Prompt response to initial request. Screening done accurately and lawyer was prepared to assist with our problem. Received a thorough answer. We had follow up question that was dealt with almost immediately. I felt confident making decisions about our next steps with respect to the issue at hand because of the clear and thorough response we received.

I had no idea this service existed until I deperately needed it. This is an awesome service, it was so quick and I got to talk to a live person in less than 5 minutes who was so knowledgable. My son got pulled over by a LEO on his way home from a 12+ hour job out of state (involving another 90 minutes driving each way) and was arrested for OUI. Not a great situation and we had MANY questions about it. Do not use this company. You pay your $5 to answer a question--maybe the information is helpful, maybe not--and once they have your card info they charge you $60 a month. Then it's hard to find an actual person to contact to cancel. Very frustrating.
