Is augment.eco Legit?

Never trust them. Bunch of unprofessional freelancers that does not know definition of customer service. Deliveries are always next week. Fix your scooter by yourself (like tyres, stuff, etc). No response in 30 minutes (as said on website) minimum waiting time is 12-24 hours + 6-7 working days for delivery. Scooter is very easy to be stolen, no battery protection so people just can take battery away. Real cost of scooter (HX X8 Model) on aliexpress is around 300 USD and they selling it for 800 EUR without proper customer service and this explains everything

All has been fine. Two problems have occurred:1) sometimes the bluetooth security automation is tricky since the automatic prevention breaking cannot be fixed by just connecting with one´s phone but instead you have to switch off/switch off few times and then out of luck it starts working ok. The software needs an update so that the user should be able to decide to able/disable the bluetooth security function without disabling the whole bluetooth connection and account.2) The valve in the front wheel kind of popped out during the winter and once I started to ride again, it was touching the frame of the wheel and started make annoying sound... tried to push it back or bend it and what not and it was almost impossible task but then finally I was able to (somehow) make it work...Other than that - ok product!

Augment is great! I take it to work everyday and it’s great, the battery capacity is amazing and if I need help or have any problems costumer services is always quick with their response.

I have been using my Augment electric scooter to go to work for more than a year, during all this time I have not had any problems, I have had to contact the support service to ask some questions, such as the power of the motor, and I have received satisfactory response at all times, they responded very quickly. So yes, I am very satisfied with this product.

I don't have much to compare with, only Xiaomi M365, but this one has a much stronger motor. It pulls me, male 85kg, upp a fairly steep hill at 16-18 km/h. Pretty good acceleration from stop to full speed.I've used it pretty much daily from april to oktober, and after one year the only thing I've needed to do was to tighten some screws at the steering column.

We leased an e-scoot for our child. It has been very useful and reliable. Couple of times service has been needed, it comes with the lease agreement. The service has been great, fast and friendly. The scoot was replaced within days. Augment has a very good price/quality ratio.

Good service! Improvments could include a few more cm width on the staning plattform of the scooter. Increased speed and, most of all, a longer range on a charge would make tge scooter perfect.

Good company with a good product. I've had my scooter for two years and only needed assistance once, and it was really good! They changed my scooter, and it is working like new. The response time is very short, and you can easily reach them by email. Strongly recommend!

I don't really like the scooter, it's only useful in summer unfortunately not in winter but it's good quality.The subscription period is very long and expensive at the same time.I find no difference between the small scooter and the big one.In service it's not great, it doesn't save so you have to repeat several times for problems you haven't taken into account.The understanding service personnel is poor when is comes some cases.Quality is your strong point, but nothing more.

Everything is ok. I am satisfied with the scooter, with regular payments and I had no major problems except for the battery, but it was properly replaced and the rest is ok.

Very happy with my E-scooter :)Best way to commute to work everyday and even to some weekend nearby getaways. It improved my everyday life for sure!

They help you a lot and the support team is very fast and even if you do something wrong they help you to fix it and their e scooters is very useful and best quality 🥰

- The scooter is just ok, not high end scooter. It was durable at least during summer and autumn, we'll see on subzero temperatures. - The service is good and fast. Replies to chat within few hours.- When I first subscribed I had a faulty scooter, they sent me the new within one week without any additional charge.

I love this scooter. I had 2 Repairs in over 3000km riding and they were fast und so uncomplicated. Would instantly do it again. I hope for a new model with turning lights.

The order and delivery worked really well. The scooter rides smoothly. The support is also great, so far I'm giving it 5 stars. BUT changing every tire is brutal because you can't completely remove the wheel and you either have to send the whole scooter in and replace it. It would be better to deliver the scooter with tubeless tires instead of letting the customer change the tube themselves every few weeks. From this point on, it gets 10 stars.

I have been using Augment scooter ES210D for more than one year now.Following are the advantages and disadvantages that I observed.Very useful for short distance commuting. Battery is detachable making it easy to charge anywhere. Several damged scooters and inacceptable delivery times toped with impatient customer service. By now ive paid for about 2 months without having a functional product. As soon as my contract ends, you wont see me again.
