Is aurafragrance.com Legit?

Shipping is insanely slow. I ordered only 2 fragrances. It took 1 week just for the order to be processed. And it still hasn't shipped out. These were for a birthday present and now that is ruined. I did not expect a small order to take two weeks to get here. Ridiculous

I live in Houston and have been to their physical store. I purchased Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Extreme from them. First problem; the bottle advertised on the website was a stock image and what I got was not the same. Second; the fragrance was fake. I compared it against a real bottle and there was an enormous difference, both in scent and how long the fragrance lasted. Third; I was told to my face by an employee there that they do not guarantee authenticity of their fragrances and they do not accept returns. They argued with me in the store with customers around. I fought with them long enough that they finally refunded my money. NEVER buy from Aura Fragrance, they are a scam business.

I’ve Bought at least 2000 dollars worth of products in the last year. All authentic, shipping is pretty fast up until recently due to the hurricane which affected houston. I always go to lenox mall and sample which fragrance i want Beforehand and when the Bottle comes in its always the same. obviously Batches have slight mild differences sometimes like we need pre 2016 Bottles of aventus Back. Love aura fragrances.

Received a fake hacivat package came damage to the box bottle neck can tell visibly where atomizer was pulled off fragrance smells nothing like the other bottle I have do not buy from aura

I've purchased from Aurafragrance 4 times over the past year. The fragrances have been authentic and shipped in a timely fashion.

I've ordered from them about three times and the quality and authenticity of the products is on point. The only downsides would be shipping. I say this because they are based in Houston TX, and I live 5 hours from Houston. Despite the 5 hour distance, it still takes almost a week for my orders to arrive to my house. apart from that that's my experience with them. I have not had the need to contact customer service yet so I can't comment on that aspect yet.

Awful customer service. I purchased a "fake" bottle of Creed that had an undeniable undertone of gasoline I returned the item but had to wait months for a refund. Tried calling but they either put you on an extended hold or just hang up. This should be a supplier of last resort. There are much better online companies to do business with!

I ordered a bottle of PDM Layton Exclusif at a low price and received a legitimate product. I was reasonably skeptical (as with most smaller online store fronts) but Aura Fragrance delivered! The order arrived about 4 business days total after ordering with the free shipping option (thanks to USPS as well). Overall a great experience! I will be coming back to check for deals!

The “Initio Atomic Rose” I received was a fake. I sent them pictures with a comparison to the real product, they sent me a shipping label to return it. However, I contacted them a few times after to find out what happened, and if this was just an isolated incident. The last time I was told “barely anyone complained so we’re not going to stop selling it.” I let them know I referred a few people, they said to have them return theirs. Very unfortunate, I loved purchasing from here. BEWARE!

I have been a regular customer of this company. In my current order, I had requested them to hold my order as I needed to consolidate a bigger order. They had done it last time. This time, without even asking me , they canceled the order INSTEAD of explaining to me as to why they are NOT able to hold the order. Now I found the item is out of stock. Also to add to the injury, the reason for cancellation shows FRAUD TRANSACTION. Quite shocking to me!Also they never reply to emails EVEN after many reminders. And they totally lack common sense. Their lousy customer service is spoiling the name of the company.

The problem with Aura Fragrance is that customer service here is completely non-existent. Have an issue with your order? You'll never get help. Ever. You won't hear back from them and it doesn't matter if you email or call them. Sure they undercut most discounters on pricing of niche, but it's for a reason. There's also the issue that they potentially source products that other discounters pass on that don't measure up in terms of quality control (hence the lower price).

Edit: After 2.5 months, and after I contacted BBB, I finally received my refund!We ordered cologne and it came fast, but unfortunately we had to process a return. It has been well over month since they have received my product but they have not refunded my money! Customer service responds back they it takes 3-5 to process refunds but we are going on 45 days! I’ll never order from them again!

First time order for Mancera Cedrat Boise at a great price.Fast shipping - delivered in less than a week.Batch code is legit and fragrance smells terrific & genuine.Packaging isn't top notch - frag box in a bubble envelope, but it arrived safe and sound.Will definitely order more frags in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience with Aura Fragrance Customer Service 'Domingo" who followed through on my Return of the Club De Nuit EDP. make sure you ask the young lady picking up the phone that youd like to "speak with Domingo" at customer service. He was awesome at following through and staying on top of my 'concerns'.....Just based on his professionalism and attentiveness Im going to buy my fragrances from this store. I even wrote a letter of recommendation for him to show his management team. I can't speak for other people's experieces with Aura but I was left with a really good impression.

I had to contact them to get shipping updates. Upon opening the mailing package I could tell the perfume had leaked; I took pictures of the wet box that contained the perfume along with the perfume bottle. (The bottle was missing some of its contents.) I emailed them twice and included photos and never received any response.

May 1, 2024I purchased JPG Divine which was a new tester so I thought but it had been sprayed. I also purchased JPG La Belle new. However, when I opened it the bottle was defective. I love the JPG silhouette so I returned the defective bottle. There was no packing slip and the only directions on the site were to return to a particular address. Since the bottle was sealed, I am not sure I can hold the company responsible unless they know they are reselling defective products - those that did not pass quality control. I am hoping things work out. If not, then I hope Paypal will be able to help. All the FB groups have applauded this company, but I am questioning their legitimacy. May 23, 2024 UpdateDespite not having a packing slip, the return was seamless, and the refund was immediate. I am willing to give Aura Fragrance another chance.

I order a Creed Absolu parfumes from Aura Fragrance in december and not arrived my parcel.i try to contact them but didn't answer to phones or emails. D ont order from this company because you just lose your money. Poor company

Order received, requested refund after shipped back perfume. No more order from this seller because my transaction is now reported "fraud" if you guys want to continue shop with them, never ever ask for refund.

I was attracted by the $180 for Parfums de Marly Layton and bought from here since it seemed legit. I've had Layton had before, and you could clearly smell that something was off. Either it wasn't stored right and the smell degraded, or they changed the liquid itself. There was 0 sweet note, it just smelled like alcohol and metal. And if you send them an email don't expect a response, they don't answer.

I have been a long time costumer and they are the best fragrance discounter on the internet. They never sell fakes and anyone claiming they do is paranoid. If youre a paranoid person, just buy your fragrances at full retail. Their customer service is average, you'll have to call their store in Texas to get any help. I live in the northeastern US and I get my packages in under a week.
