Kit tensite de desastrosa calidad y total pasotismo de autosolar. Cargador/inversor roto y no quieren reparar culpandome. Compré otro y funciona de maravilla. Baterías secas a los 6 meses ya ni me molesto en reclamar...una estafa

AutoSolar delivered on time and had a call from courier to advise they were going to deliver..very impressed with the service.The battery was well packaged and is exactly what I needed

I purchased a system online,the day before I was due to collect the system the company emailed saying the brackets would not be in stock for 7 -10 days. Two weeks have passed and no communication from them ..I emailed them today and they said no brackets available for another month .I have spent over €3000 with this company for a system that I am unable to install for at least another month. Disgusting customer service . Once they have your payment they do not care about the customer .

It all started with a desire to have some control of my power sources. After ordering and paying off course, the generator arrived BUT it was not 100% as described. Autosolar corrected the problem as expected. There are some gatekeepers within the company who think they can fool people, BUT you cannot fool people all the time. Those people need to learn, change attitudes and be transparent. Recommended.

Awful after care. They pretty much ignore your calls and emails. Therefore the guarantee/waranty offered is useless because you can’t communicate with anyone if you have a problem with what you’ve purchased or if it is faulty. I would highly recommend doing more research and going with a company that have a comprehensive customer support service.

I recently ordered some Solar batteries for my house. The batteries arrived much sooner than expected and are working great. Seem to be high quality. I bought from Autosolar, as their prices were the best I could find online. So far I am very happy with the experience and would definitely visit their site, next time I am looking for Solar Equipment for my house.

The service at the time before ordering was outstanding. Be very aware though: Autosolar dumps customers that prepayed in a bottomless pit concerning questions about the whereabouts of your goods (5 weeks after payment and waiting). If trying to phone they will simply not pick up the phone, even though I was always patient and polite. Good material, good prices. Very frustrating and total lack of service. I don't recommend this company a bit.

Almost unbeatable prices, and great pre-sales support. Support after sales is not so good, so make sure you ask all the questions you need to before buying!

If you want to get into serious problems, younhave to deal with them. Nearly everything went wrong. Wrong material delivered, bad quality charge controllers, hundreds of messages to make them understand that THEY made the mistake. And now we are 6 months further I'm still waiting for €2500,- refund. They do everything possible to delay the payment. THIEVES !In reaction on the message from autosolar, only last week , 3 months after returning the goods they contacted me. Please don't try to safe your image. If so publish the proofs. But then I will put all the messages between us online to proof my side of the case

They answered my questions when asked. But it was not clear when my goods would arrive. The next order I will have more confidence. You have to know how the system works. They despatch the goods to a courier company. So I wasnt very sure when my goods would arrive.

Delivery to France and advise and information from Pedro and Mario was excellent. Would recommend Autosolar if you are looking for a great product with great back up from the Autosolar team Glenn Noble

Received a really good service so far, particularly Fran who has been really prompt on the invoice updates and additional information when needed, all in all, really good service so far.

We upgraded our solar panels, inverter, and batteries with auto solar, we are not tied to the grid we need more energy. we had previously brought products from them, and they even arrange for engineers to come and install those, for a fee, and we were happy. but with this new order came issues with them. the new batteries, that came had a problem from the start, they were not holding any power, and the density was low, they should have read 119-122. not 1.08, they said to give it time we did their solution was for them to come and collect the batteries, our engineer had now installed the two invertors and two sets of batteries including the new ones the system was configured to run on two sets of batteries and two investors in one set of batteries was removed nothing would work, I have tried shutting down the faulty set but they are tied so nothing works, their solution was to collect and examine the batteries they deduce it would take around two weeks, which meant we would have had to run a generator for two weeks none stop day and knight. well, the batteries got worse the density is over 1.08 and although they can take power as soon as anything like a kettle is used the power bars drop from 3 to 1 instantly they have never been charged to four as the battery can't hold any density, we have tried to phone all numbers do not work, no reply to emails, to replace these batteries with auto solar will cost us 8,400 euros. we have found another company looks professional and the batteries are half that and more powerful, we do not recommend auto solar we would like them to come and collect the defective products examine them, and give us our money back, answer our emails, and take responsibility. they products come with a 3-year guarantee they still have two. please contact us.

Hello from Mallorca. I have read the previous reviews and have to say that the Auto Solar team in Mallorca have been very helpful. Our personal experience was delayed by bad weather so it took a long time for the company to finally finish but this was out of Auto Solars control. We would like to say many thanks to Miguel and Juan who were appointed to install the system. Nothing to much trouble for them and obviously very competent in their work. Also thank you to Paco for his help configuring the system and explaining how it all works. We have had time to live with this system and we are very happy. We recommend this company in Mallorca. Excellent service, delivered to the door, assisted offloading and quality products.

Awful customer service. They advertise a date on their website for delivery. Once they have your money they say it's an estimated date. They use pallet wise who said they tried to deliver to us at 1630 yet it was logged as back at their depot at 1530. We had supplied details a pin of our address and a mobile number .Pallet wise made no attempt to co tact us. Next day pallet wise said can't deliver due to adverse weather in the Campo.it rained till 11am and no roads were effected. Auto solar say there is nothing they can do once the shipment Is with Pallet Wise. Auto solar supply solar for country houses but use a delivery company that can't drive in a bit of rain,and do not actually deliver when they say they attempted it. Be ready to spend 3 days waiting g for it to arrive if you order .
