Is askaxl.co.uk Legit?

Delivery guys delivered my fridge freezer, unfortunately they scratched my tiled floor in the kitchen. It was an accident, it happens. However after sending the damged tile pics to Arrow XL customer services, after 10 days I still have no contact from them and silence after numerous chases via the vendor involved and myself by phone. The standard message from Arrow is this is in hand. Please can someone address this !

Excellent service. Chris and Roy delivered our package within the time slot given. Kind enough to bring it into the house for me (as it was rather heavy) and my dog loved them. Really polite and kind.

If I could give zero I would. Washing machine was expected on Thursday, hubby finished work early to be in. Never turned up and received a text just before 8pm saying delivery was cancelled, it would be delivered the next day and the delivery crew would make contact 30 minutes before to confirm delivery time. No contact from the delivery crew. I had several online chats to be told as its a rerun, I cannot track the delivery, they cannot advise a delivery time, they cannot contact the delivery crew but they would ring me with a delivery time. Thinking delivery wasn't expected, we did the school run. They arrived a few mins before we got back.....no phone call, didn't use the ring doorbell and left a undelivered note!!! I rang and had more online chats....we will have to wait until the machine is back at the depot for us to rebook!!!! I was given a complaints email address, I have emailed several times....no response. I was told my issue was escalated to the service team.....no response. Was advised online that she would put in a request for the delivery crew to come back & delivery.....washing machine didn't arrive last night. No further contact from them. This morning the tracker is showing delivered!!!!!!! No one is helping, I don't have my washing machine, no one is contacting me back......absolutely shocking service which I will never use again or use Very again because this is the company they use. I don't know what to do next, it's disgusting and unacceptable

One star is too high for these guys. We ordered a package through amazon, who then used these guys to send the package. On the delivery day, the driver called and said he couldn’t find the flat, and said he could deliver it to ‘number 17’. Our address doesn’t have a 7 in it… It turns out that they had merged the number of our flat with the number of the building, so were looking for an address that didn’t exist. We explained that the address is actually ‘flat number, building number’, and they refused to deliver it saying I had ‘put the address wrong.’ The drivers were also incredibly rude, and in fact were quite venomous in their tone, looking me up and down. I called the depot to find out what to do, and explain the situation, to get the delivery rearranged, even though we had paid extra to get it delivered on this specific day, so both myself and my partner could move it up the stairs to our flat. They said there was nothing they could do until it had been returned to the depot that EVENING, but I could call them back on ‘Sunday or Monday’ (they’re closed Sunday’s and I’ll be in work on Monday) for them to manually change the address. They kept repeating that amazon must have given them the wrong address. I checked this with amazon and they did give them the right address, with screenshots proving this, where the flat number is on one line, and building number is on another, so this was entirely Arrow XL’s fault, but they tried to blame me at first, and then deflect blame onto amazon, instead of just admitting that someone had clearly written it wrong, or their software isn’t suitable for flat addresses. Their policies seem to be enforced at each employees whim, because why would they be happy to deliver it to an address that didn’t look anything like the actual address, but then refuse to use common sense and deliver it to the correct address, especially when the incorrect address they had doesn’t even exist.They also were more than happy to simply change the address on the phone with no security checks, but couldn’t because the system showed it was already out for delivery, but again, refused to use common sense and deliver it to the correct address originally.

Was given a pick up slot of 11 to 1pm. Having taken a day off work, at 2pm after zero communication, and checking the useless tracking link showed the truck hadn't moved at all I contacted their customer service. Only to be told my new delivery slot was 3 to 5pm. Absolutely no communication on this until I bothered to chase. Will not be using again.

Sorry was unable to rate via your email that you send as it comes up with an error and our end, meaning your end. Yes , first class delivery Team, kept me updated through out the journey , Bed and mattress was taken away and new bed and headboard and mattress delivered, very well received and packed, delivery was 31/07 EH54 6DB JOHN MABON. The Team had two more jobs after me, used you before and you are First Class. 👌

Well the 2 personnel that delivered my washing machine were marvelous and so helpful I could not have hoped for nicer people I thank them again for all the help

Do not use this delivery company. Awful delivery company. Lie after lie about delivery time, for them to not turn up. Waiting at a job all day for a delivery that didn’t arrive. Called customer service to be greeted with the rudest customer service I’ve received, they even put the phone down on me. Avoid.

I was sent sent an email that night before with a time slot 16.45 to 19.45. The delivery was supposed to be my sons new bed. Sorted the room and dismantled his old bed. No delivery occurred, no communication received! When I chased the next day (they closed at 19.00) I was told it couldn't be found, so was not loaded onto the van and someone SHOULD of been in touch. Was told it would be escalated and to chase if I didn't hear anything.... its a joke!

Paid a £19 delivery fee and so far they have failed to make the delivery twice. I live in a pedestrianised area but never had issues with any other well-known delivery companies. Won’t be purchasing from here again.

Response to my review below is not really helpful. It is not about their health and safety whatsoever. They didn't deliver the first time with no explanation or promised phone call except me not being in ( which I was) and left a card ( which they didn't). Second time they didn't have the courtesy to come upstairs empty handed let alone with the parcels, and wouldn't deliver the second order even to the ground floor, which was not offered at any point. How is this anything to do with health and safety. Terrible response to my review, and now I fear I may never get my furniture. This reply has left me thinking that Arrow XL won't deliver to flats, in which case, why are you accepting the orders from Very? I'll let you all know tomorrow.

I had a collection on 23rd July by 2 lovely, polite, well mannered and very helpful gents.I would like to thank both Roberto and Wagner they are a credit to your company.

Arrow contacted us by e mail and text with collection time and date and then gave us a 2 hour time slot on the day. They even sent an apology text when they couldn't call us 30 mins before. In this day and age when you can't get decent customer service from anyone I was very pleased to write the review. The 2 guys, John and Cliff were very polite and even helped me take a heavy parcel to next door.Good on you Arrow.

Awful. Had an email "delivery missed" - waited in all day, Ring camera didn't go - queried this with them and was called a liar. When they did deliver it wasn't the time quoted - AVOID.

Ordered washing machine plus paid for full installation package. Delivery date given. Waited at house until 7 pm as per their email. Did not turn up. No communication what so ever.I got in touch with ArrowXL agent who apologised and said it looked like never went onto dispatch register.Another date given. Meanwhile received 4 messages asking me to use their link to book in my appliance !Emailed their customer service asking to verify delivery date which they did.However, no confidence in this company plus having to take 2 days out of work and chasing them.

Brad and Rob were friendly and professional. called half an hour before arriving. quick and efficient, did everything they were supposed to with little extra service of setting first machine empty cycle in correct language. which took them one second but saved me a while working it out! really pleased!

Arrow XL sent a confirmation email with regards to date and time the night previous to their delivery, no further communication, never phoned, never turned up. Another poor quality service provider, wasting peoples lives. You can count the number of decent delivery companies these days on the toes of a three toed Sloth.

We had our new washer delivered and fitted by Jaleson and Warren. They came early and had no problems with fitting it in as well as removing the old one. They were friendly and gave a helpful service.

First time experience of this delivery company. Received by email and text date of delivery and time between 0800 hrs and 1100 hrs. Was called first thing on day of delivery to say delivery within 30 min, was on time, and within initial time slot. Driver put the large TV box where I requested and was pleasant.
