ausenook.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives ausenook.com one of the absolute lowest trust scores on the platform: 6.4. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Suspicious. Young. Untrustworthy.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 6.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to ausenook.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Suspicious. Young. Untrustworthy. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain why in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning ausenook.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between ausenook.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of ausenook.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of ausenook.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. ausenook.com is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether ausenook.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether ausenook.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, ausenook.com.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data from over 270 data brokers, both public and private ones.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Protect Your Online Browsing From Installing Malware

We have two more powerful fraud prevention tools that you should know about. We've been asked over and over again about the most effective ways to stay safe online. After testing several fraud prevention products online, we could certainly say the winner is a browser extension called Guardio. It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. For Scam Detector readers exclusively, Guardio offers a 20% discount this week. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.

For the Black Friday promotion, Surfshark offers 86% off + up to 5 months free to Scam Detector readers. You can get the deal only this week HERE or by clicking the button below. stop third parties to track my device button

I purchased an item from this company and i yet to see the item!! i sent an email to them and i got an email saying this Delivery incompleteThere was a temporary problem delivering your message to [email protected]. Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You'll be notified if the delivery fails permanently. The response was: The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. The same thing happened to me. Same email. I never even received a receipt or confirmation of purchase request, nor a tracking number.

Purchased item through www.ausenook.com. Received the tracking number. When delivered to my house I went out to retrieve it within 10 minutes of text message. No package. Post Master stated the tracking number had a different address associated with the package and had in deed been delivered to an address across town. The transaction took place through PayPal, my address was verified. After the fact I noticed the seller was not verified through Paypal and was outside the states as follows: Contact infoChristine Tait The receiver of this payment is Non-US - Unverified [email protected] Payment Sent [email protected] Case was opened with Paypal. They sided with the seller and closed the case. No item and no refund.

This same thing just happened to me this afternoon except it was UPS that informed me it went to someone else at a different address!!

I WAS LOOKING FOR TRUCK TIRES FOR MY F350!!!! I put in my desired tire size in the search bar and ausenok.com came up as having $200 tires for $89 with free shipping. This made me very SUSPICIOUS AND IT SHOULD YOU TOO! Don't give these guys any info. They must be scumbags. You think they offer hand bags, jewelry AND TRUCK TIRES?! I don't! Stay away or don't cry when you get burned.

I was surfing the web looking for a guitar case that I found on ebay & other websites. Then I came across Ausenook.com & found the exact case I was looking for. Incredible...... It's even less than half of the cost on Ebay which got me thinking perhaps these newcomers are fake or a scam. So I looked up there contact info & found a phone # (507) 350-0053 then called. I got a recording stating that the # was no longer in service??? I was going to email but why bother. You have an option to purchase through paypal which is backed & insured however If they are a scam? Who wants to go through that Crap? Not me. What a shame. Thought I was gonna pick up a screamin deal. Oh well.....Beats gettin ripped off in the long run. I can't say for sure if they are legit or a bunch of punks scamming people out of their hard earned money? After reading the comments below. I'm not going to bother with them & suggest everyone else stay away.

I have come across more than one item for sale way below manufacturer set retail price. The only way to be able to sell at the price listed would be to take a complete loss, and I can assure you they are not. If you read this and choose to purchase anyway It is your own fault when you receive nothing.

  6. BrownW

They are a scam. I ordered a musical instrument through AUSENOOK, thinking that PayPal would protect me if it was a scam - they didn't. AUSENOOK's phone number is disconnected, email gets a bounce-back, and their address isn't real. Through PayPal they do business as Enveate Limited. I never received my item, filed a PayPal dispute and PayPal connected with Enveate Limited - who provided a fake UPS tracking number (i.e., they found a UPS tracking number to a neighboring city at a Amazon Locker and acted like it was my home delivery). PayPal takes a vendor at their word with a tracking number that shows delivery - even if it isn't to your home/isn't your order. I am now more upset with PayPal. I am now disputing my charge with my credit card company. Don't use USENOOK and Paypal practices are shady as well.

  7. Mike Hunt

Complete scam. Google shopping offers auto parts through them also at unbelievable prices. But don't try to find them on the site... Plus, in privacy policy, if you want to delete your info, contact them and, "Please be sure to include your e-mail address, full name and password." NEVER SEND A PASSWORD ANYWHERE!!

  8. E. Richard Scholz

Bought something and then decided to cancel order before it shipped but after my PayPal account was charged. tried to call customer service number: ALWAYS busy. Email to customer service failed : ” ... Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <[email protected]>: Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up. ...” I’m not encouraged by this! Hope I can get PayPal to reverse the charge

  9. Tom Hurley

I ordered a $100 item and received a small cut up piece of fabric. They use PayPal. The scam seems to be they can report to PayPal a USPS tracking number that shows an item was shipped and received, so I suppose PayPal has trouble reversing the charges. They seem to keep changing the PayPal account. The one used for me was [email protected]. Other people have reported different accounts. I sent three email to that address and no reply. I notified Discover and PayPal. Also filed a complaint with state of TX, FTC and BBB. The phone number on the web site is from MN. The store is suppose to be in Alabama. The USPS tracking number shows up as being made in Grand Prairie, TX 75050. The actual package has a return address of California.

  10. Mark N.

A purchased I authorized for $69.77 via PayPal was returned and transaction failed. I did not send the authorization again. A few days later, the charge appeared on my PayPal account for $79.66. I never received any communication from Ausenook and never authorized the increased amount. My dispute with PayPal was closed in less than one day without any discussion and so far, I have not been able to repeal their decision. No communications from Ausenook, email returned undeliverable, phone line inactive. Thanks for the protection PayPal, Don't use Ausenook scam site!

  11. Jeff Oliver

I ordered two items from Ausenook on March 11, 2021 using Paypal to pay for the purchase price of $54.59. I was charged $62.77. I received an order confirmation but no tracking information. All emails sent were undeliverable and the phone line inactive. I disputed the charge to Paypal. Paypal was given a bogus UPS tracking number but I never received my items. Paypal refunded my money.
