asos.it Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives asos.it a medium-high trust score on the platform: 76.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 76.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to asos.it's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning asos.it, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between asos.it and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of asos.it. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of asos.it, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. asos.it is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether asos.it has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether asos.it boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, asos.it.

Next day delivery! Why as a customer do I pay for next day delivery for a year ..Only to spend under £25 and it's not next day ? How is that fair .so you take money for premier delivery ok ! But if a customer doesn't spend £25 it's not next day .So why iam I paying you for next day delivery? It's so unfair you do this now ! So what is the point of having a premier delivery service for a fee ?
I bought Nike trainers that cost £110 for a Christmas present and ASOS sent them in a beat up box and looked like they had been worn. There’s no customer service to discuss any issues, they don’t pick up live chat. Theres no way to review your order. Plus don’t pay for next day delivery because it never comes in time and because of lack of customer service you never get your postage money back when they can’t keep their commitments.
Its going down hill ! Currently pay for Premium delivery service, usually use ASOS 3/4 times a year. Now they have changed their policy on returns, they can keep £3.95 if you're in a small number of people who abuse the system and order loads and then return. Apparently I fall in this category, which I would argue against. You must keep a minimum amount from that order. I ordered 2 suits that should have fit me, unfortunately it didn't, I reordered another size and got charged. What I should have done it seems was to order multiple sizes in the first place rather than just pick what I thought would fit. They claim its to stop the amount of returns but its a bit of a contradiction. I'll look at other services in future.
I really loved to order from this web but unfortunately the app isn’t working and it says that I don’t have permission to open the site on the internet.
Order from asos frequently and on the few occasions I have had a problem such as a missing parcel or wrong item delivered they have sorted it quickly and I have received the correct item the next day. Customer service is always friendly and easy.
I pay for premium next day delivery and am currently living in Ireland. It never actually comes the next day even if you get the order in before the cut off it normally takes 2 days regardless of whether you order before the cut off time or not. I ordered some clothes today for my Birthday which is on Monday (it was Wednesday that I ordered it) and instead of taking the usual 2 days it’s saying it will not be delivered till the Tuesday. I spoke to a customer service agent on the online chat and even though they were polite they basically told me there was nothing they could do and didn’t respond to my query of the 3 day wait as opposed to the usual 2 (completely ignored it). Very disappointed as I normally have no issues with ordering.
Cheap and nice clothes and all, but if you live outside of the UK, don’t order. I paid freight to return 2 items. To choose freight with tracking would be the same cost as the items I tried to return so I chose without tracking. I never received a refund. Return policy has now been updated with “proof of postage”. They write they recommend it, but again, it’s just a recommendation.
Always a substantial range products but customer service is woeful. Returned an unworn dress and was refused a refund as they believe it had been worn...not sure I will be back after this incident
I pay for ASOS Premier and had ordered an outfit for an event by Next Day Delivery. The order didn’t arrive on the estimated delivery date and no communication was made to say it was delayed. When speaking to customer car, it had been delayed leaving the warehouse and I was just told to wait another day.
I haven’t used ASOS for over two years since Mike Ashley bought into the business but if you want any half decent clothes now or electrical items or bikes he’s pretty hard avoiding.Anyway I bought some all saints trainers that are great and 2 pairs of ASOS cargos and they look tailor made for me.As much as it pains me I’ll be back soon.
Sorted out my issue immediately way better than the customer service at royal mail who was trying to make me waitup to 10 days to sort out my issue
Ryan was super helpful and friendly Answered all my queries and offered reassurance :)
Asos not how it use to be before. Decent clothes but constantly changing policies even for their loyal premier customers. Me being part of the small group of high returns I have to pay £3.95 if I don’t keep £15 worth of items. Understand it’s better for the environment but completely unfair as we are paying a yearly fee and if clothes matched the online advertising we wouldn’t have to return that much! Very disappointing and in the future it’s going to constantly change and be an unfair policy!!!! Rather stick to being a non premier customer or shop elsewhere at a different retailer!!!
Horrible custom charge to Canada. Paid $150 cad for dresses/clothes and custom cost to be paid was $195. Goods online sells cheap however shipping, handling & custom charges are ridiculously outrageous. Will never ever buy again. I used to like asos when they had direct shipping but not until it goes to US and charges a lot going to Canada. Beware
Very disappointed with ASOS! The quality of the items is absolutely terrible. I returned everything I ordered because the materials were awful and nothing matched the photos or descriptions in the app. Everything looks great in the pictures, but in reality, it’s cheap and unwearable. I used to order from ASOS regularly, but the quality has gone downhill so much. I’ll never order from them again!
One of my favorite things about ASOS was the easy to follow return policy and fast shipping. It seems those are a thing of the past! I miscalculated the 28 days and they would not budge even a day. The way the system handled it was annoying (it did not say the time had past it just kept in some link loop). While the rep I eventually chatted with was friendly it was a waste of time if there was no wiggle room and after checking it was a bunch of scripted messages. I admit I was off on the 28 days, but treating people like a transaction and nothing more is not how you keep customers.
Was on a customer service chat with John. He helped me really quickly and efficiently. Means a lot when someone has such excellent customer service.
Used for many years and never had any issues. Quick delivery and returns.
I treated myself to a beauty advent calendar and 3 of the boxes were empty.Day 1 was empty and then I opened the rest of the boxes to check them and 2 more were empty. I was told I couldn't get help or compensation because I'd opened and used the calendar, but the boxes they made with the calendar were sealed so needed to be ripped and disposed of to open.I am a loyal ASOS customer and even used to be an employee there but they still wouldn't offer anything to help and said that the warehouse team would reject it if I tried to return.Very unfair that I've paid for items that weren't received!
Great Black Friday Deal! saved over £130 for a new leather jacket and the quality is great!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
