No order received yet nor a mail .. no refund… fake site

We have ordered before and the products were great quality and had no problems. Ordered back in October, items came and were really poor quality, with no tags or in bags. We sent the items back, received no refund and after emailing them several times for a month they never responded. We had a signature so we claimed the refund back through our bank. They are now disputing this chargeback claiming they haven’t received the goods 4 months later! Luckily we still have the signature. They are con artists, with a terrible business model where they never give refunds!

Absolute Scam Company! Have used many avenues to try contact them, email and social media. They have blocked my social media pages from commenting on their posts and direct messaging them. I politely asked for an update on my refund and have received zero response from them. I have full tracking information on my return yet they refuse to refund my money even though I am fully aware of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act and have therefore reported this company to Trading Standards.

Ordered a t shirt 2 weeks ago and paid £5 1-2 working days postage! No responses to emails, instagram message or Facebook messenger. when I eventually did get a response they were so unhelpful. Appalling customer service. I did eventually receive my parcel but in the wrong size and colour! Is it even worth sending it back!

Scammers, don't issue a refund and also if you leave a review that they do not like, they will not give you your money back. I contacted the customer service it is run by unprofessional people, the person emailed me saying become you left a bad review we don't want your custom lol. Poor service and no refunds. They also took away the store credit which they give instead of a refund and kept the £19.99. Please be aware of this. AVOID AT ALL COST SCAMMERS!

My order was confirmed and money taken. However since then, I have heard nothing and the only contact email is bouncing. The website still seems to be running. I will be reporting this site to the NCSC

However the fabric is quite thin and flat and lacks some shape. The pants are very comfortable although they feel like wearing pajamas.As for the support. 10/10 excellent help before the order. However I did not get a reply to my question to support once my order was placed.

CEO at Instagram because they even didnt start packing my order after 2,5 week. "When you start in the big leagues bro, let me know i´ll give you advice." Thank for that.. I dont hope its customer service.Update: Got my order after one month. But they didnt packed 1 t-shirt, so i only got 1 which i should pay customs and taxation + ordered delievery express which took them 2,5 week to pack. And they dont reply now. Disaster company.

Absolutely useless. Been waiting for 4 weeks of my order and it’s nevr arrived. They ignore all social media messages and have no phone number to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM retracting payment through my bank today

Absolut joke of a company. Still haven't recieved my order after 2 weeks with europe express. I'm giving you until tomorrow, then i'm calling my bank and claiming my money back. Never gonna use them again.

Lazy scammer, I orderd on blackfriday voor 125 euros, jeans, a hoody and 3 t-shirts. The hoody wasn't there 1 tshort was missing and 1 tshirt has a defect in the neck. I contacted the buyer and paypall. Didn't asked for a refund I really wanted the hoody and tshirt. Got one response from the buyer that he replied on my PayPal case, he did not it took a few weeks, then I was done with it and asked for a refund for the missing clothes, a MONTH later I got a message that the buyer wants to give me 1 euro back 😅🤣 there are more company selling this type of clothes the quality isn't top notch and not worth all this trouble and time

❌ ATTENTION ❌ Order placed in august last year, only 2 of 3 shirts delivered (out of Stock). After many reminder and feedback from Avora London Team, that they will send me the missing piece.. nothing happened! Shirt 3 of 3 is always missing, since 6 month! Also get no money 💰 back! Now they are ignore my Messages.. i would recommend you, to buy your stuff in other shops.. sorry!

Not even worthy of the one star or the time of day. Steven Watkinson you should be ashamed to have your name against such a poor company. Almost a month since placing my order and order is still 'processing'. No reply on the help email from the website and no acknowledgement although the money from the order was taken from my account. Seems to be this company just take your money and run. If you cannot fulfill the orders then you SHOULD NOT be taking them. Poor customer service to add to the ever growing frustrations of the customers who have fallen victim to these Scammers! Steer clear and warn every person you know, Lost Rockstar will NEVER be the new Urbam Celebrity. Bitten off more than they can chew I think. Give me my bloody money back robbing c**nts!!

These guys are scammers. They create labels but don’t actually ship it. The courier says they have nothing from avora. After I keep asking for my refund I got ignored. Check all the reviews. Nobody is getting there packages.

Sent out the wrong item and then want me to pay for posting it back before they will re-send correct item. Based on the below I suspect if I send back their mistake I wouldn’t get a replacement or money back - will avoid

Still waiting for an order 3 weeks on. Customer service is the worst of the worst, emailed several times and contacted them on various social media platforms. Not even the decency to reply. Also commented on a few of their posts to try gain their attention and they blocked me from doing that also. The company must be run by muppets because they don’t seem to understand the concept of a running a successful business. Happy customers = repeat business. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again and I’ll be doing my best to make sure others don’t, never had this sort of problem ordering from anywhere else. The Royal Mail tracking number they provided doesn’t even work and the excuse they’ve gave others about their being a backlog at the Leeds depot is rubbish as I’ve ordered from other retailers since and have received their items well in enough time. Waiting until their 30 days are up then I’ll be taking further action.

Didn’t receive all my items and when I tried to contact them regarding where it is, they didn’t care at all! Nothing but a money grabbing company. The customer service was terrible and took all the money and left me without my items! Never seen such an unprofessional business in my life! AVOID!!!!

Never even got my package. No reply to any messages, bad customer service. Don’t get yourself the stress with PayPal or your Bank to retransfer your money! I would review with zero Stars if I could!

I ordered twice. The first time everything was fine and the T-Shirts are actually great.Now I ordered for the second time on 2nd of January 2021. They haven´t even started shipping yet. Then I realised there isnt even a customer support on their website. In their Q&A the response to"How do I reveive customer support" it says "Meditation williamsburg kogi blog bushwick pitchfork polaroid austin dreamcatcher narwhal taxidermy tofu gentrify aesthetic."and "Get in touch with us""[wpforms id="1191" title="false" description="false"]".... what is this???For a while, their URL even redirected me to some random scam sites...Currently trying to get my money back via paypal and yet still no answer.Extremly unprofessionell atm.Maybe it has to do with their massive sale, corona and Uk leaving the EU.
