website was super easy to navigate!! truly love everything on there. Only piece of criticism is to outline a clearer size guide (include more than model's height to determine if size would fit on someone similarly built) [ if thats possible:) ]

I accidentally ordered the wrong size dress and contacted them at like 3am in the morning. They got back to me within 10 mins. Although I was not able to switch the size dress because it had already shipped they were very courteous in looking into the situation for me and giving me solutions to swap the dress out once I receive. I have never had such amazing customer service from a retail brand before. I will be back for more attire ! It’s so elegant, classy , and sexy! Highly recommend them!

I’ve ordered many dresses and rompers from this company and they do not disappoint! You will catch everyone’s eye and you will be the diamond in the room. The dresses and rompers fit perfectly and run true to the size chart. The zippers work well unlike other companies and the fabric is nice and thick. Everything you buy will be worth your penny.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I waited over 2 months for my items to come, got stung with a £100 customs fee charge and then the items were not up to the quality I expected so I sent them back in may and I am still waiting for a refund of £250 nearly 3 months later! Was given a tracking number, but it just seems like they don’t care as they already have my money in their pockets! Emailed for an update, no reply! So frustrating!

Disgusting company & customer service. Claimed they delivered my parcel to me when they didn’t and refuse to refund. I’ve been emailing back and forth for over a month. They basically stole my money.Stingy greedy and immoral. Will never order from them again and will let everyone know about this.

Babyboo ships within a reasonable amount of time. I usually expect deliveries to US in a week, but my order was delayed and offered me a $10 off coupon.

Not only are the products perfect but the team communicated shipping delays with aus post immediately and offered discounts for issues not within their control. Will be shopping again shortly!

No refunds are given for returns. So if you don't like it, it doesn't fit or in our case our £85 dress just didn't look the way we'd hoped, you can only get a credit. AND, they charged us £9 to return it for shipping costs, with no other options for return. Every other company I use refunds as long as items are unused and immaculate and usually offer free returns. £9 for a small package return seems excessive

I buy my dresses for formal events from BabyBoo quite often and i love their style. Every dress I see is perfect and the only issue is that I struggle to pick between some of them. Quality of the material is always great and not one dress from here has ever broken on me.

I was so excited about this dress as I purchased it for my upcoming bridal shower at the end of April. Timelines were getting tight as the dress took over 30 days ago to come and the shipping time was supposed to be between 5-10 days. Nevertheless I was happy when I got it. I tried it on to see the fit right away and noticed that the zipper was flimsy and hard to zip up. I asked for some help and we were able to successfully (and carefully) zip up the dress (after 10 minutes). I was disappointed with the quality of the zipper, especially given the fact that I paid over 200$ for this dress and an extra 80$ in duty fees. The dress was the correct size and I had plenty of room in the dress to move around.Not even 5 minutes after I put the dress on, the zipper completely broke. It took me about 20 minutes to even be able to get out of the dress. I don't think I need to mention how disappointed I was to have my dress break not even 10 minutes after I got it.Now, I am finding myself without a dress for my bridal shower and short of 300$. I explained the issue to Babyboo and they refused to refund me, even partially. Do not purchase from there.
