Is aurelleandbloom.com Legit?

I’ll give them a 2 because I finally just received my order from December 5th. No communication after the 3 emails I’ve sent. No calling back from the customer service phone number. They did charged me a membership fee that I’ve complained about but with no hope to get refunded. I was able to track my order directly from their web site. I also went and cancelled the membership they subscribed me on without me knowing.

There should be a negative star option for this company! Absolute SCAM! Order #ANB#11525 placed on 12/04. Order confirmed on 12/09 that shipment is on the way. No tracking info is available anywhere. Once I was able to get to another site which gave me this update. “There is no information available for this shipment”. USELESS I have sent 2 emails and left 1 phone message asking for information be provided and just like everyone else leaving reviews NOT ONE person has gotten back to me. I have also been charged the mystery VIP membership and IM STILL MISSING THIS CHRISTMAS GIFT.

Everyone is right. This company is a scam. My package that I ordered Dec 5 seems to have stayed in one place since December 23. I feel like I’ll probably never receive it. Someone did claim to “cancel” the vip membership I never ordered which was shocking. Incredible how internet pariahs take advantage of unsuspecting people. Do not order!!!!!

I had a similar experience to the reviews below. I purchased pajamas from the website in early December which I never received and was charged full price. I then was charged a membership fee of $29.99 a few weeks later which I did not consent to. I have tried contacting the company multiple times to cancel this so called subscription and request a refund for the item I have not received and have not heard back. I will be disputing with my credit card and feel legal action should be taken against this company.

I don't understand why my original review was rejected. Does Trust Pilot get a kickback from these scammers? Aurelle and Bloom took our money and never delivered the merchandise. They don't answer the phone. Ever. To add insult to injury, they charged us again for some VIP membership BS. Facebook is also complicit in this for allowing them to rip off all these people. SHAME!

Calling my bank tomorrow. Crazy that I have to give the a ⭐️ at all. I bought my daughter’s CHRISTMAS PRESENT on December 7 and I have not yet received it. Then 20 days later, I was charged for some BS membership that I did not approve or have knowledge of. I do not need VIP from this company because I refuse to ever purchase from them again.

So, I'd give them negative stats if possible. I'm still waiting Christmas gifts I ordered 6 weeks ago! I have emailed them 3 times, absolute silence on their end. I have seen many people say they were charged a membership fee. Can someone tell me how much it was. & if there's a way to check if I have a membership? I haven't noticed any odd charges but I'd like to try and stop that nonsense from happening, if I can.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered the Tswift Piano 2025 calendar on Nov. 30th as a gift, never received a shipping email. Have emailed and called and heard nothing from the company. Then I find the $29.99 USD charge 14 days after my initial order and find the VIP membership blurb hidden at the bottom of my order confirmation email (which like everyone else, I was completely unaware of). I've filed chargebacks with my CC company, but have no idea if they'll continue to charge me the monthly VIP charge as I can't get ahold of anyone.

Placed an order on 12/12 and still haven’t received it.I was charged for my order and then charged a 2nd time for $29.99.They have an automatic “VIP” subscription that charges you $29.99 12 days after your order and continuously every 30 days thereafter.The “VIP” membership isn’t advertised or explained unless you go into the Terms of Service.Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this website.

Zero stars and fully criminal behavior. Ordered 12/9/24 as it showed promised delivery ahead of Christmas. Merchandise never arrived and they started hitting my card with $29.99 charges. I emailed and called...no response. I did file a case with the state attorney general indicating fraud. If other victims did the same, the company would face consequences for their actions. I just want to be free of these very slick criminals.

Same as everyone. No package came for my daughter on Christmas and I was so excited for her to get them. Order number ANB#30284 and also charged the bogus $29.99 on top of the charge for the pajamas. So trashy, my husband is an attorney and also pursuing class action charges. I have emailed twice and no response. I do NOT want a membership and want a full refund for all charges.

This company is a scam. Ordered a set of Taylor Swift Pajamas for my wife for Christmas on 12/10/2024 with order number ANB#19331. Never received the order. Called multiple times to the customer service number listed on the website but never got an answer.Then, two weeks later, a charge for a "VIP membership" which I never signed up for was charged to my credit card. After reading through the order email, apparently they automatically enroll you into this "program" with a monthly fee of $29.99. Again called and emailed the company to cancel the membership but received no feedback. Also submitted a cancellation through their own website.Currently disputing both charges with my credit card company. If I do not hear from this company confirming cancellation of the recurring subscription, I will be contacting my attorney and will be notifying the Attorney General for fraudulent activity.

Experiencing the same as everyone else. My mom places an order in early December. Order never arrived. We were also charged another $30 2 weeks after the initial order without knowledge or consent. We have tried several times to email this company to get a status and refund but they never reply. They also have disappeared on social accounts so there is no way to contact them. We want our refund asap and to cut off any and all accounts with this scam company!! Horrible!

Im taking back my one star and giving them -100000000. I placed an order Dec6. Got a confirmation they took my money plus an additional $29 for who knows what, staus showed shipped Dec16. Its Jan7 and have not received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. And they are still sending me the link to purchase the item i never got.

ZERO STARS! Same as everyone else placed an order December 3 have not received my order nor tracking number. Have emailed multiple times and get a response of you will be receiving your tracking information soon here we are a month later and nothing this is fraud do not buy from this company they are a scam. I will be getting my money back from the bank and if anybody places a class action lawsuit, I will join it.

The item I purchased was not discounted, not did the checkout process show any discounts.After chasing up two weeks into it, I got confirmation it was shipped (the link conveniently provided right after my email, but still no order confirmation or tracking email). They then proceeded to charge me the famed $29.99 USD additional charge 12 days later.Have emailed them three times without any response and have submitted their cancellation form as is their requirement in their Terms.Please cancel the "membership" and refund me the membership charges as requested! Order ANB#3621I didn’t consent to the membership, and of course never received any confirmation emails. Order #ANB#5500. Same complaint as everyone else. I guess I should do some research before ordering from fraudulent companies like this. I placed an order on December 2nd and have yet to receive my merchandise or valid tracking information. I most likely got tricked into this VIP membership that I did not sign up for. I have reached out though email and by phone, but no response whatsoever, so I have no idea where my merchandise is, if I'll ever get what I paid for, or if I'll continue to be charged for VIP that I do not want. My next step is to file a fraudulent claim with my credit card.

Order placed on December 13th and nothing to show for it except for 2 credit card charges, the “membership fee” of $29.99 I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Sent emails asking that the order be cancelled and that I have NO interest in a VIP Membership!!! received no response. I do not want to do business with a company that has such poor customer service and suspicious practices and want my $ back immediately. I will be disputing this charge and taking legal action if this isn’t resolved soon.
