Is avasam.com Legit?

Still on setup stage with Avasam and testing platform. As for now cannot say much about how it works but I can say strongly about support is very good, especially Maalav who is My love. Handled all my questions with explained answers.Best regards

Support staff are great. Maalav has been talking to me for quite awhile now going through every option, making sure everything is set up correctly. Very helpful!

I immediately subscribed to the site without first looking to see whether there were any videos on how to list on Amazon or Onbuy. It looks like an unlawful corporation, and I'm not sure if I can reclaim my one-year subscription.

Avasams customer service staff are very helpful, I have had a few problems (mostly my fault) but the help I have received has been very good. Thanks to Neel, Yashesh and Maalav.

I had an issue with my Shopify store and the app. The Avasam technical support team were able to fix the issue within a few hours and then the wonderful Abhishek did an amazing job of resolving some issues that had arisen. He talked me through so many resolutions and logged onto my PC to do remote fixes. I cannot thank him and his team enough for resolving my issue so quickly. In this day and age with so many AI chat bots that do nothing this kind of outstanding service needs to be praised.I still wish the app was better but no one can fault their exceptional service standards. Highly recommended.

Made 2 orders from Avasam. No one arrived. The tracking stuck on "Out of delivery" status. Site navigation terrible, some buttons, include windraw money from account are not clickable. Online chat is busy all the time, so you can speak with robot only, which is not helpfuly. Very disappointed.

I recently received great help in finding a replacement supplier for a product variant out of stock. Jay assisted me in adding the new supplier for this out-of-stock variant without affecting the other variants still in stock. He also helped me complete all mapping associated with this. Do not be fooled by a 4.5 rating or 5 stars for Avasam; it should be rated 1.5 with negative 3 stars. The reason is that when products are out of stock, it takes them maybe 3 years to restock. The subscription is expensive, and the suppliers themselves sell their own products on Ebay, Amazon, and elsewhere, which affects pricing negatively. The most annoying thing about Avasam is that they tell you specifically where you're not allowed to sell. I mean, who cares where we sell? At the end of the day, you will be paid.

Having been in drop shipping for more than 5 years, with great suppliers in Italy and Spain, I came across Avasam as I was looking for new drop ship suppliers in the UK due to Brexit in order to avoid customs & excise for imports from outside the UK.I was pleasantly surprised by Avasam. The whole website is well organised and easy to use. Expensive, and the most suppliers take to long to reply for returns,or any issue arise.Avasam should reduce the prices and take care about its suppliers behaviour.I will stop working with them within the month.Also you can find Avasam suppliers by their own online shop or ebay/amazon Store.The prices are mostly the same with avasam so, there is no better price for the subscription given,
