Is baby-direct.com.au Legit?

Worst company ever! Ordered a baby change mat when my baby was born. My baby is now 8 months old and nothing has arrived! No emails nothing. Do not use this company it’s a scam

I ordered a bunk bed 3 months ago saying delivery time would be 6 days.Didn't get any information for next 4-6 weeks, called few times and messages on Facebook said they will check ,later find out don't have a stock for that.Gonna send me latest one, didn't receive anything for next one month, I asked for refund then.They said , I am gonna receive refund in a week .It's already 2 weeks now.Going to lodge a complaint in consumer protection.Please don't waste your time and money to buy online from this business.

I have contacted fair trading, this company is a scam! I didn't receive the item I ordered and when I asked to get my refund the owner said he put the money back to my band account but he lied, I contacted him multiple times and he was keep lying to me that money will be back to my bank account.

This all started 3rd September 2022. Cancelled order on 25th October after hearing nothing from this company. Early January received some monies but since 24th January last had any contact from this company and STILL nothing of the rest of my refund in my bank account. Is this going to go on for months again? I received this $721.05 I had received in my bank but it is completely wrong. $930.33 was taken immediately from my bank account on making the purchase of cot along with this was a postage cost of $209.28. So as you rightly know I am STILL owed this amount of monies to make it a complete refund. Pay this immediately. Please do not have any dealings with this company.

I placed any order with this company on 2 Oct and paid $54 for speedy courier delivery - 7 weeks later after numerous unanswered emails my husband rang company direct and demanded our money back. He was told it was out for delivery so no refund possible. Today I have received 1 part of a 2 part piece with no communication from this company as to where part 2 is so it’s back to waiting on an email response that probably won’t come & no one answers the phone. Customer service is non existent - I would never recommend them

I first ordered from this company in October 2022. Three times I was told the item had been sent ( it was not). They stopped responding to my emails in January and wouldn’t take my phone calls in March. All this time they had my money! I went to consumer affairs and my bank and organized a charge back in March 2023. My advice if you have purchased from them is to do the same. Lots of promises, never any action!

Ordered a bassinet on the 6th of January. Came today on the 11th of may. When I ordered the product it said eta was end of January so we waited, beginning of February we tried to reach out, called a few times, left messages no answer and no return calls. Started to email them asking when our product would be shipped and if we could get a shipping confirmation. Continued to get ignored. Then reached out on Facebook messenger, explained the situation and was told it would be delivered next week. Every week from February we tried to call, message and email to find out where our bassinet was and if we could get the shipping confirmation and just got told either it would be here the next week or be told they’d look into it and did not respond. End of April I asked for a refund, they said it was on the way so couldn’t refund me. But when I asked if I could get shopping conformation because I obviously didn’t believe them they said it was out of stock!Beginning of may I said I wanted a refund. They said give them a week, I did and a week later I said ok I had bent receive a shipping confirmation or the product so I’d like that refund now. They replied with a sendle link that was opened two minutes before they replied. I’d never used sendle before so I thought I’d been fully scammed the timing was too perfect. But sure enough, the bassinet arrived today. Still would have been less stressful to be scammed because I wouldn’t feel like I had to follow up with this company every week for something I paid for for 5 months. I don’t even know if the bassinet is any good. I don’t have time to care anymore because the baby is about due and getting it returned will surely be just as much of a mess around as actually getting the product. Go literary any where else. It’s so not worth the hassle
