Is awakencheerful.com Legit?

Was gonna order from this company but I read the reviews and I don't believe I will b doing buisness with these folks, sounds like a bunch of rip offs

Horrible company. Item was 5 sizes too big for me. Asked for return information more than once. No response. A total rip-off. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

My issue doesn’t even deserve a star. I ordered a Magnetic Screen DoorGrey in January 2024, I initially received tracking notices then they suddenly stopped. It is now March 2024 and I am still waiting for the item. It supposedly reach Puerto Rico but was returned. I am a very unhappy customer and will not be ordering through Awaken Cheerful anymore and suggest that you don’t either.

I placed and payed for an order on 28 May 2024, it was a Father's day present, so I payed for expedited delivery. It is July 22 and my parcel is still "in transit". I have written several times and get no useful answer. Only that they are sorry and my parcel in transit. They have given me two different tracking numbers, how can that be? One tracking number places my parcel in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and the other somewhere in China. I want a refund, I have written twice asking for a refund and all I get for an answer is that they have asked the carrier to expedite the delivery. This is not acceptable.

HORRIBLE service! I simply received an unwearable dress as it was poorly sewn. I asked to return or exchange goods and they didn't accept it; offering me three dollars to apologize for what happened. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER ANOTHER TIME.

Awakencheerful and xborderecommerce are the same ...ALERT IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THE SAME DAY I BUY IT, CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE THEY CHARGED MORE, THEY SENT THE ORDER SUPPOSEDLY IT WAS SENT 12 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE? It’s a fraud business!!! Don’t ever buy from untrusted websites…Always read a reviews for others before buying!!!!Bed experience ever, no item was sent after 4 months and so many emails to customer service with no any intention to refund!!! Still awaiting!!!!

I bought two pairs of shorts two months ago. I made the error of looking at the review after buying those. I wait a week at first and the tracking number did not track anything and they were telling me it was send. I ask for a refund and they told me i couldnt because it was send. Two days ago i finally receive them. They are nice, but not the material i expected. The two stars is for the campany. I havent use my shorts so i cant tell you if they're good or not.

I ordered a very powerful mini car vacuum but received something that was nothing like the advertised item.I emailed for a return label but was asked to send a video of the car vac, which is what I did and they replied back that when reviewed by our after sales team. I have received exactly what I ordered these companies shouldn’t be allowed to sell on any website absolutely RUBBISH.I WILL NEVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I am definitely not awaking cheerful, I am a very unhappy customer and will not be ordering through Awaken Cheerful anymore and suggest that you don’t either.

I was quick to buy the plague doctor and nurse, although after waiting 3 weeks for them to dispatch I grew somewhat suspicious, especially as AwakenCheerful isn't well-known and had a lot of strange, random products up for sale (I ordered 31st December, dispatched 25th January and arrived 6th February, UK).I tried to message them on Facebook with no response, but the products I ordered arrived today and look as they appear in the images shown, rather small but they should arrive. Quick note - the 70% off discount is a scam to entice you into buying it, this product has been on sale for 1.5 months, but least the product isn't overpriced I guess.Customer service could be better as no communication besides the confirmation and dispatch email, and I understand the scepticism around this shop, I personally won't be using them again as only wanted the plague doctor and nurse, so if you want to buy those I recommend doing so, avoid their other products though as rather dodgy store.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Items are disgusting quality, ripped on arrival and flimsy material. Trying to get a refund good luck. They offer compensation and go against all laws. No refund even though they are damaged. No terms and conditions of sales sent despite requested. Spent hours going back and forth with them and no refund. 46.50 I’ll never get back. They’re disgusting vile people and I am a strong believer that karma will get people like this. Don’t EVER order from here. They’re the retail version of cowboys. Cheap tack and ridiculous prices and no customer service. I’ve reported to trading standards.

Really poor quality PLASTIC cut out angel was sent instead of advertised stained glass window ornament. No offer of exchange or refund. Poor customer service. Not the advertised product and I paid over $50 Aus for a piece of plastic and coloured transfer. Woeful company who should be be forced out of business.

Absolutely shocking!!! Purchased 2leggings, 2different colors. Got the leggings after 4weeks and both are different materials. Quality of the Leggings are cheap and not worth it. Dosnt sit well, see through and the elasticity of the top part (belt) is half the size. When wearing it, it rolls down. Have asked for a refund or getting a new pair and the company offered me $3 or $5 in refund!!!! Don't bother for anyone wanting to get these.

An extremely terrible company that scam you. They gave me incorrect tracking information for months and when I asked for the correct information or when my package was they completely ghosted me even when I've constantly emailed them. Tried to appeal with PayPal TWICE but they somehow got away with it, I'm absolutely appalled. Never buy from them, they need reporting for scamming. I spend £40 with them and I have yet to recieve either what I've ordered or the money 4 months later.

Ordered 2 different items. Received 2 of the same item instead. Emailed their customer support with pictures. After multiple days back and forth they are still claiming they send me the right items. Even though my order confirmation and what arrived are clearly different. Do not use, you may not get what you ordered, and if so, good luck getting customer support to help.

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Tried to cancel immediately but they would not accommodate. Tried to return for refund. Required to return postage to China not LA where located. Refund offered for $22 for $149 purchase. Don’t waste your money on this company.
