BadmintonHQ provide a great website on choosing racquets I was trying to look for a budget 5U racquet, it was kind of hard with other website I triedHowever BadmintonHQ website provide with me easy search by weight, weight distribution, brand and also very informative info card for each racquetsI was able to pick one racquet very quickly with some idea what I would be gettingI am also satisfied with the delivery timeI do get my racquet 2 days after order

When I needed a replacement racket quickly this is the company I went to. I was disappointed that I was unable to find an exact replacement but the Karakal Black Zone Pro Fast Fibre (FF) Graphite Badminton Racket is almost as good. The ordering was easy and delivery very quick, even though I didn't pay for next day it came in two days.I've now got the website saved in my favourites for easy access.

I don't write reviews, it's just not something I ever feel compelled to do but thought I had to share my experience of this company. I've ordered several times with them but for my last order, I paid extra for next day delivery. The other option was standard, which would've arrived on the Tuesday. Long story short, my next day order arrived 3 days after order placed. No big deal really but when I raised it with the company, a delightful (not) chap by the name of Matt, essentially called me a liar and told me to take my custom elsewhere as they weren't bothered. Avoid at all costs.

Great company, with very quick delivery. My only gripe is that there was virtually no protective packaging- the racket was just in a plastic bag inside a box. Luckily everything was fine, but when ordering a £200 racket you expect some sort of protection.

Racket delivered, price was good. Package could have been better packed tho with a bit of bubble wrap, wasn't too convinced that the 'do not bent' sticker on the box. Other than buy, would buy again from here if I was looking for another racket.

I bought my first badminton racket for over 12 years, the Li Ning Aeronaut 7000. Wow what a difference it has made to my game! Clears, smashes and touch shots have never been so good. The service and advice on the website was excellent. If i had got the choice wrong there was a returns policy i could use. I have been playing competitive badminton for over 50 years and this is the best service i have had.

Dissatisfying delivery process but ultimately the racket came in the time it stated it would and the racket is what is as marketed.Because they use a delivery firm, they are not able to share delivery instructions with them, so it is up to the customer to tell the delivery firm. There is no area on the website/portal to help with this.

Having time with this racket I am split with my decision as I feel the racket is very good with light shots and around the net but as for smashing I am left disappointed I find myself having to work really hard to get any power from the racket and my old Voltric ZZ Force 11 seems to give me more power.

Really prompt delivery, quicker than estimate. Good range of products at competitive price. When something was out of stock they phoned me the same day and were helpful sorting it out.

I ordered a racket and required BadmintonHQ to string it. I have also ordered some shoes and a bag.It was my first experience ordering a strung racket, and everything was good as far as I'm concerned.I ended up returning the shoes and bag and ordered other items instead.The delivery and returns took a bit longer than I'm used to. Slightly quicker processing speeds might help with this.Also, while it is nice to see a lot of items on the website I ended up considering buying many items, only to find out they are "coming soon" (not in stock).However, the above two points are not the worst things in the world considering the size of BadmintonHQ.I would recommend buying from them

Arrived just within the window stated when the order was placed. Box was a bit battered when delivered but fortunately contents were ok although one of the packs of rackets had coloured glitter stuck all through the inside & will not easily come off, again fortunately this has not transferred onto the rackets themselves. I would however return to Badminton HQ for other products in the future as the prices are competitive for the products I ordered.

Great racket which was at a reduced price, arrived quickly and was well packaged. Really useful website too which helped me choose the right racket for me. Have already recommended Badminton HQ to a friend.
