Website is well layed out and easy to navigate. Found the products I was looking for easilly. Ordering, payment and delivery, as expected, effortless. Packaging could have been a tat more protective as I ordered quite delicate electronics part. That said, the bubble wrap sleaves did their job. The Viborg banana plugs had a fast delivery time, thank you Audiophonics. These connectors are sturdy and well made. Not the cheapest but worth the money in my opinion.I terminated my loudspeaker cables with these and they’re now playing in my system. I have great sound and no great with my purchase.

Also great prices and very flexible. They combined two orders without additional shipping cost. The ET3 is a nice transport with additional functions.

I recently purchased DMP-A6 Master Edition and though the sound had very good detail and separation, I was not happy. Digital glare and an unrelaxed presentation. The LPS has improved the sound greatly. Now it has a much more relaxed sound with improved textures. I no longer wish to sell the A6 ME, so an essential upgrade for me.

There was absolutely no problems sending it back and getting a refund. Quick, and i mean quick delivery. I live in Sweden. I read some reviews on the FR trustpilot and most complain about slow order when back-ordered @ China, or slow reply during the whole COVID thing. I don't think either are unreasonable.I have placed 3-4 orders over the years and have always received swift dispatches. My last order of a Topping amplifier needed an RMA (no longer worked), and I was promptly fully refunded as soon as they received the return parcel. I think that is excellent service and have zero complaints.If you're in Europe, I highly recommend this audio webshop!!!

Just purchased a Topping DX7 Pro from this website. Very positive experience overall.I ordered the item on Sunday (late afternoon, from Bristol UK) and it was shipped on Monday. I received it on Thursday morning (DPD). Considering all the possible delays due to the covid situation, I can't complain at all about the delivery time. They also provide a partner DPD tracking number so you can track the your order delivery through a more friendly website.I will definitely buy again from this website.

Brilliant job by AP - ordered a power supply Wednesday 11am and it arrived in N.Ireland Thursday 9am. It would have taken most UK suppliers longer. If I ever need another power supply or maybe a new DAC they will be my go to place first.

I have made several purchases at Audiophonics over the last two years. They are a good option for anyone located in the European Union. I had two issues with items ordered and one firmware upgrade. I contacted support, they promptly responded and the items were warrantied with new working products and one updated. There have been no issues since. Their selection and pricing is good and much better than what I have locally. Most of the issues here seem to be from users located far from Europe or general customs issues which this store has no control over. I'd happily recommend this store and their store branded power amplifiers are a very good value too (purifi, hypex etc.).

Very good selection of audio products. I love browsing Audiophonics because their products list is carefully curated. I first came to Audiophonics to buy some cases for my Khadas Tone Board. Despite international shipping to Asia being quite expensive, I felt the total price was still worth it.I’ve since gone on to buy the Audiophonics branded Rasptouch I-sabre streamer, 9038 I-Sabre DAC and two Hypex based Class D amplifier (MPA-S252NC XLR.) All the products arrived in good condition. I’m amazed at the build of these products and the value proposition compared to what’s offered at other mainstream companies.
