Bags of Love a few times over the last year for a photograph blanket and pillows. As you design your pieces on line, you sometimes need a professional eye so I contacted them for a on-line chat. Each time, great advice was given and I was reassured to place my order. I was not disappointed. I love love love the quality of the products and have will have no hesitation in using them again.

Bags of Love provided us with a beautiful product which I had ordered as a present for someone after getting one for ourselves. It was equally well received. Tejas in Customer Services was exceptionally helpful and I would readily recommend them.

Very disappointed with bags of love. I used to order from them regularly despite the price as I loved their print quality on vests and masks. I ordered a long sleeve shirt for a friend for her to wear at the event and when it arrived it was simply awful. The cut wasn't round it was a scoop too. Bags offered a 30% refund only or a reprint (which i dont need as the event was last week). Cheaper alternatives to Bags offered me 100% refund if the print was bad. Upd got a full refund. Updating my rating as I'm happy with the outcome.

I have had an awful experience with this company. I made an order and a week later I am told that the ribbon needed for my order was out of stock. I asked for a refund and made an order with another company. Bags of love kept emailing me offering vouchers / discounts etc which I kept declining and asking for my money back. I have had to ask six times for a refund, I am still awaiting this. I would NOT recommend this company and will definitely not be using them in the future.

We asked these guys to print a picture of a yacht for our bathroom 2700x2200. We didn’t realise how important the resolution of the picture was. Through repeated feedback and a new picture purchased from a copyrighted image. The image arrived on 5 seperate pieces of wall paper all numbered with enough spare at bottom and top to get absolutely spot on. The effect is amazing. Thankyou so much. Delivery was 3 days from receiving image.

Outstanding product ( pocket squares to my own design ) real quality that my clients are raving about. Too good to blow your nose on in fact! Great customer service too, went way beyond remedying an error made by myself not them! I will definitely use them again and no is am not in any way connected to the company. It is just so refreshing to come across people with manners and highly skilled.
