this company operate a high pressure sales technique, which is nothing more than a scam, beware! They will promiss you a spectacular business opportunity, which will have been sold to you at an inflated cost, ultimately a purchase of Negative equity. Once they have convinced you to commit, made a deposit they will pressure you to deposit more of your money with the threat that your money is lost and forfeited , Leeds Great George Street is a perfect example!

These guys have been exceptional from start to finish. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and they actually care about what they do. The entire investment process was smooth and transparent, with regular updates and clear communication. Saeid was extremely dedicated, professional and meticulous about the detail! It was my first investment property, so I was very nervous at various stages, but he was responsive and patient, providing facts and figures which were very reassuring! Samantha was just great at providing the hand holding I needed! Recently purchased an apartment in Leeds, Sky Gardens through Jake Carling at Aspen Wool. He has supported us through the whole process, even after he had earned his commission, put up with our worries and concerns, liaised with us , solicitors and developers throughout. SPAMMERS - Shocking company. Getting junk emails from them. I phoned them up and they deny sending me any emails ! Shocking.UPDATE : Aspen Wolf did take eventually take my complaint seriously after this review and did investigate and resolve (hence upgraded my review to 2 stars). It turns out they use an external marketing company to send unsolicited marketing emails on their behalf. They should never have sent me any emails though, I have never given anyone permission for such emails.
