Is assistmobility.co.uk Legit?

I ordered a rollator which had a manufacturers fault I discovered after the 14 day warrantee, I couldn't get through to the manufacturer and Assist Mobility did everything to help me. They sent me out spare parts, when that didn't work they took it in via courier and replaced the walker for a brand new one. Nothing was too much trouble and the customer service was second to none. They understood how important it was for me to have my mobility aid and accounted for it. I would recommend this store to anyone.

What an amazing piece of equipment, no fiddling about with charging batteries, no heavy weight to lift into my car, it weighs only 5 kilos, easy to close up to store and how wonderful that it actually goes over gravel with ease. Customer service second to none, arrived within two days so was mobile after many months of agony with two walking sticks, worth every penny. It is actually ALL terrain and not a figment of the manufacturers imagination. Those who are not disabled have no idea the problems we who are have to cope with. Full marks for this rollator.

Brilliant customer service from Assist Mobility. Had ordered a rollator which was required for a certain date (hospital discharge) but was running slightly late. Having discussed with Assist Mobility the urgency of the delivery they managed to arrange a demo model to borrow until my actual order was ready. The demo was also dropped off in person to ensure it got to me by the date it was required, great service.

My RollatorI am delighted with my Rollator it is very sturdy and yet easily manouvreble. I feel secure with it and it keeps me standing straight rather than bending over. The hand rests too are very comfortable for my arthritic hands. So glad I bought it! Thank youMrs Olive M Green

I am very pleased with my Carbon Overland Rollator 'it does what it says on tin' and keeps me upright when walking, which is a bonus. It's a doddle to unfold, fold, and light enough to pick-up and place in my Seat Ateca without dropping the seats, which is a win win situation me. The pump up wheels make this walker a lot more manoeuvrable than solid wheels, which I've had before. However, it's not all sweetness and light, the back rest is a pig clip on, if you have weak and arthritic hands, forget it, as you will need assistance. Don't forget to watch the back rest video before you start, it makes things a bit easier. In conclusion, the Carbon Overland seems to be well made, looks good and ten times better than walking sticks. Although, the walker is supplied with a Pocket Bag the price of the add on assessories seem a tad too high, including the back rest (a strip of plastic) at £52 which for safety reasons when using the seat should have been included as standard. Other than that, the Overland is a life saver for me as I can now get out and about with confidence, walking a greater distance without the worry of falling over. It came well packed and ready to use straight out of the box. Communications with customer services are excellent. So, what's not to like. Recommended.

I have been very pleased with the service and communication. Very happy with my new Ultralight rollator as it has given me back some independence now I can lift it in and out of my car unaided. I now look forward to receiving the carry case for it ready for the holidays.

I am amazed how quickly my rollator arrived. Ordered Friday and it was here Saturday, what service! It really has helped my pain when walking which is marvellous.

It was all made so easy by Kim at Assist Mobility, eventually I purchased the red compact ultralight model. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of it and have found the shopping bag useful also the dual stick holders. Zippy has tackled uneven surfaces cobbles, grass land and wooded paths and is performing well.I walk much faster and my spine and neck are less fatigued than they were walking with 2 sticks. I intend to purchase the Overlander for the very rough Wensledale walks, I am so pleased I abandoned my sticks for the Compact ultralight.

It looks excellent and fits well, and will be an improvement on what we've been using to date, which is a tray on some dycem roll, with a smaller piece of dycem on top of the tray. Unfortunately my husband sometimes moves our tray, which is then not horizontal so I am sure the tray as supplied by Saljol will be loads better. It is scheduled to be a birthday present so he hasn't actually received it yet! Hence I can't give fully relevant feedback as yet!! Sorry!

Equipment was delivered well on time and was very much to my satisfaction.Have found it very easy to get in and out of my car due to its lightness and folding down size.
