Is autofit.bz Legit?

I was scammed out of R10000 by Auto fit. Ordered a power pack and paid for it. Never arrived. E mails ignored. Phone slammed down. Now blocked. Bank informs me the account no is a private person. No money in account to pay me back.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Your company did a great job in sending me the part in a timely manner; however I ordered the "inner" light instead of "outer" light, but you are graciously letting me return the unused part.My only suggestion would be to offer faster shipping as I needed this part as soon as possible.Thank you. :)

Ordered mirror for 94 Ford truck, order &delivery very prompt. Part even being after market part, 99.9 percent like original part fit perfect. Would higy recommend if you need parts they will fix you up. T.R P. from Indy.

It was a 4-1/2 hour drive for my brother & I. Saved a good bit on shipping and bought lunch for both of us at a nearby (and excellent) bbq restaurant afterward. AutoFit’s facility was well lit, there were several service windows to take care of customers, and they moved many in and out of the store while I was there. After a short wait, I received my part in new condition & got back on the road. Thank you.

I managed to back into my trash barrel and punched a neat hole in my Subaru Forester tail light lense. The replacement lense NEW was less expensive that a used lense from a local junk yard. Great replacement part and excellent service with free shipping

If I could give zero stars I would! The alleged GM ADIS is rude and gives zero cares about customer satisfaction or support. This whole company is a scam. I don’t care if they are the last auto parts company in the world I would rather walk. They give you 20days for returns then will find any & every reason not to honor this policy. They want YOU to check your parts before leaving for damages etc but don’t tell you what counts as damages. I purchased a grill the was purchased with scratches. I was told to look for damages such as broken or missing pieces. NOT SCRATCHES OR BLEMISHES. I don’t know this is “damage” I don’t work here. When trying to return it I was refused a $200 return for a scratch on an open part THEY TOLD ME TO OPEN!!! Am I supposed to know this little scratch is “damage”???? They said if it was a few days after purchase we try to help you. I live over 200 miles but if I’m within my return days why does it matter if it’s two days or two weeks? Then conveniently the store was out of this part to compare damage to AND the GMs boss wasn’t there. Everything seemed to just be rolling right into their scam. I will NEVER go this place again unless it’s to give me my money back after driving 200 miles as well to purchase and return the part!!!

This place needs to be better organized.I placed a order online thinking when I get to Auto fit all my items will be ready for pick up.not they gave me the run around with five items that I order being out of stock going back and forth for a refund back into my credit card.my spend time there was like 3hrs.Now I would seriously look elsewhere to buy aftermarket auto parts before going back there again thanks!!

Because of an error on your website. The part I ordered was incorrect. The tail light assembly for my 2010 Mercedes GL450 was not as presented in your online ad. The vehicular fitment indicated 2007-2010. My inv# 110685. After speaking with a representative name Brad and being informed that return shipping was my responsibility and a 20% restocking fee would be deducted from my refund. I’ve shipped the part with FedEx Ground. The website ad misled me please correct it.

They have got lots of handy products that are hard to find elsewhere.Seemed there was a lot of employees standing around doing nothing. They kept me waiting for ages it seemed. There's a sign that says if you've been waiting more than 20 minutes see the cashier. Once I started pacing around impatiently I suddenly got helped.All in all I was happy with the products I purchased.

SCAMMERS! I ordered a 300 dollar hood for my 2012 chevy cruze and it arrived different than described. I expected it to be primed but when I washed it with plain water the black was coming off. Called company and they said it's a coating to prevent rust, this is impossible because coating lasts 15 to 20 years. They refuse to replace or refund. Worst service ever!

Poor customer service, rude, Cindy and S. Farzan have poor customer service skills. They will not return phone calls but are willing to argue with you via email. Will not provide a return shipping label and their body parts are plastic and flimsy. DON’T ORDER THROUGH HERE!! STAY AWAY!

Poor Customer service. I ordered wrong part by mistake and so try to contact customer service but never got response back. Twice thru their website and once by phone call. They took my number, name and order number but never got call back.

In researching body parts for my van,I noticed other vendors had shippingcharges + handling fees exceeding the price of the part. It’s like theirbusiness model is to sell youshipping and handling vs. a part.Autofit had a fair price and a fair shipping charge. The part was packed well and it arrived withinthe specified delivery time. I recommend them.

Everything went great delivery was on time had to call back because of a new price for shipping 80.00 more it was explained to me why and i understood clearly why the price for my part was great already so the extra shipping wasn’t a problem so thank you for the great experience with the company and i will be using you again and will refer your company to my friends and Family

Being the first time that I had purchase from there. I had to learn the system that you had in place. After I purchased my parts and moved to outside pick up area I waited for a good solid two hours before I found out that my order from the inside never made it outside to be pulled.

Auto Fit accepted payment for 4 auto body parts. Their website showed they had the parts in stock. 2 weeks later the parts still have not shipped, they have not communicated with me. After calling I found they only have one of the parts in stock and that is damaged. I will not ever attempt to order any auto parts through this company again. When speaking to them on the phone, I was passed from department to department, communication was very unprofessional.

This place is kinda sketchy. You can read their reviews for details, but I've heard about them selling used parts too. I haven't had an experience with used parts, but installation isn't great.

The pricing for the item ordered was competitive with the other companies I looked into. Delivery was quick and on time.I would definitely order from AutoFit again.
