Is axelwears.com Legit?

I normally wear XL jacket, ordered 2XL so that I could comfortably wear sweater or sport coat under the winter car coat I ordered.I can’t zip up the jacket even with just a tshirt on. Way too small. I’ve sent an email asking to return 24 hours ago now and no answer. Will repost if they respond and refund.

I ordered my jacket from their website and i received it.. the problem was that it was too big on me.. i tried contacting their support to exchange the jacket for a smaller size but i still didn't receive an answer from them after a week of waiting..**Edit(2024-09-15): They responded saying sorry for the delay of the response but i still have no response from them..**

Ordered 2 jackets and a belt..Jackets are great, belt is faulty. No response to any emails over 2 weeks to organise what to do regarding the belt..Wouldn’t advise purchasing from them because if something goes wrong, the feedback I’m reading is you won’t get anywhere.,

I was mentally preparing myself that there is a high chance I'll send the jacket back like I do with many things I buy myself online as they just don't look the same as on pictures... To be fair then this is what happened with Axel Wears too, the only difference is that their jackets look better than in the photos.

They simply resell EKLENTSON jackets with longer ship times.The 'sale' has been ongoing for years, and the jackets they are reselling are sold on amazon for $50.

Like our Swiss quality knives, these jackets are of a similar quality! The weather in here can be harsh and the jackets hold up nicely.. I've been using mine in all possible outdoor conditions and I am satisfied with it!

I have jackets that cost up to 800-900 bucks and I don't see almost any differences in quality when I compare them to the Axel Wear jackets even if they are significantly cheaper... The delivery was quick too.. I don't think I waited more than a week.

Axel Wears matches my style perfectly! Usually when you buy any sort of clothing online there will be lots of back and forth due to sizing issues but that's not the case with this company. I've always got my true size of jacket and very happy with the service.

The product is fashionable and nostalgic considering it resembles the jacket that wolverine wears in the xmen movies. Their customer service department takes alittle bit of time to reach, but is thorough in making sure you are satisfied and not left hanging. I appreciate the assistance I am being given to exchange my current jacket size. I assumed the jacket would be a size smaller than normal. I was mistaken. True to size would be a fair statement. I have tried getting my hands on one of these jackets for a long time, but since I was always late, their stock was always sold out.. finally got it at the beginning of this year and I am super happy. The piece looks much better than on photos and is very warm and waterproof. Couldn't have made a better decision!

Frankly, this site was hard to find as they didn't seem to have any presence in Amazon so I ended up finding them through Google but I am happy that I did. The jackets are fine and made from quality materials, thumbs up!

I've bought more expensive jackets in the past but honestly couldn't fault this one just because the price. Need to test the durability but how it sits and feels is definitely awesome.

It wasn't easy for me to find a clothing company that has outerwear that specifically caters to my style but Axel Wears has managed to do that. The jackets are sturdy and high quality, exactly what I hoped to get!

This was my first purchase and I wasn't really worried at all thanks to all the positive reviews I saw here. A few days later my order arrived and everything is as promised. The jacket is neat and I am satisfied!

I have a couple of friends who also have ordered from here and we've all been pleased! The materials make the jackets highly elastic thus they can fit to different body shapes which is awesome as you'd know that it'll fit you no matter what. Can definitely recommend!

The jacket arrived to me faster than I was expecting. It’s awesome! Easily one of the best jackets I had until now. I usually dislike buttons on a jacket but these are nice and work well. There are enough pockets to pick up a few extra stuff for the chilly weather. My wallet fits easily in the pockets inside the jacket. I got the black color as it’s my favorite and it’s perfect and stylish. If you are wondering about the size-then it fits as expected. I always wear large and that’s the one I chose.

Got myself the Axel Rider Jacket.I really love it! Especially the leather that feels great and genuine and doesn't have the stench that some certain clothes have that have been purchased online. Well kept in the storage and generally nice addition to my wardrobe.

This jacket that I ordered is really the best. I work from outside so I really need something comfortable and suitable for all weather conditions. Really happy that my friend referred me to this company, my new jacket fits like a glove. Also, what an amazing customer service from Axel Wears! Definitely going to buy more.
