Is aspinaloflondon.com Legit?

i placed an order on August 8th money came out of my bank August 9th on 20th of August I found out that the ordered hadn't been actioned and I requested my money back. I would recommend people not to order form this company. You pay top prices and their service, sales/after sales, communication is NIL. Totally disgusted.

I phoned Aspinal two days after placing an order for a personalised gift. These items usually take 3-5 days from order to dispatch, however as I needed the item in question to be sent to me sooner I made the call. I spoke with Bradley & he went out of his way to make sure that the item was processed and dispatched in time for me to give the gift to my friend :)))

I would give Aspinal 10 stars for customer service.Had an issue with stock availability that was resolved over a weekend.

After 4 weeks I contacted Aspinal as to where my parcel was- it appears it was lost in the delivery system somewhere. I contacted Aspinal for them to advise me that while they will replace the item my chosen colour was no longer available. I selected another colour which in the image was much paler that what finally arrived some 6 weeks after the order was placed.Packaging was great, and the replacement arrived very quickly. Disappointed with the colour though.

I was incredibly impressed with the packaging and attention to detail. The gift boxes, ribbons, even down to the hand-written cards, are such sophisticated touches and give such a luxurious feel. All the items I received were beautifully presented and such fine quality. While I originally found the company by chance for their engraved pens/wallets, after receiving my order I could not help myself from looking for more items and future presents! I was truly impressed and it has renewed my joy for gift giving. My personal favourite detail was the frequent and detailed emails - clearly showing the order, the gift messages and updates. It really put my mind at ease and was useful to refer to.

I ordered an iPhone 15 pro leather phone case - cost £55. When it arrived I thought it must be a joke. Flimsy and plastic and looked nothing like the pictures. Packaging was probably the best thing about it.I made a return through the Aspinal returns portal for Royal Mail to pick up, which they did on 30th July and I received a photo and message from Royal Mail on 31st July to say it had been returned. Despite two emails and attempted phone calls I’ve had total radio silence from Aspinal. Is anyone there and can I please get my money back for this cheap nasty product.

I was thrilled to receive my new letter rack today. Excellent quality and very stylish, looks perfect on the hall table.

Aspinal of London is where I tend to look first and find the exact item I need. The quality and workmanship is second to none with the option to purchase a gift box which makes the item even more special. I love Aspinal bags so maybe I am a bit biased but theres nothing like them.

Productions are of exceptional standard. Unfortunately I can only afford to buy them in the sales which I always eagerly await. A must for my Christmas & Birthday list. Love the packaging and always use the stylish bags to keep my purchases in. Highly recommended.

Appalling customer service. I have waited 2 weeks and still my orders have not been dispatched. I live in the UK so no excuse. No response to my emails from customer services. This has happened repeatedly on orders, absolutely awful, unprofessional and untrustworthy company masquerading as a high end company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I will never shop with them again.

Ordered a wallet almost a month ago. It took over a week to arrive, despite website advising 2-3 days. When it finally did, it was obviously used; the leather was scuffed, there was dust/debris inside and the care card was crumpled. The online return system wasn't working so I had to contact Aspinal directly - they took several days to respond. I was eventually given a returns label and Aspinal received my return on 27 July, according to RM tracking. They emailed me on 2 August to advise that my return was complete and I would receive a refund within 3 days. When this wasn't forthcoming, I opened a case with PayPal, by now absolutely sick and tired of being given the runaround. Aspinal's response was to offer me a refund - when I returned the item!I have supplied PayPal with proof that Aspinal have received the item but so far Aspinal have not responded. Quite aside from the appalling quality of the wallet I received - cheaply dyed leather and poor stitching - the customer service has been completely dreadful. Sending customers used/damaged goods then apparently refusing to refund them is reprehensible.I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Aspinal to look elsewhere. One of the worst buying experiences I've ever had - and it's still unresolved.

I bought a purse from ASPINAL and everything went so smoothly since the order to the delivery. Very simple and very efficient, even if it came from the U.K. to Lisbon, with all the difficulties of customs (Brexit) etc.I recommend it ! Maria Joao Braganca, Lisbon, Portugal

The bracelet was lovely, exactly as I expected and good quality.However, the delivery was appalling! When ordering I was told delivery is 3-5 working days. My bracelet was despatched 7 days after placing the order and arrived 10 days after placing the order.These days this is not good enough. I expect delivery within the timeframe promised. This issue will stop me ordering from Aspinals of London again.

I treated myself to a gorgeous new bag. I am totally delighted with the quality and design. Wonderful to be supporting a British company. This is my second Aspinal bag.

“Dreadful quality of Aspinal gloves”

I bought a pair of leather gloves from Aspinal of London three years ago. I have worn them infrequently but even so the linings began to fray until they are now nothing but shredded rags. See photos. I am immensely disappointed at the shoddy quality from a company that labels itself high end. I contacted the company and they politely just dismissed my emails. The gloves are unfit for purpose and having seen various one star reviews on other products from this company I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from them!
