Is autocreditexpress.com Legit?

The whole process was explained to me in detail, and they were transparent in their dealings with me.

I was impressed with the outcome honestly. I was told no by a few dealerships and I felt defeated. Credit Karma suggested I try Auto Credit Express and I got a car as a result. The process was easy and straightforward. Patrick Williams at Gossett Motors is a Rockstar. They have a great team and I'm so grateful for their support and assistance during this purchase. I recommend most definitely.

Not very pleased with how little to no help I received across the board from any agency or creditor/Lender. Why? Because I was played by a previous credit company tanking my credit. Due to this dropping my credit score so low nobody wanted to work with me. But it's cool I got it figured out no thanks to any of the help from this company since they happily and instantaneously declined me. Funny how some places just go off bias and what's reported on your credit history rather than try to find out if the situations occurred were out of your scope of being able to care for issues. Terrible way credit approval and lending it set up and it makes it IMPOSSIBLE for anyone trying to get back on their feet. Companies have more rights than people and I saw this during my time buying my new car. Seriously, if I could change anything it would be the way this entire system works. It's just busted, exploitative and unfair to people. Heed my warning everyone.

SCAM!! After I filled out all of the soft credit chk forms and hit submit, it said it needed me to pay $1 to a third party site for my credit report, then it said I had to get 2 quoted from a list of Insurance providers, but they wanted specific car info, like VIN #, HELLO I'M TRYING TO BUY A CAR I DIDN'T ALREADY HAVE ONE!!! Needless to say I didn't get past that page to see if I qualified. It p*ssess me off so much! Don't waste your time! Anyone else want to start a Class Action Suit against them for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT? I encourage every who feels they have been wronged by these SCAM ARTISTS to take a screenshot of their ads and statements, save on different device and report to BBB for paper trail. I personally am going to start looking into starting a law suit for unethical practices and misleading advertisement, as well as the gross mishandling of ones personal, sensitive info! They have been getting away with this for far too long!

Made the sale and kept true to the terms they offered unlike Springfield Mitsubishi who changed the terms on me from what was initially offred once I returned to complete my sale. Thankfully that happened because I saved money with the same year car and way less mileage. Thanks Frank for your assistance.

They worked with me to get me the best deal on a used vehicle even though my credit was not perfect. The dealers at Garber Buick of Saginaw were excellent and the salesperson Cody Robinson was great to work with as well as the Finance Manager. Overall a great experience. I would recommend customers to use Auto Credit Express and see what they can do for you.

What made my experience great was that Ricardo (the salesman) and Mario ( finance manager) were exceptional. Ricardo knew what car was right for me and was there to help me put me in a new car and followed up with me a few days after to see how things were going with tbe new car. . Mario was very through in explaining the contract in non complicated easy to understand words. These 2 guys are exceptional in there roles and truly know what it means when it. Comes to "taking care of the customer." I am lucky and grateful to have had Ricardo and Mario help me out. There awesome.

Absolutely horrible! The person I was communicating with initially wasn't the person I worked with to purchase the car. She never came to let me know I can't take you, someone else will be working with you. The Sales person I received absolutely horrible! No follow up, I spent 8hrs in dealership and back x2 in one week to get things on truck taken care of. I would NEVER recommend this place or your service if this doesn't get fixed

Went into the dealership with really no hopes of walking out with a vehicle,however with their professionalism and determination to satisfy their customers they went way beyond the norm and made things happen and I walked away not with just any car they wanted to push they out me in a Lincoln MKX. I am the happiest person alive right now because of my experience with CDJR. They are very welcoming and treat you like family. I cannot say enough great things about them and their service.
