Is asos.com Legit?

I had an issue with my package because the tracking number was changed during shipment, and I lost the receipt. In the end, everything got resolved, and I received my refund. Always keep your return receipt! Overall, I’ve been shopping at ASOS for 10 years, and their customer support has always been responsive.

I always used to love shopping at ASOS but I've had so many problems recently, ASOS has gone down hill and I don't think I'll be shopping there again. Customer service members are rude and one person I spoke to was impersonating the manager, and lied about resending an order which was clearly lost by the courier. When I asked for the order to be resent, I was told that they'd spoken to the courier and that the parcel would arrive "tomorrow". This happened 3 days in a row until ASOS finally admitted that the order had in fact been lost, and they finally issued a refund. I've also now been told that I'm in a "small group of people who have excessive returns" so my returns will no longer be free, despite being a premier customer. Customer service is shocking.

3 stars is fair,returns and refunds take up to a month.They sent out a wrong item and I will be out of pocket for nearly a month for a mistake they made.I like ASOS but the returns policy is terrible and I have only returned one item in maybe 3-4 years

I had a returns problem that I went to customer service a few days ago. The problem still wasn’t resolved so I went back to them and the customer service rep implied that I was incorrect when I told her that I followed the clear procedure as I did for another product, as well as what her colleague told me what to do. So rude and for what?

I love shopping at ASOS! I love the the Brands, affordable and also high end Brands often at amazing prices the sales and discounts are so amazing! Also excellent Customer Service and fast delivery. And it’s easy to return items and a full refund or exchange is provided

I received a bag i ordered which i didn't like so sent it back the next day. 17 days later i still haven't received a refund!!!! I messaged customer service and i talked to a lovely, helpful person that made the refund go through (it wouldn't if i wouldn't have contacted!!!) however, it's another 5-10 WORKING DAYS until i receive my money back!!!! unbelievable, i normally love asos but now i'm a bit weary...

Fernando is an asset to your company. Not once did I have to repeat myself as I had to several times prior with your other live chat staff members. He clarified what I needed and resolved the matter within minutes. Today was the third time I had to contact you regarding a refund. Previously I have spent over an hour of my time trying to sort this, with zero resolution. Today Fernando processed my refund as a priority; as it was out of timescales, and I immediately received confirmation of this via email. Your other members of staff who work the live chat could learn a thing or two from Fernando! Thank you Fernando I am very grateful for you resolving my issue once and for all snd alleviating the stress it’s all caused!

I wish I read the reviews before using ASOS. My packages came damaged and the items in them damaged boxes and some weird goo on the bottle. Spoke to a customer advisor called Julia who was awful and offered no help and basically ended the chat after she couldn’t offer anything reasonable . Packages are clearly not handled with care and their customer service team don’t care

Ordered platform crocs and was sent out some fake replica style crocs with sports written on the side. Also were damaged!! This is the second time I have ordered from asos and been sent out footwear that is nothing like what I ordered. Customer service was shocking upon complain and wouldn’t send me out the correct item after iv made a return

This review is more about ASOS deciding to use Evri as their courier partner than their customer service.My order from ASOS was supposedly delivered by Evri one Saturday afternoon, and told it was posted through my letterbox. But no chance the parcel would’ve fitted. So the parcel is presumed lost.To be fair to ASOS they gave me a refund as soon as I raised the issue, so this is issue isn’t really the fault of ASOS. But it could’ve been avoided if they just sacked off Evri. Please just get rid of them, they are beyond useless.

My account has been blocked after being a customer and spending thousands over the last 15 years. No warning, no reason given, just blocked. Contacted customer service who said someone would be in touch but nothing, I’m just getting ignored. Very poor from such a big company

I've been a loyal customer for years, I trust ASOS and rarely have issues. I received an email saying I'm PART OF A SMALL GROUP, being penalised and have to pay for returns. Im annoyed because I order 2 sizes often as the sizes are wildly different at times, or it could be I order something and the following day it's 20 percent off so send back the full price item. I won't be renewing my premier subscription which just expired and won't be shopping at ASOS again now that they feel it's appropriate to victimise loyal customers. I spoke to "Rahul" in a chat and basically got a LOL when I explained I was unhappy. What a disgrace. They probably want one time customers now and not loyal customers.

Great choice but if you want to return non Asos items it’s a nightmare to create QR code spent almost hour trying online, repeated errors. I’m then told would be 3 days before help provided. Has put me off ordering here in future so complicated to simply return an item

They will block your account for no reason. Never order from this site, never contacted them, yadda yadda... no reason to have the account blocked. Had some saved itens on my account in case one day I wanted to buy them but now with no way to acess that list because someone at the office felt bored and decided to block accounts for fun. Use About You instead, it's way better.

Wanted a parcel delivered on Sunday paid extra money for this as well yet ASOS went with Evri knowing they don’t deliver on sunday and I needed this item before I fly out the country. Wish I could give 0 stars, ridiculous company and processes
