Is ayphealthcare.co.uk Legit?

Do not use this company. They do not even warrant the 1 star which I'm forced to give them. I ordered some products back in February which never arrived. I since asked for a refund to the credit card which I used for payment. Now they've come back and offered to issue a refund via a Paypal account (which I don't have). Alternatively I can provide all my bank account details to them. I don't think so! Never in my wildest dreams would I do this! I've asked again for a refund to my credit card account. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Long story, don’t use this company…. So I eventually cancelled my order and asked for a refund, that obviously never happened.. however, I’ve just received an email saying, due to a new payment system could I send my PayPal or bank details so they can refund!! after their track record they must be joking, I don’t know whether it’s a scam.. I would sooner lose what I’ve already paid them.. so.. I have emailed back asking for the goods, if they are genuine they will send it..

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this scam of a company. I placed an order in March, chased and chased with zero response. Finally had a message today in July! I’m going to go through my credit card to get my money refunded as there is no way on this earth am I going to give out my bank details to this fraudulent company. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Apr 18th placed orderI email to ask if order dispatched.Apr 24th they say it should be dispatched by end of next week!I ask for refund.17th June they ask for PayPal or bank details for refund. I supply email address.25th June dispatch notification for items I no longer need as I ordered them in April.Absolute shambles!DO NOT USE!

Terrible. Ordered something 2 months ago and despite asking for a refund on numerous occasions because of the delay, they’ve just dispatched today. AVOID. Have never had anything other than generic emails, nothing specific to me or addressing questions.

Order on 25th February, 4 months ago and emailed them several times on response, the worst thing is ordered pain gel for my mum who is a Pensioner and can't afford it but voltarol gel not given on Prescription, so do not buy from this company

If i could give 0 stars I would. I received a 'proof of delivery' photo of the courier's foot in the cat flap in my front door. No parcel arrived, no one responded from AYP and the courier said it's not their problem. Eventually disputed the payment with my bank and got refunded. Absolute scam!

I ordered from this company on April 18th 2024. However I am still waiting for my order which doesn’t look like arriving any time soon. I have emailed numerous times but no further communication with this company. They haven’t refunded my money and I would warn people not to deal with this fraudulent business.

Scam. They took my money and then no delivery received, weeks later they say apologies for the delay and if I want a refund they need my PayPal account & my bank account details.Basically a fraud . DO NOT USE

Do not use this company. After reading other people's experience, I now realise I have been defrauded. The company looks legitimate, but keeps your money and fails to deliver the goods. I ordered eyedrops on 3 May, paying over £45. They have not been delivered to date, nor has the company responded to my recent messages.

This store is a hoax. We placed 5 orders that were never delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via messages and emails, we have received no response. Additionally, there are no phone numbers listed on their website. Do not trust this store.

I had to cancel an order made on 2/4/2024 as tablets were not going to arrive on time - the 2-5 days per website would have been fine but after 2 weeks when I enquired, I was told about technical problems… I asked for a refund and have had no response to any communication since. 11 weeks later - no tablets, no refund, no telephone number, no communication. A rating of one is too high. I think this company is either a con or in financial difficulty.

First time I have used AYP healthcare. I ordered bariatric vitamins at the cost of £40 in February 2024, but never received them, I sent around 20 emails asking for my money back with no hope, now it's June 2024 and I have given up realizing I was scammed 😞 if you read this before ordering then good luck

This company must be a scam. Unfortunately I ordered an item beginning f may and it still hasn’t arrived. On my order details it says “ in progress “ I have emailed several times and no reply. I have asked for a refund no reply. Absolutely disgusting.would not recommend this service to anyone.

I placed an order 04/04/2024 and was told delivery would be 2-5 days, a week later I had still not received it. I was told it was due to a technical issue and that It would be dispatched by the end of the following week. 2 weeks later I still had not received the items so I contacted them again via e-mail ( as their phone number does not work ) and the reply was I could either cancel the order for a full and immediate refund or continue to wait. I wanted my money back and told them that, that was at the beginning of MAY, I have e-mailed numerous times since and NOTHING.

I placed an order with AYP Healthcare on 8th November 2023 which should have been 2-day delivery. I got an email the day after ordering saying the order had been approved so I was expecting the order to arrive the following week. Nothing appeared and I raised a ticket on November 17th, heard nothing, and then raised a ticket again on 28th November. I thought I'd been scammed tbh, however I received an email saying the order had been shipped on 6th December and it arrived on 8th December. 2-days shipping and it eventually arrived a month later.

I have STILL not received my order from 4th May despite several communications with them (the last one asking for a refund) and received no reply! I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from them!

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Ordered an item in March, it's now May and still waiting. They initially told me they had a back log and it would be sorted. Now they keep ignoring my messages and sending a generic it'll be posted in 2-4 working days message hours later. They are always offline during their "available" hours. I doubt I'll see a refund either. Don't make my mistake and avoid at all costs.

Updated 6x months later, I have received a credit, such a shame it took this long, and didn't get any real help from AYP. not sure I would go back to them

Ordered some cream for an upcoming treatment. Waiting 15 days then realised it was never sent, they are never on live chat. I filled in a contact us forms and got a generic response of that their system is down and there is a back log and will take weeks to dispatch and refusing to cancel so having to go via the bank for a refund!
