Is avintagefit.com Legit?

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, I received defected items from them and the sizing was off! When I reached out to them about a return, they wouldn't accept the return even though the items were unworn, and the tags are still attached.

I will never ever shop here again. Terrible brand with terrible customer service. Placed an order for next day delivery and they just refused to send it. I followed up about my order and asked them to cancel if they couldn’t send. Just ending up cancelling and didn’t get the items I wanted. Customer services would just ignore me and fight me in their dms. Very unprofessional!! They only care about models and influencers. 0 stars

I think this company needs to read the following....This falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and overrides the retailer’s own returns policy. This would apply if the item:Isn’t of satisfactory qualityIsn’t as described onlineIsn’t fit for purposeDoesn’t last for a reasonable amount of time.I get two jeans are described as not the same but come on. This is like buying a completely different jean!!!! It's like thinking your buying a porsche and ending up with a Yaris. Literally baffled.

don’t even bother buying anything from this brand, literally glorified scammers. ordered a pair of jeans almost 12 weeks ago. The website states it takes ‘UP TO’ (key word) 8 weeks for pre order items. Absolutely zero updates or communication about my order. Maybe they should spend less time posting pictures of kylie jenner to their instagram feed and more time actually processing, making and dispatching their products. terrible.

Great shipping time, considering it was shipped from the UK to Canada. I have trouble finding denim that fits and flatters my waist, bum and legs all at once. I knew I was taking a risk given the 4 sizes but I am SO pleased with how they look, I wear them everyday and don’t own a pair that flatters me more. I will be ordering more !

Jeans arrived today - beautifully wrapped and BEST jeans EVER!!! Perfect fit and look amazing!! Bought a black denim skirt 2 weeks ago - had so many compliments that I’m going to order another in blue. Customer service was so helpful with sizing. Highly recommend!!

Looks nothing like the images online. I get vintage denim is all different but how absolutely no where near to the pictures… even the cuts/holes just weren’t done with any care straight in the bin

Once I ordered jeans from them, when they arrived I tried them on and right in the place between my legs there was a huge hole where my underwear was visible. When I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything because it was “vintage denim” and that this happens, no refund. I understand that it is vintage, but how can you send jeans with a huge hole between the legs?

The best place to buy vintage Levi’s! I can never find jeans that fit my waist and hips, so was absolutely delighted to discover this website which alter them for you. They arrived much quicker than I had expected and I’ve received so many compliments that I’ve just ordered a second pair in white. I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

I pre-ordered a pair of jeans on Avintagefit website in December 2023. They were due to be delivered on the 21of February 2024. No communication from them on the order updates. I emailed them requesting updates on my order and I got a reply saying that my order would be delivered before the 21st or on the 21st of February. No dispatch emails, no tracking links.Still no jeans delivered.Now, I'll have to request a refund. It's a scam company. I should've read the reviews before ordering from them.

I purchased some tailored Levi’s from here and can honestly say I’m obsessed. My boyfriend, Santiago is obsessed too and loves how they have such a close and comfortable fit on my body. The customer service was incredible and no issue was too big to deal with. I can’t wait to get my hands on the cargos next which I just love! Thanks again for an amazing experience.

I ordered a pair of jeans, asked for sizing which I provided- waist size. I was sent wrong sizing of the jeans I paid for. I kindly sent an email to get store credit or refund to get the jeans in the correct sizing and I was told I couldn’t as they have a strict no return policy. Emails went back and forth with me providing proof and they will still not refund. They will not take responsibility for their error. I would advise strongly to not order from this company as their customer service skills are awful and no accountability taken.

Honestly by far the most disappointing brand I’ve ever purchased from. £200 boots to arrive after 6 weeks falling apart, not cut to actually fit the black boot underneath and all the glue coming off the boots. They even said I could have £5 back for postage, £5? It’s cost me £7 to send them back and you sent me boots that are falling apart if anything you can give me my full refund for the posting back. Looking at there reviews below there customers mean nothing because of the clout from there influencers. I wonder if they sent their influencers tartan Seemed boots with the jeans fabric falling off , big chunks of glue everywhere and the jean fabric not even cut correctly. Disappointing is an understatement, these look like they took someone 15 mins to make yet I waited 6 weeks.

Ordered the classic jean from them about 6 weeks ago and just received them today. While the fit is good (as i'd assume with custom measurements) I was quite disappointed with the quality/colour of the denim. I did want a vintage jean, but the colour is honestly such an ugly washed out bluish grey and is not close at all to the photo. I don't know what to call this but they have the appearance of faded vertical fine lines running down and they not only look old but cheap. I wish they showed more variety on their website and more accurate pictures of the denim because I would not have ordered them if I knew this was the case. Also, although they have express shipping advertised on all of their platforms, they forget to broadcast how long these orders actually take to ship in the first place. After the first few weeks I emailed and received a rude response from the employee telling me to see that their terms and conditions says wait up to 4 weeks. I did not receive a shipping notice until week 5.

I’ve had a good experience with a vintage fit. I ordered the blue reworked skirt, and I love it so much. It’s so unique and sits so well on my figure. I’m quite skinny, and it’s really hard to find a skirt that pops. It’s a great investment to keep in your forever wardrobe - can be dressed up or down! I had my eye on a vintage fit for a long time and I’m glad they delivered! I needed the skirt in time for my holiday and betty from the customer service team was helpful in providing me with an estimated delivery date. It came a few days earlier than expected!The only slight downside I’d say is that the denim skirt I received was a little lighter in colour than I would have liked, but this is to be as expected as it is reworked denim and no piece is the same, and overall I am very happy.Thank you, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Oct 8th (the date they were supposed to be shipped on or *before and also my bday so I was excited for the new custom jeans) came around and I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed and they said they would be sent out in another 2-3 weeks.. it is now November 4th and I got a refund atleast but no explanation as to why they didn’t communicate and couldn’t send my jeans in over 3 months. So disappointing

Waste of money if you want vintage Levi’s look on eBay jeans at a quarter of the cost!! Jeans are dusty looking not vintage they say no returns but why? They are old vintage jeans that you claim to be made to measure - that’s not true and then charging £160!!!! Gutted I ordered and had to wait 2 weeks absolute waste of money. I re ordered some Levi’s from eBay from the US fit perfect for £60. I will try and sell these but I can’t see them selling fast and they won’t resell at anywhere near to the price I paid.

I ordered a pair of the classic blue jeans and measured myself properly. They look nothing like the fit that all the influencers are wearing on their Instagram page. First of all, the colour was completely off, it was nearly a navy blue and on the website and on their Instagram it looks like a light blue. They said they stated this in the description but surely it shouldn’t vary that much? The sizing was all off? I’m the same height as the model but my 32” jeans were cropped on me and hers were hanging below her heels? They had the baggiest crotch ever, it was honestly laughable and completely unwearable. The whole fit was appalling and they could easily exchange my sizing as I’m sure the size I ordered was a popular size. But it was no refunds allowed
