Scam, dangerous scammers service once you enter it is impossible to unsubscribe without even using their free trial. They invade your email with unwanted messages and you can't unsubscribe there either.

be aware, they now use AI on some platforms to sell you their service imbedded into "free" AI assistants.They are doing it wihtout your consent. Personally I got feeling being a Guinea pig and subject to consealed testing, causing me stress and significant blood pressure increase. Transcript and records are on file, will be released to the governing authority, not to B12.

I was waiting for 2 months to have my website redesigned. As I was playing around with Chat GPT I can across B12. In just about 3 days time I was able to build my own site. (could have been faster but I also have a business to run) It was super easy and actually fun to do. I am already thinking about building another site for my Freeze Dried business. I thought that B12 made the whole process from conception to layout to design really quick and intuitive. Sure, the AI text generation at times doesn't generate great things, but it's there to be used to augment what you've already written or for inspiration for you to use as a springboard. The ability to use your own custom domain and hosting service and port it over to that is helpful, so I can have the hosting tools of whatever I use for my domain, while still maintaining the easy layout design and configuration capabilities of B12. Most of the reviews about scams are probably people disgruntled after not reading the T&C of whatever they subscribe to closely (they tell you to check these things for a reason, so you know exactly what it is you pay for and what recurring fees there are if any). This far I have no complaints. The subscription process is pure scam. First there is no button to cancel the subscription. You have to contact the customer support via chatbox, which are there available on american timezones. They dont wait for anwers and close the chat after any hours. Then they mention to contact you on phone or email, after you confirm a reasion. Without reason they dont let you go. It isn't enough to chat with them. When you want to leave, they don't let you go!

Do not try to create a website with them. Charged thousands of dollars to create the website and I then decided to try the SEO service at $99 monthly. I've been stuck paying the $99 SEO service fee for more than 3 years now and they threaten to cancel the website if I stop payment. I paid thousands to set up the website because I was told there will be no ongoing subscription fee. Despite paying them thousands of dollars to design the website, I'm stuck, can not move the website elsewhere and can't cancel SEO service. Stuck with paying them inevitably. They will bleed you dry!

I am pleased with b12 as I have been able to get my business back online and I love how easy it is to navigate as well as help from ai. I sell services and the templates are easy to get to and I can get help or edit them myself. If you have a business I recommend using b12 to get a website up and running.

SCAMMERS motivate you with a trial period, but cancelling your subscription only via email and a ten-day upfront subscription renewal is tough. I cancelled everything on time, and they confirmed that my account was deactivated, but the next month, they STILL my money and don’t reply to my emails anymore

B12 has been amazing! Their customer support and sales teams have been incredibly helpful and accessible throughout our entire partnership. They offer such an amazing product/service. B12 continues to ignore my request for answers to my questions, which is Customer Service 101. It is now 12 days since my inquiry. After reading reviews here, and other sites there is an obvious pattern of avoidance behavior. In their recent reply, they stated that one of their Customer Support team members had reached out to me, This is FALSE!

Great experience. Executed exactly as they said they would. Website came out great OCTasker dot com. We had no issues with B12 and the site came out very professional. They worked hard to incorporate my changes and have helped me since the go-live launch. The team were prompt in making the tweaks we requested. We do monthly optimized blogs on a complicated topic. The creative writers for B12 are excellent at making a confusing topic easy to understand. I love the analytics part of B12 as well. It helps to see what phrases are doing better than others, and modify along the way.Mostly, I appreciate how easy it is to make instant changes myself. Their customer service is god-awful. Phone support requires paying $99 a month, and that doesn't even allow you to pick up the phone to speak to a human. You have to go through a lot of hoops and barrels to speak to someone.Their SEO services are a scam. Have paid for nearly 5 months of service and have seen zero results and received zero correspondence on what they're actually doing.They also own your website, which screws you over when you want to terminate their shoddy services.
