Is badbosslingerie.com Legit?

Totally A SCAMI ordered my order about a month ago and I haven't gotten anything yet! I tried to email them, but there was no answer! This place doesn't exist!!!

Scammers!! Don't order from them! They claimed my packaged got damaged and had to be returned to warehouse and then a month later nothing I emailed nothing emailed again finally a response saying the address was wrong, so I sent them the right one, another month went by and nothing. It's been almost 4 months and I've been messaging and emailing multiple times and nothing.

I had to speak to a bot at first (which I’m not a fan of) but once I got in contact with their customer service team via email, they were very quick to respond and provided a solution very quickly. 10/10 customer service! Will definitely be shopping with Badboss lingerie again, their sets are so cute and they are always great quality. The customer service agent I was connected to was also very sweet over email.

Junk company! Trust the reviews! Whoever gave this site a good review is not being honest. It should be 0 stars. Ordered well over a month ago, no communication from them. They took my payment just fine but have not delivered anything. Nor responded to my inquiries. Nothing delivered. It appears they perhaps expect that folks will order from a fake site and some won't complain and if you do they do nothing. So rather than delivering anything, they expect complaints and bank chargebacks (which is what I am going to do, but how many pay that much attention?) why there products are substantially overpriced. What i ordered was $19 here, i found SAME ITEM for $3.95 off Shein. This is a scam outfit that sends nothing just charges alot for things you can get elsewhere much cheaper. Do not shop with this company.

Never received my order. They claimed they reshipped it but still never got it. Now they won’t respond to my request for a refund

This is a scam business do NOT order from them. I placed my order on February 12 it is now March 26 and I have not received a single item. I reached out to them via email and after my third email they responded saying that the shipping label was damaged and returned to them. They also said they would resend this for free and if I had additional problems with shipping then my items would be personally sent out to me by whoever wrote the email. That alone is extremely suspicious. They have since stopped responding to my emails altogether and delete any comments I post on their Instagram.

It's 100% a scam. I placed my order on March 6th. I reached out a few times to ensure I would receive my order by March 28th, and they replied once, saying that part of my order shipped, but the shipping label was damaged, and they would resend it to me at no additional cost. Why would I pay for a damaged shipping label either way? Regardless. I received part of my order on March 25th, but they were delivered in Shein bags with Shein labels. Super low quality, not true to size, etc. This is a scaaaam; please save yourself the time and hassle and shop elsewhere.

Same issues as everyone else. They even sent a response email making the same claim as others stating the shipping label was damaged and they would resend the package. That’s the only email I’ve received in response to many emails sent by me to them.

This company displays an address in New York City but they're actually based overseas. They claim "their online presence is located in NYC" -- since when could an "online presence" have a physical location? It's misleading for those of us NOT wanting to buy internationally, esp from China. I ordered from them on Dec 7, 2023 and after sending multiple emails to them about the order, finally received it on February 2, 2024 with their "expedited shipping". Literally took 2 months to receive the order from "New York City" -- except they're sending it from China. The items came in bags labeled "Shein". I would have NEVER ordered from China or the Shein company had they not pretended to be a NYC company.

This site is a scam. Their listed business location is fake, their products are actually the exact same images from Shein’s e-commerce site, their contact information does not return any inquiries, and there’s extensive anecdotal evidence that most people never receive anything from their orders. They hide behind a 3rd party payment processor to shield themselves from liability when people. Lastly, reviews are disabled on Google, a big red flag. BEWARE.

Stay away!!!! I placed an order on Dec 20th for $128. Today is February 6th and still nothing received. Sent multiple emails towards end of January with no response. I told them I was going to contact my bank and file a complaint and they responded say the had an issue with the shipping label and they would resend it to me but to take down the complaint! I said it would stay up until I received it. I sent multiple emails for a status with no response!!!!

Scam. Ordered a few items. No delivery info at all for 2 weeks. Tried contacting them but no reply from customer service. Tried calling, emailing, none work. Both the US phone number and address are not legit. After one month Im disputing the transaction with my own bank.

Scam. Placed order in October and never received item or any updates. Tried contacting customer service but they don't respond. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Scam scam scam. Deleting my comments on ig as well as other people's. Didn't get items. Not responding to messages. Doing a charge back via my bank. Scam.
