Is babezlondon.com Legit?

Good quality iteams easy to deal with, good communication, highly recommend, been using them for over 6 months now on a regular basis never had a problem

I came here to read reviews before I shopped but crossed my fingers and shopped any way. I reached out by email but was too eager to wait for a response. I got a response after I placed my order and the rep gave me her number and assured me the warehouse staff has been changed and the website has been upgraded. I had to come back and write a review so people can feel confident shopping here. I ordered Christmas Eve and by New Years Eve I had my stuff and I live in the US. I wasn’t paid to say this and I don’t work for them. My website is cleopatrahenry dot com / shop (links not allowed) I LOVE the quality of their pieces and they fit right into my concept.

Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. This is honestly one of our best companies to order from. Yes sometimes delivery can be delayed a day or 2 . But other than that they are amazing with very good quality clothes. Take this as an honest review as I also run a small boutique. The jackets are also of very high class

To be honest i was very very scary to order with you . Even the page tells not secure . But i try my luck .... i placed an order in a less than a week a recived my order .... very well done ... im satisfied even the material of the cloths ...please stay like this so we can work together frenqueatly..Thumbs up .

Ordered some lovely Loungewear from Babez and the quality was fantastic. Had no issues with out of stock items and received the items within a couple of days.

Firstly they got an order of mine wrong an then was asked to send it back at my expense an they would reimburse me. Still waiting for payment of clothes order an my returning fee. Then when people contact them about you they give out personal details. Absolutely disgusting place can’t believe people re order from here the stuff is cheap an nasty

Where is my refund ? returned your goods due to fragmented order, packed disgracefully, quality very poor. sent back once and parcel has been returned to me in a broken box, needless to say i did not accept the delivery. impossible to see the quality on your website so stop messing me . around and refund to my card asap. They made no contract i had to ring them again. Apparently they will refund this Wednesday 2/3/21. Will update on this.

Unfortunately most of these reviews are correct where Items are shown as available and they allow you to go through the order and pay.Afterwards it takes forever for them to get back to you if its been shippped etc.. Most times they dont so you have to chase them up. Have been refunded several times for items being unavailable. Haave also been sent different items than photographed and clothes not fitting. Sizes wrong etc.. Nice looking site but id say try them out with a very low order first and see if they've improved.

Beware of this company! They have the worst customer service ever! The owner is extremely rude and is not shy of losing customers, he has literally told me to get out when i have gone back to exchange items. The quality of the clothing is not worth the hassle. Not only are the extremely rude and unprofessional they are not even willing to settle the issue. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS!

This company had the worst customer service and shipping! Beware! There items are never in stock but listed as in stock to take your money. They ship the wrong items out everytime and tell you they can't return it. The material is horrible and if you are out of country it gets worse. They don't fill out customs forms, so it doesn't get cleared and you end up paying more than the clothing value in customs fee. Never buy from them!

Placed an order over a week ago I still haven't received my order which should take 48 hours sent email after email they never reply rang their office still no reply an absolute joke.

Shocking! Ordered a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt but all orders have either come through faulty or missing items. Stock looks great and the website is easy to use but customer services is terrible. Haven’t used them since and won’t in the future

I ordered a product but the wrong Color so I called the company to make a return. They said I could return and they would give a store credit. At the time I just asked for a replacement order in another colour. Now after endless emails and calls , I can not get a response. I am a small business and in the scheme of things , it’s not a massive amount of money but I have not received any response. It’s outrageous that they ignore any contact. It’s actually complete ignorance. It’s a complete disregard for their customers. Sometimes you get your order and it’s not the sizes that you ordered. I am disappointed with this company as I place quite a few orders with them. I urge you to be very careful as the customer care is none existent. Shocking actually.Update. They sent me an email to say that they did not receive my returns. I have a tracking receipt to say that they did. Absolute liars. Don’t trust this company

If I could give Babezlondon zero stars I definetely would. How is this company rated 5 stars by some users?? OH I know, Tayyab Choudry and the other one with the same last name write a review 5* on Trustpilot stating that '' They have been ordering for past 3 years'' LOL. They were the ones handling my refund claim, they work for the company. Biggest scam. I ordered all way to Canada. 1000$ worth of products, paid 320$ in customs because of the receipt outside the box. I received wrong items from another client with another receipt inside the box worth 200$. I understand mistakes happen and its okay but when you don't do anything about it and reply with 'hoping you order from us in in the future' - that's the biggest insult ever. It was such a hassle getting a response from them. Never answer calls. They replied to me once saying they are finding a solution and never heard back from them until I filed a dispute with Paypal. Even then, they didn't refund me the full amount so I am reopening the case. never ever deal with them. You will lose your money.

Disgraceful supplying faulty clothing and will not take them back or refund. Stay clear of this company.

The clothes from this company are exceptional and the customer service is personal.
